3rd Person POV
Downtown, a bar fight had broken out. Willow stands there at the sidelines with her arms over her chest. Her hoodie and mask are on as she watches the fight in front of her
Supergirl races down the stairs and pulls to a stop next to Willow
"What are you doing?" Supergirl asks. "Why are you waiting?"
"It's a bar fight." Willow says with a shrug
"Violence nonetheless." Supergirl says as one woman in the fight throws a bottle of liquor. Supergirl rushes forwards with the manager of the bar and catches the bottle before it could hurt anyone. "Can't hold your liquor?" Supergirl quips at the woman. "What happened?" She asks the manager
"She just went crazy, started wrecking the place." The manager responds
"You get everyone out of here." Supergirl tells the manager. "We'll take care of her."
Supergirl launches herself towards the woman but the woman throws Supergirl backwards into a video game
"I had the high score on that." Supergirl says, looking from the now broken video game
"Alright, time to help." Willow says, pushing herself off of the wall as people run out
Supergirl and the woman break into a fight. Willow joins, her green wisps grabbing the woman and throwing her into the photobooth in the back where Supergirl starts beating her up. Cameras click inside the photobooth and then the woman is thrown out onto the floor unconscious. Supergirl walks out and takes the pictures out of the slot, looking at them
Supergirl laughs looking at the pictures. "Check it out, Green." She says, turning the pictures around to show Supergirl and the woman beating each other up
"Very nice." Willow answers with a small laugh

"Training?" Willow asks through the phone as she makes her way up the stairs to her apartment
"Yeah." Kara's voice answers through the phone. "Mon-El is going to teach me some new moves with my cape and if you come, maybe we can help you train a little too."
"That's a nice offer." Willow says, nearing her apartment room. Keys rattling to the side pulls her attention and she sees James leaving his apartment. "Hey, hang on a sec." She tells Kara before looking over at James. "Hi, Mr Olsen."
"James." James reminds her with a smile, pulling away from his door
"James." Willow corrects, nodding her head.
"How are you feeling?" James asks, walking over and stopping next to her
"Um, better." Willow says
"Better enough to come to work?" James asks
"Uh, not that better." Willow tells him, looking down slightly
"Okay." James says. "Let me know when you are." He goes to walk away but then stops. "Oh, your uncle stopped by. You weren't here so I let him in."
Willow freezes slightly before forcing a smile. "Thanks." She says with fake cheer. "Can't wait to see him."
James leaves
"Willow?" Kara asks through the phone and Willow pulls the phone to her ear. "You okay?"
"I don't have an uncle..." Willow tells her in a whisper. "Someone's in my house." She says, gently touching the doorknob
"Don't go in." Kara says. "I'm coming."
"No." Willow tells her. "You need to train. I'm more than capable of throwing a forcefield in front of myself if needed."
"Call me later." Kara tells her
"Will do." Willow says, hanging up the phone
Willow wraps her hand around the doorknob and turns slightly - it was unlocked. She takes a deep breath in before pocketing her phone and getting her green wisps ready in her free hand. She throws open the door and launches herself inside the apartment, throwing a forcefield up in front of her
Her forcefield quickly drops and her hands fall to her sides. "Sir?" Willow asks, seeing Marvin sitting at the table
"Soldier." Marvin says, standing up
"You have a key, why'd you lie to James?" Willow asks
"He was suspicious." Marvin answers
"What's going on?" Willow asks, closing the door behind her
Marvin holds up a blood-drawing kit. "We're going to test a theory I have." Marvin tells her
"And the theory is?" Willow asks
"If I can get enough of your blood out of your system, maybe the tracker will be pulled out too." Marvin tells her
"The tracker's in my bloodstream from my heart." Willow reminds him
"We could skip right to a heart transplant then." Marvin tells her
"Blood draw it is." Willow says, sitting down in a chair and pulling up her sleeve. Marvin starts setting up the needles to draw her blood. "Have my superiors found out about our recent attempted escape?"
"I covered." Marvin tells her. "They think Supergirl went out of the state and you followed. I told them I went to retrieve you at the state line when you fell unconscious."
"Thank you, sir." Willow says with genuine thanks
"I'm going to have to take quite a bit in order to properly analyze my theory." Marvin tells her, hopping right back into his normal commander self. "Hope you're staying in tonight."
Willow gives him a hesitant nod knowing damn well that if Supergirl needed help tonight, she had to be there in order to not raise the suspicion of Base Ops

Willow got to the DEO and saw a bunch of agents fighting
"What the hell?" Willow asks, walking down the stairs but Alex intercepts her, grabbing onto Willow's arms and pulling her to the sides. "Alex?"
"Put these on." Alex tells her, handing her blue devices and gesturing to Willow's temples
Willow puts the devices on. "What's going on?" She asks Alex
"We need to stop everyone from fighting." Alex says
"Why is everyone fighting?" Willow asks, looking around. "Wait a second..." She says, grabbing at her head with her hands as her vision blurs slightly. "Why am...what?"
"What the hell are you saying?" Alex asks
"I don't...know..." Willow whispers, trying to remember the events of the day but everything was fuzzy
"Are you good to fight?" Alex asks, getting to the point and Willow looks at her. "Cause if not I need to know right now."
"I'm fine." Willow tells her, focusing her gaze on Alex
"Great." Alex says. "Let's go."
The two girls run down the stairs and launch into fighting the other DEO agents. They fight to protect themselves, Willow slightly wobbly from her blood draw earlier. Some kind of mind games were going on with the agents
Supergirl and Mon-El fight large alien creatures. An agent holds a huge blaster up and points towards Mon-El
"No, no, no." Alex whispers upon noticing. "Mon-El!" She calls, running towards the man with the blaster
The blaster shoots and Mon-El throws his cape to the side. His cape wraps around what was blasted from the blaster and it blows up inside Mon-El's cape, keeping everyone safe
Two alien creatures run at Supergirl. Willow shoots her green wisps across the room, slamming the two creatures into each other and they knock out on the ground
Supergirl goes to high five Willow but Willow gives her a look to remind her - the two probably shouldn't touch. Supergirl nods with a smile instead to which Willow returns the smile
"No! No!" They hear yelling and they look up to see the problem
"Oh, no." Supergirl breathes upon seeing an alien creature up top. Supergirl flies up to the second level ."J'onn?"
"Stay with him." J'onn tells Supergirl
J'onn starts beating up the alien creature. Willow throws her arms to her sides and her green wisps carry her up to the second floor by Supergirl. Willow stumbles out of her telekinetic flying and stumbles to her knees, still weak, but recovers and stands up quickly
"Hey, I'm here." Supergirl tells J'onn father who was laying on the floor. "You're okay." Willow whispers. "I know how hard it is when everything we know to be true changes. But sometimes all we can do is just accept the way things are, and make the best of that."
Supergirl's devices on her head sparks as Willow's does the same
"Oh, God." Supergirl mutters as Willow worriedly warns, "Supergirl."
"J'onn." J'onn father breathes as J'onn kneels next to him
"The son becomes the father." J'onn says
"Do it." J'onn's father says
J'onn cuffs his father's wrist, dampening his power, and everything around them goes quiet. No one is fighting anymore. Willow breathes out in relief

"May I speak to you all?" J'onn's father says as the group in the DEO, now fully recovered, was getting ready to go about their nights. "I am sorry for the pain I caused. I hurt you, all of you. I was so fearful of losing control of what's left of my life, I refused to accept what was happening. And it nearly cost me everything I hold dear."
"I hoped I would've been able to protect you all better." J'onn says
"You protect us all the time, J'onn." Alex says
"Tonight was our turn." Supergirl says, walking toward J'onn and his father

Willow rolls out of bed the next morning and walks over to her window. She opens her window and looks out at the beautiful clear sky and the sun that was rising. She takes a deep breath in, breathing in the cool air of the morning
But then...
Dead birds start falling from the sky
"What the hell?" Willow whispers, looking around
