To clarify what is Reese.
Reese is a Valraven or Valravn
Wikipedia : In Danish folklore, a valravn (Danish "raven of the slain") is a supernatural raven. They are described as originating from ravens who consume the bodies of the dead on the battlefield, as capable of turning into the form of a knight after consuming the heart of a child, and, alternately, as half-wolf and half-raven creatures.
But for the sake of this story, let's forget about the half wolf and raven creature.
So for this ff a Valraven is a supernatural creature but is mainly a witch who have powers, like telekinesis, psychokinesis and energy manipulation who feed themselves from the pain of other (pain among other things).
And for the battlefield thing, let's change it as the 'dark' side of the creature if you know what I mean.
