and

if sharing them
might be too overwhelming
for some
therefore
you just try
to console yourself
by writing them down
because
journals are supposed
to be a piece of paper
that absorbs you
with all your
ugly mess
and breaking points
and all the little
sparks of joy
that made your day
bearable
