Safire/Blue Eyes POV
I sat in Klaus's room waiting for him to wake up, unable to eat or drink anything. All I wanted to do was make sure he stayed alive.
Everyone came in each day to check and would tell me to eat but we all know I didn't. I starred at his lifeless body laying there, a machine breathing for him, he looked peaceful.
"Safire come on you know he would want you to take your medication. You need to eat something and take a shower." Said Cohen
"Fine. But I'll use his bathroom and you can fetch me food in the cafeteria." I said
"Thank you. Here I brought you some new clothes." Said Cohen
Cohen left to the cafeteria and I decided to go take a shower, not going to lie it did help.
Kodiak walked in and sat with me. He pulled me into his arms and I leaned into him. I rested my head against his chest and felt safe.
"Baby, the doctors say they believe his doing well and they want to take his vent out." Said Kodiak
"Really?" I said as tears started to form in my eyes
"Yes baby." He said as he kissed my forehead and squeezed my hand softly,
"Baby, listen before things get crazy I need to say this to you." He said
I nodded and he continued.
"I don't want anyone else to have your heart, kiss your lips, or be in your arms because that is my place and always will be my place." Said Kodiak
My heart melted, no one has ever cared so much...how does he always know exactly what to say when I need to hear it. He reminds me of Klaus in that way, he always understands what I need.
"Thank you." I said as I kissed him softly
He smiled into the kiss and pulled me in closer. We sat there in each other's arms on the sofa in the hospital room waiting for everyone else to show up.
A few hours passed and the doctors came in to take Klaus off his vent, I'd be lieing if I said I wasn't holding my bretHe the entire time in anticipation for what was to come.
"His breathing on his own!" Shouted the doctor in excitement.
I hugged the doctor and thanked her, Klaus is pulling through now all his has to do is wake up, I know he can do it.
That night we all decided to go back to the house, they had to drag me out but they got me in my bed. They only reason I left was because the hospital block was on my property. I got into bed and started to doze off.
*knock*
"Who is it?" I asked
"Kodiak." He said
"Come in." I said
He walked in and that's when I realised I hadn't put my mask on. Shit! He stood there starring at me in awe. His eyes were shining in the dark room. I rushed to grab my mask and put it on but before I knew it he was already on top of me and pinning me down. Now I could just pin him down but this is more spicy...
"Now I see why Julius is obsessed with you." He said as he bit his lower lip.
"Kodiak! Let me put my mask on!" I demanded playfully
"No, I think I'll just kiss you instead." He said
Kodiak lowered his body and started to train kisses up my neck, across my jawline and onto my lips, each sensation sent me off the edge. Fuck
I've never felt this good just from a kiss. I could feel his bulge begin to grow...I guess I'm not the only one that is being effected so easily. I decided to pin him, his eyes opened in shock when he felt himself land on his back, I started to trail kisses from his collarbone to his neck and all the way to his lips.
"Mi amor..." he said in a breathy deep voice
"Mmm?" I said as I continued to kiss his neck
"You are teasing me." He said with a smirk
"Blue Eyes!" Someone shouted
"Fuck, why do people keep disturbing us." Complained Kodiak
I just laughed and stood up. I put my mask on and opened my door, Nathan was standing in front of the door out of breath.
"What's wrong?" I asked
"Klaus...his...awake." Said Nathan
I pushed passed him and ran like my life depended on it. I arrived at his room and ran in, there he was, sitting up and smiling, my goofball, my best friend.
He looked at me smiling, then gestured for me to come up to him, I was still in shock.
"You asshole! You scared me, I thought I was going to loose you." I said as I hugged him
"I promised you I would stay." He said as he rubbed my back trying to sooth me.
"Stop rubbing my back you weirdo." I joked
We both just laughed. The rest of the team walked in and smiled to finally see him awake. We all grabbed chairs and sat around him, catching him up on all the things he missed.
"Where's your boyfriend?" Asked Klaus
"Kodiak is getting a bag for you. I literally sprinted down here so he did the responsible thing and is packing you a bag foe when you leave." I said
"Oh, cool. So are you okay? Everything fine..." he said giving me a look saying, you know what I'm talking about.
I knew very well he was talking about me trying to jump.
"I'm feeling better now that I know my best friend is okay." I said
"Best friend I ass, you my soulmate." Said Klaus
"Shut up." I said while playfully shoving his shoulder
We caught up and before I knew it Kodiak was back in the room. He walked in wearing his grey sweatpants, black Nike hoodie and some airforce. Why did he look so good even when he dressed casual.
"Babe, here's the bag."he said as he handed me the bag
"Hey, great to see you awake man, how you feeling?" Kodiak asked as I put Klaus's bag in his cupboard
"Feeling good just still have a bit of pain. Hope you been treating my girl right while I was asleep." Said Klaus jokingly
"Only the best for her." Said Kodiak
Why is there this weird tension between them, I think Cohen also noticed it cause he gave me a side glance almost saying 'what's with them?' I just shrugged my shoulders.
"Okay guys, I know you missed him but he needs to rest, come back tomorrow morning." Said the doctor
We all hugged him goodbye and made our way back to our rooms. I can finally sleep in peace knowing his okay.
"So mi amor...are you still in the mood?" Whispered Kodiak seductively in my ear, sending shivers down my spine.
"Kodiak...see you in the morning." I said and kissed him goodnight
I shut my door and laughed remembering how his face dropped to my response. A girl got to have some fun am I right.

Cohen's POV
I stayed back a bit to talk to Klaus about what's going on between him and Kodiak. I don't want to see Safire get hurt again.
"Klaus what was that?" I asked
"What was what?" He asked
"You know what." I said with a stern tone
"Fine, you know I still love her, I just hate that he gets to do all the things I want to do with her. It's not fair." He said in a sad voice
"You had your shot and you blew it. After Julius and her ended you had a chance but you let her go to someone else. She loved you and you weren't ready to commit. You got to let her be happy now." I said
"Fine. But if she still loves me I'll find out." Said Klaus
"Don't try and break them up. Just let things play out...maybe things will work out in your favour." I said
"Or I just get rid of him and have her all to myself." Said klaus
