Seonghwa waited impatiently, his leg bouncing. He wasn't even sure if Hongjoong would let him in but he was going to try everything to see him. He looked over at the three that he'd brought with him to see them talking in a close circle. Those must be the other members of Fever. If their lead guitarist was out, how were they possibly going to compete? It bothered Seonghwa because he had wanted to win fair and square and missing a members was going to set them back greatly. He couldn't even imagine what was going through their minds right now. At that moment a voice called out,
"Park Seonghwa? Hongjoong is ready to see you all now."
He shot up immediately, rushing over to the nurse who would lead him to Hongjoong. The other three sprang up as well. It wasn't until they got to the door that Seonghwa turned back to the other three and said,
"I guess I should let you guys go ahead. I'm not sure he would want to see me anyways."
"You did mess up pretty bad," remarked the blonde man. "He was pretty hurt that night."
"I know and I'm really sorry. I'll let you guys meet with him and you can just let me know when you want to go back."
He nodded and walked in, followed by the man with red hair. But the last man stopped and looked at Seonghwa sadly.
"Go ahead, I'll be okay," smiled Seonghwa. "He still needs time. I don't have any right to bother him just because he's injured."
"I know you're trying to respect his space but he's in the hospital and I know how worried you've been. You deserve to at least come in and see if he's okay."
Seonghwa looked at the ground.
"I don't really deserve anything with the way I treated him."
"Yes you do, and you're coming with me," the man grabbed his wrist and dragged him in behind him.
As Seonghwa was trying to process being yanked along by a stranger, he was suddenly face to face with the man he knew very well. Hongjoong.
He was dressed in a hospital gown and had a few different tubes coming out of him. His right arm was bandaged and hanging in a sling and his left foot was in a brace. The other two had approached the bed and were fretting over their leader so Seonghwa hadn't caught his gaze yet. Realizing he could still leave without having to bother him he turned to go when a hoarse voice called out,
"Seonghwa?"
