3rd Person POV
"Green!" Supergirl exclaims in a whisper to which Willow whips around, alert. Supergirl walks over to her masked friend in the DEO
"What?" Willow asks as Supergirl nods for her to go over to the side
"You can't be here right now." Supergirl tells her
"I just...J'onn just went the opposite way." Willow says, gesturing behind her with her thumb
"Lena is here." Supergirl tells her
"L-Lena?" Willow stutters. "As in my boss?"
"She found something out." Supergirl says. "Sam is Reign."
"What?" Willow breathes her question. "You mean Sam as in my other boss? I'm screwed." She mumbles
"Yeah things are getting a little complicated." Supergirl says, looking around. "There's Lena, I'll be right back."
"Wait-" Willow tries but Supergirl cuts her off
"Just hide." Supergirl tells her. "Lena!" She calls over to Lena and the two meet in the middle, just close enough for Willow to eavesdrop. "I've had your back so many times. When the rest of the world was ready to pass you off as the new Lex Luthor."
"My friend came to me." Lena defends. "She was alone and afraid. I had to do something."
"I need you to level with me." Supergirl orders. "Do you have any more Kryptonite?" Willow turns her head in confusion: why would Supergirl be asking about Kryptonite?
"No, it's all gone. I used the last of it to keep Sam sedated." Lena says but she trails off. Willow peeks around the corner to see Supergirl grabbing at her head and then passing out on the ground. "Supergirl?"
Alex runs over to help and Willow stays in her hiding place
Alex shakes Supergirl awake. "Hey, what happened?" Alex asks Supergirl
"I saw Sam." Supergirl says

"That eclipse was like someone grabbed on the moon and pulled." Lena says as her, Supergirl, and Alex walk through the DEO and talk. Willow follows after the group of three with her black jacket and mask on, staying just far enough away to not be seen but close enough to hear. "The Earth and the Moon turn on an axis, and no amount of technology can change that."
"That's because this isn't technology." Supergirl says
"You should be in the med bay." Alex tells her
"I'm fine." Supergirl says. "This is older than science."
"Please don't say magic." Lena says
"Dark magic." Supergirl says. "Reign, Purity, Pestilence, they were all created by Kryptonian witches to do one thing. Kill the world. And now that they're together, they're doing that."
"How do you know that?" Lena asks
"There's no apocalypse in the Book of Rao, but there are parables about witches joining hands to create a blessed darkness." Supergirl says
"So, whatever ritual the Worldkillers are doing, it's creating the eclipse." Lena says. "The world can't live without sunlight."
"Nothing can, including Supergirl." Alex says
At this point, the three women walk over to the central control of the DEO. Willow catches Winn's eye as she walks close to the wall
"How long have we got?" J'onn asks, walking over
"Two hours until totality." Winn says, pulling something up on the screen as they all look. While everyone was distracted, Winn held a tablet and a comm device in his hands and took a step backwards. Willow ducks her head slightly as she passes an agent, grabs the tablet and comm device from Winn's hand, and makes her way behind a wall to hide again. She puts her comm in to listen and pulls up her tablet to see the screen the group was seeing
"Then what?" Supergirl asks
"Temperature drops 50 degrees, maybe more." Lena says
"You said you dreamed of Sam." Alex says
"But people don't dream during a seizure." J'onn says
"It's the same dream I've been having for the last year." Supergirl says. "I'm in the Kryptonian valley, Juru. Normally, I see the Worldkillers, but today, I saw Sam."
"You dreamt of Julia Freeman, too." Alex says. "She turned out to be real."
"Well, it's not a dream, the valley's real." Lena says. "When I was working with Sam, she told me of this place. It's an alternate dimension that she would go to when Reign would take over."
"But how could Supergirl see it?" Alex asks
"On Mars, my people would share memories, emotions, experiences... Sometimes, you would experience a particularly strong mind wholly by accident." J'onn says
"Like picking up a radio broadcast?" Alex questions
"But Supergirl just picked up an alternate dimension." Winn says
"It's possible." Lena says. "And if we could go in there, maybe we could wake Sam up and she could send us a message to say where the Worldkillers are."
"There's still one big hole in this plan." J'onn says. "How do we send Supergirl back to this valley?"
"We fight fantasy with sci-fi." Supergirl says

"Let me get this straight." Brainy summarizes as he paces in the lab. "You want me to broadcast your consciousness into a magical dark valley dimension using the 31st century technology, which allowed me to access your mind when Reign punched you into a coma. Technology specifically designed to enter human consciousness, not alternate realms. And you want me to do this all before the solar eclipse achieves totality, which will happen in less than two hours."
"Yes." Supergirl says
"Okay, no problem." Brainy says. "Sounds fun. To the Legion Cruiser."
"Let's do this." Supergirl says
"I'm coming with you." Lena says
"Not a chance." Supergirl says. "It might not even be possible."
"Oh, no, it's possible." Brainy says to which Lena sighs
"Listen, I spent the last month working with Sam and Reign, every day." Lena says. "I know what makes them tick. I know their DNA sequence better than my own phone number. What's more, I know Sam, and you don't. If anyone can get through to her, it's me. I get that you may not trust me right now, but trust that I want to get Sam back."
"Sam's my friend, too." Alex tells Supergirl. "And with the sun darkening, your powers are gonna weaken. You might not have any powers in that valley-mind-realm thing. You're gonna need somebody to watch your backs."
"Well, I guess we're all in this together." Supergirl says
"Strength in numbers." Lena says
Lena turns to leave with Brainy who talks about the time he needs to prepare
"You sure about this?" Alex asks Supergirl
"No, but Lena's right, she's been working with Sam for weeks." Supergirl says. "And having her with us will give us a chance to verify her story." Supergirl looks around before training her eyes back on Alex's. "One more thing..." She snaps her fingers
Willow, upon hearing the signal, walks over from her hiding spot and over to the group
Alex looks around, surprised. "What the-- how long have you been here?"
"Roughly? 3 hours." Willow says
"Does J'onn know she's here?" Alex asks
"No." Willow says. "That's the only reason why I've been able to be here for so long."
"We need to get her on the mission." Supergirl says. "Lena said she used Kryptonite to subdue Reign. Willow is Kryptonite."
"I see why it'll be helpful." Alex says. "But what if Reign takes Willow's Kryptonite like she did last time?"
"Reign wouldn't be there." Supergirl says. "In theory, it should just be Sam there, right?" Alex stares at her sister for a moment before her eyes land on Willow's
"I do have to go." Willow says. "My mission is to protect Supergirl at all costs so whether you're on board or not I will be going." Then she adds, "I'll make you cookies."
Alex sighs. "Fine." Alex gives in. "Let's see how we can do this."

"How's it coming?" Supergirl asks, walking in with Willow next to her. Lena looks over as Willow's eyes brighten slightly with green to keep her identity secret
"The eclipse is diminishing your strength severely." Brainy says. "I can send you into this dark valley, but adding the weight of three more minds to yours will weaken you further. Your biology is impressive, but even you weren't built to be an inter-dimensional portal."
"Can I talk to you for a second?" Supergirl asks Mon-El, taking a few steps backwards
"Yeah." Mon-El says, walking over to Supergirl so they could talk
"Who's this?" Lena asks Alex, gesturing over at Willow
Willow looks at Alex, waiting for the answer to her cover identity
"Telekinetic with green energy." Alex says. "I'm sure you've seen clips of her on the news." She says, looking at Willow who shakes her head 'no' subtly since one of the only clips of Willow on the news was when she used Supergirl as a shield when they fell to the ground. Willow figured it probably wasn't the best idea to have that be the image in Lena's head of her right before they went on a mission. "Oh...Well, let's get ready."
The four women lay in chairs with devices attached to their heads as Brainy explains. "Once I induce transmission, your minds will be immediately beamed into this dark valley."
"Is it gonna hurt?" Alex asks
"The chances are better than 50%." Brainy says
"That's comforting." Alex says sarcastically
"Really?" Brainy asks, not picking up on the sarcasm. "I didn't think so. Would you like me to count to three?"
"Will it help?" Lena asks
"No, not at all." Brainy says
"Let's just get it over with." Supergirl says
Brainy starts typing on his wrist gauntlet
J'onn walks in and sees the four women in the chairs. Willow's eyes widen slightly as J'onn looks at her
"What is she--" J'onn starts but he didn't get his sentence out because the four women pass out at the same time. J'onn looks at Mon-El. "I thought you said 10 minutes."
"Kara needed Greene there." Mon-El says. "We needed you gone for Greene to be here." J'onn looks mad as he huffs out

The four women gasp awake on the dirt ground. The place was covered in fog and forest life as they look around
"We're here." Supergirl says
The group looks around the place
"This is impressive." Lena says
"This is Juru." Supergirl says
Willow looks back as branches crack. Lena had seen the same thing as Alex gathered branches. "Are those for Sam and Julia?" Lena asks
"It's for whatever might be around." Alex says
"I don't even know if anything here can get injured." Lena says. Alex pokes Lena with the branch. "Ow!"
"Yeah, we're good." Alex says. She holds a pointy branch. "This one. I like this one, it's mine." She says, handing the other ones to Supergirl and Lena
"Thanks." Supergirl says. She pokes herself with the branch hard and blood creeps from her hand. "Yep, this place bites."
Alex looks at Willow who holds her hand to the side as green wisps slowly dance across her fingers. "Good." Alex breathes out. Then, something on the ground catches her attention. "Oh, my God."
"What?" Supergirl asks as Willow turns in confusion
"That's Grace." Alex says as they look down at the body
"Who?" Lena asks
"She's the human form of one of the Worldkillers." Supergirl answers
"She's dead." Lena stammers
"Which means that we're running out of time with Sam and Julia." Alex says
"They headed in this direction." Supergirl says
The group of four makes their way through the forest

Supegirl leads the group down the path
"You don't look so good." Alex notes as Supergirl takes a heavy breath
"I'm just tired." Supergirl says. "Brainy said it'd be hard for me to carry both of you in here." She breathes heavily. "Is this what it's like when humans exercise? This is terrible. Why would you ever exercise?"
"One foot in front of the other." Alex tells Supergirl
"It's fine." Supergirl says. "It's no worse than light Kryptonite poisoning."
"Come on." Lena scoffs. "There's too much at stake for you to still be mad at me."
"I said we would work together." Supergirl says. "Never said it would be sunshine and rainbows."
"Great, cause we're a little lacking on sunshine right now." Lena says. "What I did wasn't personal."
"You had a stash of 'Kills Kryptonians,' Lena." Alex says. "It's personal."
Willow turns her head in confusion, clearly missing something. Why were Alex and Supergirl so mad at Lena for Kryptonite if Willow herself was Krpytonite? Why was her brain not working hard or fast enough to figure out the answer? What was she missing?
"I would never use it for that." Lena defends. "You know that."
"I thought I knew everything I needed to know, but you have secrets." Supergirl says. "It changes things."
"Oh, right, you don't like secrets." Lena says
"Nope, I don't." Supergirl says
"Good." Lena says. "What's your real name?"
"It's not a great question for a Luthor to ask someone in my family." Supergirl says
"You have secrets, I can get on board with that." Lena says. "I have secrets, too."
Shadows wisp around the place. Figures run through the forest around the group. A...a ghost appears and then disappears
"What the hell was that?" Lena asks
"The reason we have sticks." Alex says
The shadowy figure makes itself known again, dropping next to the group and roaring. Alex sends her stick through the figure and it disappears
"That's a Kryptonian demon." Supergirl says. "I've seen them before." She looks down another path. "That's where they went. We're running out of time."
"I think I see an entrance over there." Alex says
The group rushes forwards

Supergirl opens the door of some kind of vault. "All right, come on. Come on." She tells the group as they rush in. Supergirl seals the vault behind them and they walk through the area
Whimpering is heard and the group looks around
"Julia!" Supergirl exclaims, running over and kneeling down. "Julia!"
"Julia, it's Supergirl and Agent Danvers." Alex says, kneeling next to her as Willow and Lena remain standing. Willow looks around the place, alert. "Can you hear me?"
"We're here to help you." Supergirl says
Lena looks around, rounding the corner. "Oh, God!" She exclaims, breaking into a run
Willow runs after Lena, finding Sam on the ground muttering about killing someone. Supergirl and Alex make their way over
Sam's eyes flick around before her gaze lands on Lena. "You're here." She whispers
"Of course we're here. You think I'd forget about you?" Lena asks
"Lena. Alex. Another girl..." Sam whispers, her eyes passing Willow briefly. "Supergirl." She realizes as her eyes widen, "I killed you, too. I'm sorry." Her voice breaks with tears
"Sam, no." Supergirl says
"I'm sorry." Sam whispers
"No, Reign didn't kill us." Alex tells Sam. "We're here to help you."
"We're gonna get you out of here." Lena says
"The people I killed are coming." Sam says, her eyes trained on the ground
"Reign killed, not you." Supergirl tells her
"We're gonna make sure Reign never hurts anyone again." Lena says
"But, Sam, you have to wake up." Supergirl says. "You have to go back to your body and send us a message, tell us where the Worldkillers are."
"Don't let them in." Sam breathes shakily. "They want me. I killed them."
"Hey. Hey, you are not a murderer." Supergirl says. She groans, stumbling backwards slightly. Her body shakes a little
"Hey. Hey!" Alex exclaims, stabilizing Supergirl. "We have to get you out of here."
"No. Not yet. Not yet." Supergirl says, her eyes falling on Sam who was scooting back as far as she could go. "Sam?"
"We don't have much time." Alex says
"Come on, stay with us. Remember who you are." Supergirl tells Sam
"Hey, you are Sam Arias, okay?" Lena says. "You're the woman I would trust with anything."
"You're good." Willow says
"You have friends." Supergirl says
"You're a fighter." Lena says
"You're a mother." Alex says
"Remember Ruby?" Lena says as Sam shakes. "Ruby's just waiting for you to come home."
"Sam, you have to think of Ruby." Supergirl says
"Ruby." Alex says
"Remember Ruby?" Lena asks
Sam stops shaking and her glowing red eyes snap open
"Uh-oh..." Willow whispers
SamReign jumps up and grabs Lena by the throat
"Let her go!" Supergirl yells, rushing forward
"I'll break her neck." SamReign threatens, stopping Supergirl in her tracks
"Take me!" Supergirl says. "Take me instead, please!"
SamReign looks at Supergirl. "You. You are nothing. You've always been nothing. Only one of equal strength can defeat me. You are driftwood in the face of a hurricane."
SamReign was about to snap Lena's neck but then Lena dissipates in a hue of blue
Alex and Supergirl dissipate next. SamReign's eyes lock on Willow's green glowing eyes and then Willow dissipates as well
The four women gasp awake in the chairs
"It worked?" Supergirl asks
"Like a charm." Mon-El says
"Are we still talking about dark magic?" Brainy asks
Supergirl gets up
"You should rest some more. " J'onn tells her
"Since when has that ever stopped me?" Supergirl asks
"Let's go." J'onn says
"Hey, hey, what about me?" Lena asks
"Help Brainy." Supergirl says, turning and starting to leave. "Come on." She tells Willow
The group starts to run through the ship. J'onn pulls to a stop, looking at Willow
"J'onn we don't have time for this." Supergirl tells him, knowing exactly what he was going to say. "She can and needs to help."
"We'll deal with this later." J'onn huffs and the group continues forward again

"Structure nearly breached. Prepare for drop." Brainy says through the comms
The group drops into the area and the Worldkillers are there. They immediately engage in a fight with the Worldkillers. Purity screeches upwards, damaging the ship above
Reign punches Supergirl. "You are weak." Reign growls
Supergirl and Reign continue to fight. Willow joins the fight only when Supergirl is launched backwards. Her green wisps shoot through the air, grabbing Supergirl and laying her gently on the ground. Alex blasts red and knocks Reign down
"I've got this. Check on the others." Supergirl tells Alex. Alex runs to go help the others as Supergirl stands. "Willow." Supergirl says, looking at her. "Stay close."
"Copy that." Willow says
The girls initiate another fight with Reign. Eventually, Supergirl and Reign are blasting each other with heat vision as Willow pushes herself off the ground (from being thrown by Reign)
Supergirl's eyes start to burn and she whimpers as Reign grows stronger. Supergirl's heat vision goes out completely and Reign stops her heat vision as Willow pulls herself off the ground
"The eclipse is full." Reign taunts. "No more powers."
Supergirl and Willow share a look before nodding. Supergirl goes to punch Reign but Reign grabs her wrist and throws her backwards. Willow's green wisps shoot at Reign but Reign presses a device on her wrist and Willow's powers are used against her. Willow is blasted backward and hits the ground hard
Reign goes after Alex next, throwing her to the ground. Purity (Julia) lays on the ground, her eyes normal as she gasps. Alex and Supergirl call Julia's name, trying to get her to stay Julia and fight Reign
"Julia, I can't do this. You're still strong enough. Help us!" Supergirl pleads
"It's over." Reign says
"What did you say before?" Julia asks, standing up. "That only one of equal strength can beat you. Well, come at me, witch." She taunts
Julia screeches and Reign gets hit with the blast but Pestilence jumps and evades the hit
Pestilence stabs Julia and then grabs her by the neck as Julia gasps for breath
"I always knew you were weak." Pestilence tells Julia
Julia screeches in Pestilence's face and both fall to the ground
"No!" Supergirl exclaims, running over to Julia. "She's not gonna make it."
"I'm so sorry." Alex whispers to Julia
"She did it. She did it." Imra says. "Pestilence is dead."
The area around them starts breaking and caving in as Julia and Pestilence bodies disappear...but their energy goes straight into Reign
"Let's get the hell outta here." J'onn says
The group runs
