Midnight POV
I woke up at 6:00 because I need to talk Sona about me joining their school. I know she's up early because she has student council work to do. I get dressed and teleport to her. I see her doing work she looks tired. She looks up at me.
Sona: "oh hey Midnight."
Midnight: "hey Sona I was wondering if it's okay if I join the school."
Sona: "sure *yawn* that's fine."
I sit on one of the couches.
Midnight: "Sona you look tired why don't you rest on the couch."
Sona: "no I don't need rest I have to finish this work and I have to give Momo and Saji there contacts after school."
I teleport Sona to me and laid her head in my lap. She looked surprised before her checks began to turn red.
3rd Pov
Sona kept trying to get up from Midnight's lap. He kept her there he looks down at her with soft eyes.
Midnight: "your overworked so just sleep... For me please"
Sona didn't say anything. After a minute she nods.
Sona: (This is very comfortable but I just can't sleep.)
Sona: "Midnight I can't sleep."
Midnight: "how about I sing you a song to help."
Sona: "Ok."

Midnight finishes he looks down to see Sona sleep. Midnight looks at the stack of papers on her desk. He gets an idea to help her. He tried to move but Sona cuddles into him. So he picks her up and sat in her desk chair with her. She snuggled into his chest he grabbed some papers and a pen. Midnight did paperwork for an hour and thirty minutes. Tsubaki and some of the other SC members walked in (A/N: SC= student council). They were shocked at the sight. Midnight was in Sona's chair with Sona on his lap sleep snuggling into his chest. It was also shocking the fact that he was doing her work. He looks up at them and smiles.
Midnight: "good morning everyone please keep the noise down Sona is sleep."
The others nod keeping the noise down. The girls blush at his smile.
Girls: (That smile could warm my heart any day.)
Midnight: "thank you for the complement girls."
The girls blush even redder because he read their minds. Tsubaki was the first to speak.
Tsubaki: "Midnight why are you here and doing Sona's work."
Midnight: "I came here to talk to her about joining the school and thought I'd help."
Saji: "that doesn't explain why she's sleep on you chest."
Saji was a bit loud saying that. A pebble hit Saji in the head knocking him down.
Midnight: "your so damn noisy can you keep it down. She's on my chest because when I tried to leave her on the couch she wouldn't let go."
Midnight looked out the window students began to come in the gate. He watched as girls and boys came in. The boys were gawking at the girls it pissed him off. He turned back to the others.
Midnight: "you should all head to class let me handle the SC work. Think of it as a day off."
Momo: "your not our king you can't just give us the day off."
Midnight: "I may not be your king but I am a God so take the day off."
SC: "fine."
Midnight: "good also Momo, Saji you have contacts after school and Tsubaki tell the teachers Sona won't be in class today. Say she's sick and im supposed to be joining school today. I'm in your class tell the teacher im taking care of Sona."
Tsubaki/Saji/Momo: "ok"
Midnight: "good now to class all of you."
SC: "Yes sir."
They leave Midnight picks up the rest of the papers. Midnight finishes in 5 minutes. He moves himself and Sona to the couch. He laid Sona's head in his lap. He looked down at the sleeping Sona while he pet her head. Then he thought to himself.
Midnight: (she looks so peaceful. Hmm she wouldn't mind if I)
Midnight looked down at the sleeping Sona. He leaned down and gave her a small peck on the lips. He let out a deep exhale feeling satisfied.
Midnight: "ahh now I'm satisfied."
He looked back down at Sona. Sona's face was red. She covered her face with her hands. Midnight was shocked.
Midnight: "You were awake!?!?"
Sona: "Yes your lap was so comfortable I kept my eyes closed."
Midnight leaned down to Sona's ear and whispered.
Midnight: "oh really you can stay here as long as you want then my Sitri~"
Sona's face flushed as red as Rias's hair. She quickly got up she walked twords her desk.
Sona: "nope I have work to do *whisper* not that I wouldn't mind being their."
Midnight eyes glowed purple and he held his hand twords Sona. Sona got a blue outline around her. She started floating back twords Midnight. She landed in his lap.
Sona: "hey what are you doing."
Midnight: "you said you didn't mind staying here."
Sona: "but I have work to do."
Midnight: "how about a game of chess."
This got Sona interested. She looked back at him.
Sona: "oh a game of chess you say."
Midnight: "if I win you and the SC do no work for the day. If you win you can do work and I'll sing while you do."
Sona: (I really do want to hear him sing again)
Sona: "ok deal."
Midnight let's go of Sona. She gets the chess board and sits across from him. Midnight makes the first move moving a pawn. Then Sona goes next moving a pawn. After 30 minutes Midnight end up winning.
Sona: "I didn't expect you to win."
Midnight levitates Sona to his lap.
Midnight: "but I did."
Sona: "I guess I can't do work huh."
Midnight: "I guess I'm your fiance right hunny~"
Sona's checks blushed red. She went wide eyed. She turns back to him.
Sona: "you knew about that."
Midnight: "of course I did but there's some things that worried me about that."
Sona: "like what? no one has ever beat me besides Rias and now you."
Midnight: "yes but what's to stop someone from using magic or, what if they seem nice but are a huge pervert and asshole on the inside."
Sona: "I never thought about it that way."
Midnight: "but luckily I was to one who won right hun~"
Sona: *blush* "y-yeah"
Midnight: "hey you know how you don't believe I know Serafall."
Sona: "yeah"
Midnight: "why don't you call her."
Sona: "do we have to?"
Midnight: "yes we do"
Sona: *sigh* "fine"
Sona activates a magic circle. An image of Serafall appears in the middle. After a few seconds she answer as the image of her moves.
Serafall: "Sona how nice it is to talk to you again."
Sona: "hey Serafall I've got a question."
Serafall: "what is it Sona-nee?"
Sona: "do you know someone named Midnight."
Serafall: "of course I do."
Sona: "what if I told you I know where he is?"
Serafall: *serious* "I'd tell you tell me where the bastard is so I can clobber him for not telling me he was leaving."
Sona looked back at Midnight. Sona moved so it showed Midnight to Serafall.
Sona: "your turn to talk to her."
Midnight: "uhh hey Serafall."
Serafall didn't say anything. A magic circle appears in the SC room. A very angry Serafall pops out of it. Sona moved out the way. Serafall tackles Midnight and starts hitting him. He didn't fight back because he knew it would make it worse. He maybe a God but even he didn't mess with an angry Serafall. I mean the woman will attack heaven by herself.
Serafall: "why did *punch* you *punch* leave me *punch* without saying *punch* anything."
Midnight: "you *hit* were busy *hit* and I *hit* fell asleep in *hit* the Dimension Gap."
Serafall: "You *punch* know I *punch* would have stopped *punch* what I *punch* was doing. Also *punch* why didn't *punch* tell me you *punch* were back."
Midnight: "I was *hit* busy helping *hit* Sona's and Rias's *hit* peerages get *hit* familiars."
Serafall stops hitting him and gets up. Midnight stands up and dust himself off. Sona walls over to the two.
Midnight: "are you chill now."
Serafall: "hmp I'm not talking to you."
Serafall makes a pouty face. Midnight and Sona sweatdrop at her.
Sona: "ok Serafall he seems sorry."
Serafall: "no he knows what he needs to do."
Midnight rolls his eyes. He goes infront of Serafall. He gets on his knees in a begging position.
Midnight: "oh strong mighty beautiful Serafall what can I do for you to forgive me."
Serafall: "sing a song with me."
Midnight: "ok what song?"
Serafall: "Partners In Crime."
Midnight: "ok"
As they got started Sona walked over an pressed a button on a mic. The mic projected the song to the whole school.

After they were done Sona turned the mic off. She walks over to the two clapping
Sona: "that was amazing."
Midnight: "glad you enjoyed it earlier."
Sona: "I didn't just enjoy it to whole school did."
Midnight: "you let the whole school hear."
Midnight just sighed and walked to the student council door. As Midnight was leaving here turned back around.
Midnight: "Bye Serafall and remember hun no student council work for the whole day."
Sona: *sigh* "I know"
Serafall: "bye midnight."
Midnight left the room. It was lunch time now. Walking down the hallway everyone was looking at Midnight. The girls looked at him with lust the boys with jealousy.
With Sona and Serafall
Serafall: "wait Sona what did he mean by hun."
Sona: (you purposely did this didn't you Midnight.)
Sona: "he uh beat me in chess."
Serafall: "I guess I approve because it's Midnight."
Timeskip Midnight POV
I'm in the ORC sitting in Rias's chair. Koneko was eating some chocolate I gave her. Akeno & Asia are drinking tea on the couch. Kiba is sharpening his sword. Issei was being a pervert looking at Akeno's boobs.
Midnight: "hey guys."
Everyone: "yeah"
Midnight: "wanna help me prank Rias."
Kiba: "sure what do we do."
Midnight: "so I know what you guys are doing today. When Rias comes in I'm gonna act like the king."
Akeno: "ok that could work."
Midnight: "ok quite I hear her coming."
Rias's walked into the room. Issei looked at her. She sat on one of the couches.
Issei: "yo Pres Rias is here."
Rias: "but Issei I'm-"
Midnight: "good today we got a message from the arch-duke we're hunting a C-Class stray."
Asia: "umm Pres I'm a little new to this what's a stray."
Rias: (but I'm your President)
Midnight: "strays are devil's that betrayed or left their masters."
Asia: "I understand."
Midnight: "Rias would you mind teleporting us."
Rias: "okay"
Rias activates a magic circle teleporting us. We arrive at a rundown warehouse. We walk in and get hit with the smell of blood. We see the stray on a rock covered in blood.
Midnight: "Asia you need to learn how the peerage system works first is Issei."
Issei: "ok permotion rook!"
Issei rushes in and lunches the stray. Sending it back the stray rushes issei he jumps back dodging a slash from it.
Midnight: "Issei's a pawn when I'm enemy territory he can permote to any piece besides the king. Kiba your up next."
Kiba: "Right"
In a flash Kiba is in front of the stray does a diagnal slash. The stray screams in pain.
Asia: "Wow! He's so fast."
Midnight: "yep Kiba's a knight he has very high speed. In simple terms he's one speedy boy. Next Koneko."
Koneko: "okay"
Koneko walks up to the stray. The stray punches her. She doesn't move or flench.
Koneko: "your weak. see ya"
Koneko kicks the stray sending it into a wall. Koneko walks back and stands by me.
Midnight: "Koneko's a rook she is very strong and it takes a lot to take her down. But in simple terms she's a tank. Now Akeno if you would please."
Akeno: "I would love to."
Akeno flys up in the air charging electricity. She releases the electricity shocking the stray. The start screams in pain at electrocution. Akeno kicks her lips as it screams.
Midnight: "Akeno that's enough."
Akeno: "aww okay."
Midnight: "anyways Akeno is a queen she has a combination of all the other pieces. Rias please finish it off."
Rias: "fine whatever."
Rias walks up to the stray. She charges p.o.d in her hand.
Rias: "for the crime of killing your master for power. You shall die."
Rias obliterates the stray with her p.o.d. A male stray comes and attacks Rias. I grab Rias and knock the stray away. I set Rias down next to the others.
Midnight: "I'll deal with this one."
3rd POV
Midnight walks up to the stray. The stray climbs out the rubble.
Midnight: "so who are you?"
Stray: "I have no need to tell you but I am Zoru and I'm here to challenge and kill you."
Midnight: "Your challenging me."
Midnight let out a dark chuckle. It then turned to a full laugh. He suck his hand out.
Midnight: "As a hybrid weapon answer the call of the hybrid God. Emerge from your slumber and come to me Nokoribi!!"
Aura surrounds Midnight and starts to expand. It starts talking shape into a bo-staff.
Midnight picks the staff up. He starts to do tricks with it getting ready. Zoey get ready for an attack.
Zoru got tied of waiting and rushes Midnight. Midnight does more tricks with Nokoribi.
Midnight throws Nokoribi at Zoru. It zooms at Zoru at blinding speeds. Zoru get ready to dodge. While Nokoribi is midair Midnight says something.
Midnight: "Change!"
Nokoribi glows and changes into it's sword mode.
Zoru managed to narrowly dodge it. Nokoribi crashes into the ground creating a crater. Zoru looks at it in shock. Midnight used his shocked state to his advantage. He flash stepped in front of Zoru and hits him with kicks.
As Zoru hit the floor he bounced a bit. Before he could hit the ground Midnight kicked him up. Midnight jumped up to him quickly performing 3 more kicks.
Midnight lands and Zoru goes flying. Midnight lands by Nokoribi and picks it up. He quickly changed Nokoribi back to staff mode. Zoru recoverd and made clones of himself. The clones rush Midnight. Midnight spins Nokoribi at lightning speed destroying the clones.
With the ORC
Issei: "I never knew Midnight was this strong."
Koneko: "he's a god for a reason dumb ass. Besides he's holding back."
Kiba: "they're really going at it. Koneko how much power do you think he's using."
Koneko: "knowing Midnight I'd say 2-5%"
Asia: "t-that little."
Back to Midnight
Zoru: "how the hell are you so strong."
Midnight: "your just weak."
Midnight changes Nokoribi to scythe mode. He starts spinning out preparing to attack.
Midnight flash steps in front of Zoru. He slashes at Zoru but Zoru grows wings and flys up dodging. Zoru starts thinking to himself. Midnight just stands there with a stoic face.
Zoru: (ok Zoru he may be strong but you can beat him.)
Midnight: "are you done getting your shit together up there because I'm starting to get bored."
Zoru land in front of Midnight pissed.
Zoru: "WHATCHU SAY TO ME YOU LITTLE SHIT."
Midnight kept a stoic face.
Midnight: "I said I'm bored."
Midnight looks at Zoru with a glare.
Midnight: "your boring me.
Zoru swings at Midnight but he dodges. Midnight grabs Zoru's head and slams him down. In one swift motion Midnight cuts his legs off.
Midnight: "you know I find
funny that you challenged me."
Midnight gets a marking on his head. He builds black flames in his hand. Throws it at Zoru obliterating him.
Midnight: " your nothing but a fool."
Midnight: "YOU A STRAY CHALLENGED ME A GOD I'LL OBLITERATE YOU TO NOTHING!!!"
Koneko: "there's no one there."
Midnight: "EXACTLY!!"
Koneko: "yea yea"
Midnight walks over to the group. Issei was the first to speak.
Issei: "wow pres that was cool."
Midnight: "it was nothing really."
Rias who was mad because the others were calling Midnight pres. She's the king so why are they acting like it's him.
Rias: "Ok that's it why is everyone addressing Midnight like he's the king!! I'm the king of this peerage not him!!"
Everyone looked at Rias and started to chuckle and laugh. Midnight was the first to break out his laughter. Son the other also broke out their laughter.
Midnight: "Rias it's a prank."
Rias: "a prank. It was a prank."
Midnight: "yep ya big dummy. Anyways we should all be home Koneko wanna come with me."
Koneko: "sure"
Koneko goes over to Midnight and hold hands. They teleport to Midnight's house eat and then they go to sleep.
