When you stop worrying about
What they said
Then you will find happiness they said
But deep down, it distraught my fragile heart
Causing pain to my swollen eyes
Jumbled thoughts is what i got
Tears of pain, cloud my vision
Hiding behind the wall of makeups
To hide the fact that I'm shattered
Whilst i act okay,is lest of their
concern,as far as i follow orders and
cross not boundaries
Slipping in to the abyss of
despair,losing hope, dwindling,for i'm
not rock
slowly i began to die like the maize
plant on winter
fading,withered and dead
so i pray for death to come faster
And take me to the house of
tomorrow ,maybe then I'll worry no more
One night, i lay in my bed,
beneath the covers with pen and paper
As i set to write my last wish,
then i recall lest they care
Instead i take a vow of patience,for life
And strive to live an ordinary life
Maybe if i become a home to my soul,
perhaps i shall reclaim my joy
death be evitable, so be kept on line
for a traveller when his journey has
been completed,returns back home.
