"Hey mom i'm gonna go shower, tooru will be here in an hour to pick me up for lunch"

"what's up." the (h/c) girl asked suspiciously
"do you have time for a quick chore?" you sighed in relief thinking it would be something so much worse.
"yea sure i've got time" you smiled
"oh that's great! could you drop these valentines cookies to rintaro's house, they're for his mom!" she cheered as your mood plummeted
'today??? why couldn't it be the miyas or anyone else.'
"yea sure.." You said taking a deep breath, grabbing the cookies and all your other belongings then walking out the house
'i go to his house all the time, why am I nervous now?' you asked yourself being in front of his house already.
lightly knocking on the front door, you were met by the sweet face of his mother.
"oh hello y/n, i'm guessing these are the cookies your mom told me about?" she asked with a soft expression.
"yes they are actually, I hope you all enjoy them!" you said trying to put on your most genuine smile.

"thank you darling! rin should be up by now, go on up!" She told with a smile

"yea okay i'll go see him!" you said making your way up the stairs
knocking, you said "hey it's me your mom sent me up here" you then opened the door to see him in bed with the girl from the class below you, both of them topless.
he soon noticed your figure standing in the doorway, he tried to say something but you cut him off
"shit i'm sorry your mom said you were alone, bye suna." you said as you shut the door.
'i guess i've been in my head so much that i forgot what the reality was. i didn't own suna. he was free to be with whoever he wanted to, so why did it hurt so much?'
you couldn't shake the burning pain in your chest, it felt like the atmosphere was closing in on you.
you couldn't get out of there quick enough. suna didn't even bother to put a shirt on before chasing after you in the cold weather, just as you were about to reach his lawn he grabbed your wrist.
"y/n it's not what it looks like I swear, n/n? hello? look at me..." he stammered, your now puffy eyes met his.
he said he didn't love you in that way. so why did he lie, to sacrifice your feelings which he'd already battered enough.
your hands shook within his grasp as you stared into his stupidly beautiful green eyes.
"save it. there's no point in you justifying your actions, it's not like i'm in love with you." you said in a slightly harsh tone.
he seemed slightly taken aback by this, he even let go of your hand. so you slipped away. and he tried to call for you, but the words didn't come out. he couldn't move his legs. in fact, he could barely breathe with the lump forming in his throat.
'do i care about her? no i can't. i have a girlfriend and we're in love. right?' he thought to himself
you couldn't bring yourself to look back, if you saw the state he was in. you wouldn't be able to stand your ground.
"hey mira?" rintaro said
"what's up rin? s' she gone yet?" the girl said fixing her lip gloss
"could you leave. something came up." he said with an unreadable face
"yea sure.." the girl said, both confused and a bit upset

applying your makeup to draw attention away from your puffy eyes you sighed.
"maybe today won't be so bad after all" you smiled to yourself
opening your phone, you notice the text from tooru saying he was outside.
he opened the car door for you and let you in before getting on his respective side.
"you look nice." the male smiled
"you look nice as well" you laughed before pulling on his red ears.
"hey that's not funny y/n stop it!!" the male said partially embarrassed.
the rest of the ride was comfortable, the two of you now sat side by side glancing at the same menu.
"y/n what're you getting?" oikawa said turning to you.
"no!" you replied simply
"what do you mean no?!?!" the male deadpanned
"you're a copycat" you said looking away childishly
"you always pick the best stuff!!!" he said defensively.
"okay okay i'm getting (f/f)" you said
the waiter arrived shortly and asked what the two of you would like to eat.
"hm we'll have (f/f) and whatever the lady would like." oikawa grinned as you twitched your eye.
the lunch went really well and you really enjoyed the time you two spent together.
he then gave your cheek a slight kiss before walking you to your door.
"thank you for everything tooru, let's see each-other soon, and bring iwa next time." you winked
"of course n/n anytime" he responded back before driving off
it had already been 2 hours since your date with tooru and now you were exiting the trains to the center where you'd be meeting your friends.
"y/n you came!" bokuto smiled
"of course I came!" you cheered greeting your friends

"uhm y/n?" kenma said waving his hands in front of your face
"boy get your crusty hands...." You said before all of you bursted into laughter

the night was fun, and now you were driving home with akaashi.
