"You want some more tea?" Vic grabbed my empty cup.
I shook my head no looking ahead at the tv.
"What we watching?" He crawled in bed next to me.
"The Circle" I said barely above a whisper.
"Why you watching it without me?" He frowned.
"Sorry.." I mumbled.
He looked at me for a few seconds before he kissed his teeth turning off the tv.
"Why would you do that?" I frowned.
"Toni you barely said over 3 in the last 14 hours. Talk to me" He begged.
"I told you I don't wanna talk. Please just leave me alone" I tried grabbing the remote only for him to throw it on the floor.
"Vic" I sighed trying not to get frustrated.
"What happened with King Toni? Your silence worrying me" He frowned.
"I don't wanna talk about it" I buried my face in my hands
feeling myself about to cry.
I sighed heavily feeling myself getting frustrated. I silently cried in my hands before I felt him remove my hands from my face. I looked down avoiding eye contact. I hated when I cried in front of people, I hated crying in general.
"Toni look at me" He pleaded.
"I can't." I cried.
"Why?" He lifted my chin up with him finger.
I looked at him for a few seconds before I cried harder.
"I think I still love him" I confessed.
"What?" His voice cracked.
"Please don't be mad. He's my first love. I didn't know I still had love for him until last night.. I'm so sorry" I cried.
"Is that why you wanted to break up with me? Because you in love with somebody else?" He looked at me with disgust.
"I'm not in love with him anymore Vic. Please believe me" I sobbed.
We sat in silence for over two minutes making me grow uncomfortable.
"Please say something" I sniffed.
"I thought you hated him.. how can you still have love for him after what he did?" He looked at me.
"I don't know. I wish I didn't. He's not good for me Vic only you are. My feelings for you hasn't changed I want nothing to do with him. I WISH I didn't love him" I cried.
"So last night, you made it seem like y'all had sex without your consent. What was last night about?" He asked me.
"I was panicking last night because while we was having sex last night that's when I realized I still did and I hate myself for it. After he fell asleep I came over here and realized this had to stop before I got in too deep" I shook my head.
"So y'all had sex to keep up the act or it was something serious?" He mugged me.
"Just an act. I still love him and that's why I'm afraid Vic. You've been nothing but good to me, King's fucked up my life once I won't let him do it again. I understand if you don't wanna be with me anymore, I wouldn't wanna be with me either. I just had to tell you" I looked down.
"That's why you was quiet all this time?" He asked.
"Yes.. I didn't know how to tell you" I wiped my tears.
"Thankyou for being honest with me" He nodded slowly.
"Being with him it's just bringing back memories, maybe I don't love him maybe all these emotions are just coming back after not seeing him for so long" I shrugged.
"That could be it.." He mumbled.
"Vic" I grabbed his hand as he locked eyes with me.
"He's my past but your my future. I only want you. Please don't be mad at me." I begged.
"I'm not mad. All these emotions coming at you at once, you confused, angry, hurt. I can't even be mad if I wanted to. Thankyou for being honest with me" He kissed my hand.
"How did I get so lucky?" I sniffed.
"God was tired of seeing you fall for the wrong niggas" He joked.
"I was tired too" I chuckled pecking his lips.
"Thank you for being okay with this Vic" I sighed.
"I'm not okay with it, it just ain't nun I can do" He shrugged making me keep quiet.
I rolled my eyes seeing Ty & Dash barge in the room.
"How she doing?" Ty asked Vic.
"Why you asking him? I can speak for myself" I mugged him.
"Oh now you talking" He frowned.
"You done giving us the silent treatment or what Toni?" Dash asked.
"Y'all bouta make me mad" I spat.
"What's going on?" Vic asked.
"We going through with the plan today, and we need you to do us a favor" They looked at me.
"I thought y'all don't like having me involved" I raised my eyebrows.
"You been involved the moment you started talking to King again. Stop acting dumb" Ty frowned.
I sighed crossing my arms across my chest. "What I gotta do?"
"I need you to text King & ask him to meet you in a parking lot. Tell him you wanna leave with him. While y'all talking I need you to inject this needle in his leg" He tossed me a needle.
"What do this do?" I looked at it.
"It's gon put his ass to sleep. Soon as he knock out I need you to call us so we can take him to the trap" He explained.
"This is all happening tonight?" I asked.
"Yes Toni" Dash sighed.
"I'll do it" I nodded.
"Good cuz you got no choice"
"On one condition" I held my hand up.
Ty kissed his teeth. "What?"
"I wanna be there. I'll do this if you let me see him take his last breaths" I said.
"Toni you don't needa be around this shit. You don't handle death well at all you still dealing with nightmares from killing Caroline" Ty shook his head.
"Ion care. I'm already involved. I wanna see him die" I demanded.
"Just let her do it bruh" Dash shook his head.
Ty looked at me before he kissed his teeth. "Fine" He said giving in.
"Now come into the kitchen so we can go over this plan" He demanded.
I sighed standing up only for Vic to grab my arm.
"Lemme talk to her real quick" He told them.
"Ight" They nodded leaving out the room.
"What is it?" I raised my eyebrows sitting back on the bed.
"You sure you wan do this Toni? Your emotions are now involved with this shit, you in too deep this gon end up hurting you in the end" He asked sounding concerned.
"I have to do this Vic. If I stop now then this was all for nothing" I sighed.
"I mean you right but I just gotta ask Toni. Are you sure you wanna go along with this? This shit is happening tonight, no turning back after this" He looked in my eyes.
I smiled softly just admiring how much he cared for me. I really did love him.
"Thank you for always looking out for me. I think I'll be okay" I hugged him.
"Okay" He hugged me back.
"I may still have love for him but it doesn't change how I feel about him. I hate him, but I love him and I wanna see him dead as much as everybody else" I stood up.
"I believe you" He nodded standing up.
"Good" I made my way out the room & walk down the hall into the kitchen seeing all my ugly ass friends sitting at the table waiting for me.
"Took y'all asses long enough" Mykel mugged me.
"Shutup bitch" I bucked at him.
I waited for Vic to take a seat before I sat on his lap.
"K y'all can start now" I smiled.
"Ard listen up cuz imma only say this once" Ty rubbed his hands together.
We all sat there in silence as Ty & Dash began to speak.
"Once we get ahold of King you gon go with Mykel & Teo to his house. King got a safe with all his money so imma need you to blow that safe up, take that money & then burn his house down"
"How much money in there?" Teo asked.
"At least a mill" Dash answered.
"How y'all know he got money in his safe?" I asked.
"Long been building up his money & been putting it in that same safe since I knew him. He always kept it in his crib too. You just gon have to search for it" He explained.
"Can I keep his dog?" I asked.
"What?" They all looked at me.
"His dog is cute. It's a cane corso, I don't want it to die in the fire" I pouted.
"Ion give a fuck just don't bring that bitch around me" Ty shrugged.
"So after we get the money & burn down his house then what?" I asked.
"Y'all come to the trap where me, Bugo, Vic, & Dash gon be. By the time you get there he already gon be getting tortured" Ty shrugged.
"Text King now that you wanna meet up" Bugo told me.
I nodded my head pulling out my phone going to King's contact.
"Can I just call him? Ion feel like waiting for a text back" I asked.
"Go head" They nodded.
I pressed on the ft button waiting for him to answer. After the 5th ring he finally answered.
"Hey" I smiled.
"Wasgood beautiful" He said.
"Can we meet up somewhere? I needa talk to you" I told him.
"Yea you wan meet up right now?" He asked.
"Yes. Can you come get me?" I asked.
"Yea send the addy" He nodded.
"Ight I'm finna send it now" I told him.
"Ight" He hung up.
"Guess I'll see y'all soon" I stood up.
"Be safe" Vic stood up kissing me.
"Yea, please be safe" Bugo looked at me.
"I love y'all" I pouted.

"Fuck y'all" I spat.
"We love you too" Teo laughed.

"You got the needle right?" Ty asked.
I held it up showing it to him.

"Why you chose a empty parking lot?" I raised my eyebrows.
"You said you wanted to talk, you ain't say where" He shrugged.

"You good? You been quiet the whole ride here" He looked at me.

"King? Say something I'd thought you be happy" I punched his arm.
He smirked before he grabbed my face crashing his lips into mine. I got on top of him pulling his seat back for him following his lead with the kiss.
Might as well stab him with this needle while he distracted.
"Take these off" He breathed heavily.
I quickly took off my clothes before I tugged start his belt waiting for him to remove his pants.
"Tell me what we gonna do when we leave" I moaned sitting on his crouch.
"First, we gon make love the first week at every hour cuz we finally gon be together after all these years" He bit his lip.

I searched for my phone before I finally found it going to Ty's contact. He answered on the first ring before I exhaled. "He's sleep" I told him.
"We coming now" He hung up.
I burried my face in my hands disappointed in who I had become. My hands were clean yet I had so much blood on my hands.
After 10 minutes they finally pulled up.
Mykel opened the door instantly scrunching up his face. "Why it smell like sex in here?"
"She hadda do what she hadda do now move so we can get this nigga out" Ty spat.
I hopped out & watched them carry King's unconscious body to there car before Teo got in the drivers seat to Kings car.
"Get in so we can go" He looked at me.
I quickly got in the passengers seat before Mykel could laughing at him throwing a temper tantrum.
"Bruh Toni yous a bitch" He frowned.
"Nigga get the fuck in so we can go" Teo spat.
"You seen what she did" He spat.
"You'll get over it" I waved him off.
"Be at the trap inna hour" Dash yelled to us.
"Ight!" Teo said before he sped off.

I smiled seeing King's dog run up to me but instantly charged at Mykel making him scream.

"Friendly my ass. Move bitch!" Teo kicked it.
"STOP!" I punched him.
"Cmon let's put you in the cage until we finished" I motioned for him to follow me.
"Yea put that bitch away" Mykel bucked at it.
"Imma let him lose keep playing" I mugged him.
"Ight you got it" He held his hands up in surrender.
Once I put King dog in his cage I found Mykel trying on one of King's watches.
"How my new Rolex look?" He posed.
"I'm sick of you" I snatched it off.
"Can y'all stop playing and help me find this damn safe?" Teo spat.
"Yea I wanna hurry up & get outta here too" I mumbled.
"So Toni who dick better? King's or Vic's?" Mykel smirked.
"Nigga you gay as hell asking that question" Teo laughed.
"I can't answer that. Me & Vic ain't fuck yet" I shrugged.
"The fuck? How long y'all been together again?" His eyes widened.
"We'll be 9 months in two months" I shrugged.
"Oh nah that nigga gotta be celibate" He shook his head.
"I been thinking that too. It's no rush though so I could careless" I shrugged.
"Girl stop lying to yourself you used to fuck all the time" Mykel eyed me.
"Exactly, until I met Vic." I mugged him.
"Aye bruh look what I just found.." Teo said.
I raised my eyebrows walking over to him gasping seeing what I had saw. It was drawer full of pictures of me, old pictures of me & King, some of my clothes & things I used to own.
"What the fuck.." I mumbled.
"You knew about this?" He asked me.
"Nigga of course not" I spat.
"Aye bruh this nigga obsessed wit you" Mykel laughed holding up a piece of my panties.
"Give me that" I snatched it from him.
"These must be letters he wrote to you when he was in da pin" He handed me some papers.
"I never got any letters from him" I raised my eyebrows looking through all the papers.
"He must've been too pussy to send me" He shrugged.
"Can we hurry up & get outta here.." I mumbled.
"I bet the safe behind this picture of you & him on this wall" Mykel laughed.
"He not that stupid" I shook my head.
"Check" Teo told Mykel.
Mykel walked over to the painting removing in from the wall. I gasped seeing it was a door behind it with combination lock.
"Well I'll be dammed" Mykel chuckled.
"Vic was right Toni. You was the key to use getting this nigga all along" He looked at me.
"Just blow up the safe so we can leave." I pleaded. I was uncomfortable as fuck and creeped the hell out. My first love was a whole different person now, I didn't even recognize him.
"No need to blow it up. I bet the code Toni name" Mykel shook his head putting in my name on the combination lock.
The safe cracked open making me shake my head. I was appalled.
"This nigga crazy" Teo laughed.
"It gotta be at least 2 mill in here" We stared in awe at the money.
"Ty & Dash gon be happy to hear about this. Hurry up and put it in the bags so we can get outta here" Teo demanded.
I felt like I needed to throw up. I was truly disgusted. What else did he have of me?
"You good Toni?" Teo looked at me.
"Yea" I lied.

I flinched hearing screams coming from the basement as soon as I entered the trap house.
"That nigga getting the black beaten off of him" Mykel laughed.
"That's not funny" I mugged him.
Once we made our way to the basement I took a deep breath before I walked into the room instantly wanting to turn back around. My heart broke seeing one of King's eyes were now closed shut, he had blood everywhere, even two of his fingers was missing.
"What did y'all do to him?" I gasped.
"Why you look so shaken up? This was what you wanted right?" King laughed.
"Shut the fuck" Bugo punched him in his face causing King to cough out blood.
"We been goin easy on him. This ain't nun" Dash waved me off.
"Y'all did everything I asked?" Ty asked.
"There's the money. I think it's at least 2 mil in there" He tossed him the bags.
"How much money was in that safe?" Dash held his head up.
"It's not for you. That money's for Toni." He spat.
"What?" My eyes widened.
"How much money is it King?" Dash repeated himself. King kept quiet making Ty retaliate.
I watched them torture King for whole hour.
"King just tell them!" I pleaded.
"Not until they promise it's yours to keep" He shook his head.
"Nigga ion gotta make no promises to you. After everything yo snake ass put us through" Ty kicked his face making him fall back in his chair.
"If you don't want Toni to have the money just say that" He laughed looking at Dash.
"Toni I suggest you say your goodbyes now cuz I'm tired of looking at his face" Ty took his gun off safety.
"Wait okay" He held his hands up in surrender.
"Please just wait" He begged. We all looked at him as he suffered. Most of his teeth were missing, he was stabbed in so many places I lost count, he could barely see out of his left eye now and he was missing a few fingers.
"You want me to stop Toni?" Dash looked at me. All eyes were on me. I wanted to speak but nothing would come out.
"Toni" King called out.
"What?" I looked at him.
"I want you to be the one that kills me. I hurt you the most out of everyone in here so I want you to do it" He looked in my eyes.
"Give me the gun" Tears now fell from my eyes.
"Toni-" Ty started but I quickly cut him off.
"GIVE ME THE GUN!" I yelled.
He handed me the gun before I snatched it outta his hand pointing it right at King who was laying on the ground barely conscious.
My hands began to shake the tighter I held the gun. This was it, this was what I've been wanting to do the day I found out he had my brother killed.
"I knew you was using me all along. I just wanted my last days to be with you because I love you that much, even if you were faking it all along. Please forgive me Toni, not for me but for yourself. This man right here tryna love you and instead you holding onto all the pain I caused you where you not letting him in. I'm glad you found someone, someone I know that isn't gonna hurt you. You deserve it so much. I wish I could take everything back just so I could be with you. I'm so sorry for everything. I wanted you all to myself and fucked everything up. Please forgive me so you can be happy. I'm ready to go now" He closed his eyes.
I was now sobbing. I couldn't believe him. We could've been something good, but instead he chose money over loyalty, and now he was paying for it.
"I HATE YOU!" I screamed pulling the trigger. I shot him in his head. I knew he was now dead but it wasn't enough.
I cried harder pulling the trigger 12 more times, his body flinching everytime a bullet hit his body. I couldn't stop.
"Toni stop it's over!" Vic grabbed the gun from me.
"I hate him!" I cried.
"Shh. It's okay" He pulled me into a hug.
"He's gone" I cried staring at his body.
"I'm sorry Toni. It's over now" He held me close.
I held Vic as tight as I could crying in his arms. He was really gone.
"Let's get you home" He shushed me.
I looked back at King one more time before I left the room with Vic.
