"Rabiya we're already here!" Miss Keith said, isa sa mga team ng MUP. Actually she taught me about styling kaya malaki ang utang ng loob ko sa kanya.
I was so shocked na unti-unti ng bumababa ang eroplano namin at nakikita ko na ang Miami Airport. Oh gosh! I'm already here in Florida! Woooow!! I can feel my heart beat pumping right now, sa buong buhay ko hindi ko inasahan na makakadating ako dito.
At the same time gusto ko rin mahanap si papa, you know, baka makatulong ang Filipino Community kaya high hopes talaga ako na mahahanap ko din siya through Miss Universe Organization.
"Hi Rabiya!! What are you feeling right now?" Miss Shamcey giggled and gave me her brightest smile.
"Kinakabahan ako mommy! hahahaha" I chuckled a bit, yes, mommy tawag ko sa kanya. Para kaming mag-ina kahit na mas matanda siya saken ng ten years.
"Alam mo 'nak, keri mo yan and by the way mag-ready ka sasalubungin ka ng mga Pinoy, some of them ay nandito na sa airport." She said.
"Rabiya!!!! Rabiya!!!! Rabiya!!"
I heard Mama J and other members of the team cheering me on. Grabe!! Ang lakas maka-goosebumps! It feels like I'm walking in the swimsuit competition dahil sa suporta nila ngayon.

Sumabay na rin sila Miss Shamcey at Miss Keith sa pagche-cheer lalo tuloy gumanda ang pakiramdam at araw ko. I feel so motivated and powerful, grabe talaga ang suporta ng team Pilipinas!
Nakababa na nga kami ng eroplano and my team helped me with my baggages, napakarami!
Syempre I always bring my sash with me wherever I go. Kahit nga nasa plane ako ayokong tanggalin haha, one time naalala ko pa dahil sa sobrang saya ko of winning the Miss Universe Philippines title e hanggang sa pagtulog ko suot ko yung sash. Rabiya ano na?!
"Rabiya!!!!" Nakinig ko na lang ang sigawan na nanggagaling sa labas they are all waving the Philippine flag and shouting from apart. This is what the previous queens felt when the Filipino Community cheered for them. Grabe nakakatakot hindi dahil sa takot na masaktan ako or what pero dahil sa dami nila and that's why FILIPINOS are the best lalo na sa pagsalubong.
I waved at them and smiled kahit na may suot akong mask, crazy right? Nakakataba ng puso, kahit na hindi nila nakikita ang ngiti ko I know each and everyone of them noticed that my eyes sparked at dahil ito sa pagmamahal nila.
Nakalapit kami sa kanila and one by one they take pictures with me. Grabe instant celebrity ako dito ah?! Para akong nasa Hollywood, kidding! Iba lang talaga ang pagtanggap ng Pinoy.
"Here is the lovely and beautiful Miss Philippines Rabiya Mateo, how are you? Welcome to Florida!"
Oh si Andre Brouillette part of the team Philippines, nauna nga pala sila.
He's holding a little mic and a camera man with him who's taking vids in front of me.
"Hello everyone! I am here at Florida Miami already and I feel so motivated because of the presence of the Filipino people and of course I am definitely excited for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant the week after next. Laban Pilipinas!" I don't know pero sobrang proud talaga ako sa Pilipinas, kaya I will always cherish and love them throughout this entire journey.
"That's cool, by the way what is the feeling being up there in the plane? Is it cold?" Andre chuckled.
I chuckled a bit, palabiro talaga itong si Andre.
"It is really cold though but, see, I surpassed the temperature!" We both laughed.
"I think so too as a fan, I saw your struggles and hardships but wow" He looked into the camera and looked at me again.
"You are here and representing the Philippines. I am really sure that the Philippines is really proud of you!" He said and I nodded.
He looked again at the camera and smiled.
"You hear that Philippines? Well, that's it for now! Please do subscribe in our YouTube channel empire ph for more updates about Rabiya! Bye everyone."
I waved at the camera then the camera man paused the clip.
"You are really gorgeous though Rabiya." Para akong nasamid sa sinabi niya. Ano raw?
"Thanks Andre." I awkwardly smiled towards him, di ko alam kung paano magre-react he's not like this noong nasa Pilipinas kami.
"Ehem!" It's Miss Shamcey.
"Jonas needs you Andre for the Empire PH." She added.
Biglang nahiya si Andre, napakamot tuloy sa ulo niya. HAHAHAHAHA.
Miss Shams stared at me with her brows furrowed.
"Rabiya is there something going on with the both of you?" Wait?! What?!
"Ma!" I exclaimed, ano may gusto ako kay Andre?! Grabe kapatid ang turing ko dun!
"I feel Andre kinda like you, simula pa noong nasa Pilipinas pa siya." Ano?! What the?!!!!
"What?!! It's not true ma!" I said, unbelievable!
"Rabiya halata ko na gusto ka niya. I know you were single but, please I am going to remind you na to focus on the pageant." She's really serious, ang cute ni Mama Shams, para ko talaga siyang nanay dito sa Florida hahahahahahahahahahaha
"I will ma and I don't have any plans to get into relationship. Pilipinas ang uunahin ko." I sighed.
Mukhang convinced na si Mama Shams!
She nodded and sighed also, pero medyo natatawa siya. She always tease me with Andre pero wala talaga akong nararamdaman for him.
I don't know what is the feeling of love after ng break up ko kay Neil, he's already married kaya okay na din yun. Ang hirap kapag nasira na ang tiwala mo, makakanap pa ba ako ng pagmamahal?! Gosh wag muna yan Rabiya!
"Hey langga!!!" OMG si Ate MJ!!!!!
Tawang-tawa ako sa patakbo niya papalapit sa akin, parang bata hahahaha. I hugged her so tight dahil ate-atehan ko rin naman siya hahahahahahaha.
"Sino ka?" I asked and I can't stop laughing about the meme in the video na tinanong siya no Enrique HAHAHAHAHAHAH.
