"So have you asked her yet"
" No Nique I haven't." I sighed and rolled my eyes
" Why not Tae? Prom is in 3 weeks and you need a date to prom" she says
" I don't know what she's going to say Nique and can we even do that. She's 22 and well out of high school" I try to explain to her
" First off, how do you know what she's gonna say if you don't ask her Tae. That women loves you and out of all the shit you be having her doing this would be the least craziest thing and I'm pretty sure she would say yes. And Principal Winn loves us he wouldn't care. We can just go to his office and ask for two extra tickets since they aren't students they didn't get a ticket." She reasons
" Fine, I'll ask." I sigh

Before leaving school we went to Principal Winn's office and asked for two extra tickets. He kindly obliged.
Now I'm sitting down holding this ticket thinking about how I should ask Bey. She didn't go to her own prom so I don't know what she's gonna say. Nique asked Solange is she would go with her and she said yes. But Beyoncé is different, and I don't know how she's going to react. I mean if she said no of-course I'm not going to make her because she may not be comfortable with that.
" Baby where you at? I got food" I heard Bey call out
" I'm in here"
A couple seconds later she walks into the living room.
" Hey baby, how was school?" She asks me
" You know the usual. Seniors stressing about were there gonna go for college since that procrastinated and didn't apply for one. And we're about to graduate in less that a month." I laugh
" Damn. I'm happy you applied for some. You know I hate to see you stressing." She rubs my chin with her thumb and I smile
" So what you got" I say looking at all the food.
" You remember the seafood spot I said my cousin was finna open up?"
" yea" I said
" Well called me and said she was finna open up a day early and she asked if I wanted to come get some before people started coming in. I didn't even tell her why I wanted she just had it ready when I got there"
" Mannn I love her already" I pouted and Bey laughed
" Anyways we got a lil bit of everything. And I stopped by the dessert factory and picked up that Oreo cheesecake that you like. It's in the fridge"
" Baby whyyy. I'm already gaining weight" I look down at my stomach
" Tae don't start"
She hates when I do that
" Now come on and let's eat and watch this movie. And then after we can cuddle"
I watched her happily walk into the kitchen and I shake my head
And to think people are 'scared' of her

We were watching tv until it just shuts off. I turn to look at Bey and she has the remote in her hand placing it on the night stand
" Aight, what's wrong? And don't say 'nothing' because I know it's something" she turns towards me staring waiting for an answer
" Bey-"
" Diamonte" she cuts me off
" Fine" I sigh
" You know prom is coming up in a few weeks and I don't have a date yet and um..I don't want to go with anyone at school and I definitely don't wanna go alone-"
I look up to see her with a huge smile on her face
" Why you smiling so damn hard for?"
" Tae Tae are your trying to ask me to be your date to promm" she smirks
" I swear you get on my nerves. But yes I am" I say
" I would love to" she says making me smile
" Oh thank god. I was scared you were gonna say no" I say and she frowns
" Why'd you think that"
"Because you didn't go to yours and I thought that you wouldn't be up for it"
" Baby, I didn't go to my prom because at that age I was so caught up in working with my father that I wasn't focused on that. That was my main focus. I kinda do regret it though" she looks down
" Well on the bright side you can go with me" I grab her hand and she smiles at me
" Yes, I am. With yo sexy ass"

" Where Tae at? Y'all usually on eachother like white on rice" Dave asked me
We sat in my office at the warehouse counting up money and looking for all incoming shipments
" She went out with her friend." I told him
" The one that go with your Solo?"
" Nah, it's somebody she said she met at the grocery store or something. She told me her and the girl went to school together but she don't really remember" I say and he gives me a look
" I know where she is and I'm not worried about it. I'm not bout to keep my girl on lockdown D and plus I trust her"
" I'm not talking bout that B.K I know you trust her and she wouldn't do nothing like that I'm just saying like after everything that happened." He says
" I'm not worried about that either. She has my gun, a taser, pocket knife and I took her promise ring to go get a tracker in it so I know we're she is at all times"
I pull out my phone seeing that Taé is at the park.

" So word around the street is that you talk to the famous B.K" Rihanna said
" Yea I am" I smiled
" So what is it like?" She asks
" What do you mean?" I frown
" You know like dating a Queen Pin. Does she take you with her to do business and stuff?" She asks
" Um no she doesn't. She doesn't really like me to be around when she does those things" I lied
Anywhere Bey goes, I go. I saw how they move the drugs. How they pack them. I even see the locations where they sell. I've even seen her " gun room". You know how in those crazy drug dealer movies where they have a hidden place where they stash all there guns. Yea she has one of those. She got shit in there that look like it can blow the whole country up.
" oh well that's good" she said sounding slightly.. disappointed
" Yea well we should probably get going. Bey's gonna start calling in a minute. She gets anxious when I gone" we laugh
" She's protective. And that's a good thing" she says
" Yea it is. Well I'll see you later Rihanna"
" See you later babes. And I told you to call me Robyn. I like it better" she says
" Okay, I'll keep that in mind"
