" Hayden" keslynn said quietly
" what?" I asked irritated
" shhh, come on get up" she said pulling the covers off of me.
" kes! Stop you're going to wake up rem" I whisper yelled
" he's already up dumbass" she hit my shoulder
" oh." I sighed getting up.
" go get dressed and we can head down to breakfast." She said sighing loudly.
I slowly made my way up the steps and into our dorm. I put on a white sweater and a pair of ripped skinny jeans putting fishnets under them. The jeans were a little bit to tight for my liking but they're the only ones I have clean😐☝🏻
I brushed my hair not bothering to do my makeup since I'm so tired. I walked back down the stairs and walked out of the portrait beside her.
" I'm really happy for you, you know that right?" She said breaking the silence
" well I sure as hell hope so you're my best friend." I said sarcastically
" it's just- I know everyone you date isn't exactly a good person, and I'm not saying Remus isn't a good person, he's actually a great person. I just don't wanna see you get hurt" she said quietly
" it's okay Kes, honestly." I smiled at her before walking in the great hall doors.
We walked over to our spots and sat down. I sat down beside keslynn and lily which seemed to confuse them.
" what?" I asked
" Aren't you going to go sit with Remus?" Marlene asked
" uh- so you don't want me to sit with you guys?" I asked them confused
" no we do! It's just that Remus is your boyfriend now, you should sit by him" lily implied
" lils, It's okay I want to sit with you guys, and plus I don't want to be clingy as much as I love him he should be able to have his space" i stated grabbing an apple.
" Oh" was all lily could reply.
I shrugged my shoulders and continued eating my apple.
I averted my eyes over to where the boys were sitting and saw Remus smiling brightly at something the boys had said
" see lils, he's obviously having a good time" i gestured her over to the boys.
She nodded and went back to reading
" okay, what are we going today?" I asked them
" do you guys wanna have a girls day or something?" I asked
" sure!" Alice exclaimed
The rest of them nodded their heads as I finished my apple.
Dumbledore came through the great hall doors and come to our table where me and kes were.
" miss Jimenez, miss bunnell can I speak with you two for a moment if you don't mind?" He asked
Me and keslynn got up and nodded our heads as he walked out of the great hall doors.
Before we went any further I stopped her
" Kes, what if he found a way?" I asked her worriedly
" I don't know hayden." She sighed rubbing her face
" I- I don't want him to." I averted my eyes to the ground
" don't you miss your family?" She asked me confused
" yes keslynn, of course I do, but I don't want to leave. I mean me and Remus just got together and everything's working out fine, and what if we can stop Voldemort?" I asked her
" Us? Two girls from 2021 who only have one fucking brain cell defeat the dark lord?" She asked in disbelief
" yes keslynn I'm very aware of that, but we can stop shit from happening, we both know if we can find all of the horcrux's and destroy them it destroys a part of him right? We should be able to do that. We've watched the movies more times than I count kes. We would be able to, and plus we know where they all are, and Harry isn't even born yet so we don't have to worry about him being one" I said sighing running a hand through my knotted hair.
" I mean yeah you have a point, but you know what happened to regulus. You really think we won't get ourselves killed?" She asked getting more hesitant.
" keslynn marie bunnell, I assure you we won't get ourselves killed, if Harry, hermione and Ron could do it we surely can" I said
" yeah but they could actually do magic Hayden, we can't" she said irritated
" I CAN!" I practically yelled
" I can, I've been here for 5 months kes. I know some stuff." I said lowering my voice.

" so you can't find a way?" I asked Dumbledore who had a look of disappointment on his face.
" no hayden, unfortunately we have no clue how to get you two back to your year." He said looking at me then at kes.
" okay." I simply stated grabbing keslynn's hand dragging her out of his office.
" Hayden what are we doing," she asked confused
" We are going to the library, to find more information on horcruxes." I stated coming around the corner.
We rounded the corner and got to the library and went in.
" looks like there's not time for a girls day today" I said sighing going into the restricted section and making sure no ones looking.
" alright kes you're on lookout. Make sure no one finds me" I said ducking into the section.
I ran my fingers through the books on the shelf allowing them to follow wherever my eyes went.
I found one that caught my eye " the complete book of black magic and witchcraft" it read. I took it off of the shelf and went back out to where keslynn was.
" okay I found one, it's time to read" I sighed loudly going over the a table not bothering to check it out. I'll probably end up taking it.
I flipped through the pages looking for any signs of horcruxes
" a horcrux is an object in which a dark wizard or witch has hidden a fragment of his or her soul in order to become immortal. Horcruxes could only be created after committing murder, the supreme act of evil. The process for the creation of a horcrux involves a spell and a horrific act is performed soon after the murder had been committed. Given that horcruxes are precious to those who made them, there were usually protective measures made to prevent them from being stolen or destroyed. Such as counter charms and curses. The horcrux is considered to be the darkest art and the most terrible of all dark magic." I finished reading it to her
" so we know Tom made his first horcrux in 1942 which was his diary, he made his second one in 1943 which was marvolo gaunt's ring. His third one was Salazar slytherin's locket which was the one that regulus tried to destroy but he drowned and we only know that he made it before the 1970's sometime. His fourth one was helga hufflepuff's cup which he made in 1946. His Fifth rowena ravenclaw's diadem after 1946. And then Harry in 1981." I sighed running a hand on my face.
" the only way we can destroy them is with godric Gryffindor's sword or anything imbued with basilisk venom, but how the hell do we get any of those?" I asked sighing.
" The chamber of secrets?" Keslynn shrugged.
" wait. That's not a bad idea." I said snapping my fingers.
" we don't even know where his diary is though" she added
" it's probably in the chamber of secrets dumbass, but neither of us speak Parseltongue." I sighed slumping back into my chair.
" you can" she stated
" what?" I asked laughing.
" you have in your sleep." She shrugged.
" and you didn't think to tell me!" I yelled earning a shush from the librarian.
" I didn't think we'd have to go into the chamber of secrets!" She exclaimed.
" we have to go ask Dumbledore where godric's sword is" I said shutting the book.
" like he would ever tell us" she sighed in defeat.
" well we should atleast try." I said grabbing her hand once again dragging her to his office.
"Lemon drop" I spoke the password as it let us in.
I knocked on his door and a faint " come in" was heard.
" Dumbledore. I have a question." I stated sternly.
" well go ahead" he motioned for me to go on.
" do you happen to know where godric Gryffindor's sword is" I stated not breaking eye contact.
" miss Jimenez if I may. Why do you ask?" He asked
" uhm. Because I need it." I averted my eyes to the ground.
" why?" He asked once again.
I huffed out.
" alright listen cut the bullshit. We know about the horcruxes, and we want to destroy them." I stated
" miss Jimenez, as I do admire your courage but you could very well die." He said concerned.
" lord have mercy dumbly, we're from the future for gods sake man. We know how to, we also know where they are." I said crossing my arms.
" and where are they?" He asked confused
" well one of them is in the chamber of secrets, and I happen to speak parseltonuge. I know how to open it I just need the sword to destroy Tom riddles diary." I replied
" if I give the sword to you and allow you to open the chamber of secrets. You can not tell anyone." He said getting out of his chair.
He went up the stairs and revealed a glass case with the sword in it. He opened it carefully and hesitantly handed it to me.
" miss Jimenez and miss bunnell, please stay safe." He said he nodded towards the door.
In one Swift motion the sword went invisible in my hands. We walked out the door slowly.
" so we're really going to do this?" Kes asked me walking down the hall beside me.
I let out a breath I was unaware I was holding " we're really going to do this."
We stepped into moaning myrtle's bathroom. We both looking at each other hesitant to go up to the sink.
" are you sure you heard me speak parseltonuge?" I asked her unsure.
" yes hayden. I'm sure. I know what I heard." She stated.
I cracked my neck and prepared myself.
I looked at her once again " if anything happens in there I love you kes you know that right?"
" I love you too hayden." She looked at me.
I opened my mouth and said " open". And sure as hell I spoke in parseltonuge.
I widened my eyes " well shit." I breathed out.
It opened
"I didn't think it would actually work!" Keslynn widened her eyes.
We both climbed down and landed on ground. It looked exactly like it did in the movies only darker I grabbed my wand out of my pocket.
"Lumos" I said as a light showed at the end of my wand.
We started walking down the long long LONG dark cave.
We spotted the snakes on the wall and knew we had arrived. I looked closer and spotted the diary.
" Hayden! The diary it's right there" Keslynn pointed towards the diary and we walked up towards it.
She went out to grab it but I stopped her.
" it's to easy" I said putting my hand out to bring hers down.
" Hayden just grab it" she said getting irritated.
" Keslynn no it's way to easy" I said looking at it
As I as examining it I felt a large presence come up behind me.
" HAYDEN LOOK OUT!" Keslynn yelled I turned around and basilisk was face to face to me.
" KES GRAB THE DIARY. HURRY GO!" I yelled at her
I tried to make the sword come visible but it wasn't working. A large tail came and whipped me in the stomach making me fall to the ground hard like HARD like hard enough to break my ribs from the force hard.
I looked at keslynn and she has the diary in her hands. I wiggled out of the snakes tail and making sure the Sword was still in my hands.
The snake caught on and raised its tail once again.
" KES COME ON!" I yelled at her to follow, the snake followed us obviously.
" shit shit shit shit shit shit" i mumbled to myself running full speed into the well type things.
Kes followed behind closely as we looked for a hole small enough for us to fit in where the snake can't get us.
" Hayden your bleeding from your mouth" Keslynn said worriedly as she ran
" I'll be okay" I reassured her.
We found a hole small enough for us to fit it and crawled in there.
" I think he broke a couple ribs" I said wincing holding my stomach.
" we need to get this done." She stated
" right" I said back.
She put the diary on the floor and sighed
" alright let's do this." She said holding her hand out for me to take.
But the snake cut is off. It rammed into the whole trying to get in.
" AAHHH WHAT THE FUCK" I screamed
" DO IT NOW. HAYDEN DO IT NOW!" She screamed!
I took the sword and stabbed the diary repeatedly.
The snake dropped to the ground.
" we need to get venom from it" I told her.
" how?" She asked
" a tooth." I stated
I went to the basilisk and opened it's mouth. It grabbed one of its teeth and pulled as hard as I could.
" UGH COME THE FUCK ON YOU BASTARD!" I said finally pulling the tooth out making myself fall and hit the ground from how hard I was pulling.
" we did it" I smiled breathlessly.
" we did" she smiled back.
" come on. Let's get this diary to dumbledick" I said as I pulled myself off of the ground making sure I have the tooth and the sword.
We walked about another 20 minutes before getting caught in the middle by falling rocks
" uh hayden is this supposed to happen?" She asked me worried
" RUN!" I screamed. We both took off running as fast as humanly possible not wanting to die from falling fucking rocks.
We made it to the entrance and pulled our selfs up out of the sink. We both closed the chamber with all of our strength and sighed loudly.
" Jesus Christ" I breathed out allowing myself to fall against the sink
" Hayden, it's night." She said pointing at the window
" let's get this to Dumbledore and go to bed cause I'm fucking exhausted" I said tiredly
We walked all the way up to his office. And knocked on his door.
I walked in and slammed the diary on his desk.
" we did it" I shrugged
" and the sword?" He asked
I handed it to him
" I found another thing that can destroy a horcrux. It's a tooth with a basilisk's venom" I informed him.
" miss Jimenez and miss bunnell, you two are very brave girls I hope you know that." He stated proudly.
" yeah, is there any chance you can help us destroy the other ones?" I asked him
" of course" he nodded his head.
We walked out and made our way to the Gryffindor tower. We said the password and the portrait swung open revealing worried Gryffindor's, especially one worried werewolf.
All heads snapped to us and they all sighed in relief.
" hi." I smiled tiredly.
" Hayden what the fuck? Hi? You two have been missing all day! We thought you were dead!" Lily said hugging both of us causing me to wince.
Lily took a step back and looked at my face.
" Hayden your mouth. Your bleeding. What happened?" She said examining my face.
I grabbed her hand and brought it off of my face.
" I'm fine." I stated
Remus walked up to me and hugged me as tight as he could causing me to once again wince. He seemed to have noticed cause he also took a step back with a concerned look on his face.
" lift up your shirt." He implied
" Remus we are infront of people!" I said fake shocked
" stop it hayden! Lift.up.your.shirt" he stated
I rolled my eyes and lifted my shirt up revealing my bruised body. They all took their turns to gasp. Dramatic bitches I stg🙄
" what the hell happened?!" He exclaimed.
I looked over at keslynn giving her and " should we tell them" look She nodded back and I sighed in defeat.
" lily, Marlene and Alice. Go upstairs" I motioned up the stairs.
" what! No!" The three screamed in unison which honestly kind of freaked me out.
" THIS IS NOT UP FOR NEGOTIATION! GO UPSTAIRS NOW! THIS IS BETWEEN THE BOYS AND ME AND KES!" I yelled at them. The all walked up the stairs quietly.
Once they all got into the dorm not being able to hear the conversation.
I casted a silencing spell on the common room to make sure no one would be able to hear us.
I let out a breath " Voldemort." I said
" WHAT! Did he do this to you!" Remus exclaimed.
" you shouldn't s-say his n-name it's bad l-luck"Peter stuttered out.
"Peter this is serious." I huffed
" and no Remus. He didn't do this. You guys know what horcruxes are right?" I asked them.
They all shook their heads no.
" horcruxes are made by splitting the soul. To split the soul you have to murder someone. Creating horcruxes allows you to be immortal. Voldemort made seven. If we destroy all of these horcruxes we can defeat Voldemort. Me and keslynn already destroyed one, that's why we were gone all day. We destroyed the first horcrux he made. Which was in his diary. Now we can't do this alone, we almost died as you can imagine that fucking snake was huge, but my point is, we need help, and not just Dumbledore's. Yes he's very powerful but we don't know if we can kill Voldemort by ourselves. That's why I'm asking for your guy's help." I informed them.
" okay wait how do you know all of this stuff?" Siruis asked
" I have my ways. So are you in or out?" I asked them
Keslynn whispered into my ear " cue the dramatic music" which made me laugh a bit.
They all shook their heads yes causing me to me smile.
" but I must worn you guys. Agreeing to this. Destroying these horcruxes are dangerous alright? We don't exactly know what we're dealing with. I just want you guys to know what you're getting into." I informed them.
" we do, and we want to help" James stepped up.
" okay great. I'm going to bed because that snake kicked my fucking ass." I chuckled
" goodnight rem. I love you" I smiled at him pecking him on the lips.
" goodnight my love, I love you too." He smiled back.
I walked up the stairs and slumped myself onto my bed, as soon as Keslynn's head hit the pillow she was out, but I was stuck with my thoughts.
I'm doing the right thing right?
I mean I'm doing it to save them but
Am I doing the right thing dragging them into this?
A/N- okay this is sort of a longer chapter for me to have wrote.
That's why I haven't updated for awhile because I've been working on this.
