Tokos POV chapter
Toko ran down the tunnels. She knew the way out, it was just a long winding way. Omaru wont care. She can manage to work on the adult plans, then Toko can return after saving Master Togami.
She hummed.
She walked.
Its boring to do things alone now....Toko hated being alone. It reminded her of when she was little. Being hated is different than being alone.
The path kept going.
Until it stopped. She saw the opening. She started walking out.
Maybe she should have asked Omaru to follow her..... to come with her.......
She missed her already.
How strange.
She headed towards Future Foundation. She was used to walking, she just needed to remember the way.
She reached it. Finally.
She walked in abrubtly.
Makoto: "Toko-?"
Toko: "Where is Master Byakuya? Have you found him?"
Kyoko: "Oddly enough we have. He appeared back here about 45 minutes after our call."
Togami: "Unfortuneately."
Toko jumped up and squeezed him only for him to push her off. Ah, just like the good old days. But....Toko was used to Komaru being more kind and the shove seemed to discourage her.
Then she realised.
Toko left 45 minutes after the call.
Toko: "I need to get back- no- we need to contact Omaru."
Makoto: "We cant contact you both from our end."
Toko: "Dammit...DAMMIT... I NEED TO GO"
She ran to the door.
Why...was it locked?
Its all locked.
Kyoko: "Then...go"
Toko: "The doors are stuck"
Kyoko: "They....wait what?"
People were running from the building, running and smiling as they went.
...The adults. Toko recognized them.
Toko: "This is all my fault....if I stayed put Omaru would be fine."
Makoto: "Its not your fau-"
Togami: "welllllll......"
Toko: "We need to get out. Now."
