Izuku's POV:
"And the next event is...... A cavalry battle!!!" Midnight announces. "You will be split into groups of three to four people and everyone will be given a certain number of points based off how they ranked in the previous event. the person who came in forty-second will be worth five points and the points increase the higher you rank." she continues explaining. 'Okay so I came in first so what is my point value' I think trying to do quick maths. 'wouldn't be surprised if they make it some crazy amount' Zenko says. "Oh, did I forget to mention first place will be worth ten million points" midnight says causing everyone to turn my direction.
If this was a tv show I think right about now would be the point where there was a record scratch in the background. I couldn't think about it for long though because Midnight says "you have five minutes to gather a team" causing a lot of people to group up. Looking around frantically I notice Aiko walking up to me with a smile. 'Oh thank god' I think as she stops in front of me. "So wanna be a team?" she asks me scooching next to me. "You are a life saver, absolutely" I say giving her a big smile. "So now for the other people" She says looking around
I spot Tokoyami nearby standing alone so I grab Aiko's hand and pull her over. "Hey Tokoyami, wanna be on our team?" I ask waving to him as Uraraka also walks up to him. "I don't see the harm in joining" He says with a nod. "Can I join too?" Uraraka asks as I tilt my head in curiosity. "Of course, but I would have though you would go with Kat" I say as she sighs. "He already has a team" she says gesturing towards the now full team with Kat.
Before long the event is starting and I summon Zenko so we can all ride on his back dealing with defense and offense. Everyone had a part to play, Aiko would help block while Uraraka would provide support making Zenko float if needed. Tokoyami would use dark shadow to grab other people's headbands and I would boost us all while also using my fire as defense. Soon enough we are all sitting on the back of a giant fox easily 2 times the size of a truck.
"Are all the contestants ready?" Midnight asks getting a lot of nods in response. "If that's the case then..." She starts as I turn to my team and say "So any of you watch anime" with then all nodding. "Good, I think you'll like this then" I say with a sly grin as midnight yells "Begin."

Everyone rushes at us as I feel the link spread across the team and power starts to flow and increase. Zenko quickly jumps around the arena avoiding quirks being used to try and incapacitate us. "And we're off to a quick start folks" Present Mic says providing commentary.

Tokoyami brings out dark shadow who quickly goes to work trying to get more points but is having a little difficulty due to the bright lights. I see this and start channeling more power to them as Dark shadow increases in size slightly.

We keep maneuvering through the groups of people as Aiko uses her water to form whips and even coat the others feet causing them to stop so we can escape. Dark shadow has done a really good job so far collecting Headbands and handing them to me. Doing a quick calculation, we have ten million three hundred and fifteen points and I intend to keep it that way.

Most people have given up at this point and gone to fighting others but I notice Kat's group coming from our left so I quickly alert the others of the incoming attack. Sero tries to shoot his tape at us but I use some green fire to burn it when it gets nearby. Then Mina tries to shoot some acid at us but thankfully Aiko was able to make an Ice shield for us not to get hit. I lob a small fire ball over the wall hitting Eijiro as he hardened and was pushed back a little. Quickly hopping away, I yell back "Good luck next time bro" while smiling.

This time it was Todoroki's turn to come after us as they rush us from behind. Thankfully we had Uraraka keeping a look out in case she needed to use her quirk. Momo made a flare gun and shot it in our direction. I quickly form the sound waves around us to form a ball around the shot flare and send it into the ground as it sputters out. Momo then makes a metal disk and throws it in our direction before Kaminari raises his hand and shooting lightning at it. Zenko quickly jumps out of the way as I throw a big ball of fire the size of my head at Todoroki. He was then forced to make a wall of Ice blocking them off from us as we run away.

We've been pretty lucky so far avoiding people as we run around. Most people can't even reach us on top of Zenko so we were pretty safe just running around but there were people who were able to make it this high so we still had to be vigilant. Scanning our surroundings, I notice there are a few groups surrounding us so channel the sound waves into a big ring and slam it into the ground around us kicking up a ton of dust for cover.

As the song ends the power lingers while we make our way jumping over group after group. "Looks like we're going without music for the rest of it" I say panting heavily. Normally this wouldn't be hard for me but not only do I have to power up the others while preforming, I also have to keep a look out for other groups and keep a mental note on how many points we have. Not to mention keeping Zenko summoned for this long is draining me fast since I had no time between events to relax Right now, we have ten million four hundred and twelve points and are located in the middle of the arena, Not the most ideal place.
"One minute left" Midnight announces and everyone realizing our position starts to rush us with Todoroki and Kat's groups leading the charge. Iida uses some sort of move he called Recipro Burst as he speeds his group towards us. "Everyone holds on! Uraraka now!" I shout as she touches both sides Zenko removing gravity from the fox. Zenko then proceeds to launch himself upwards making us rocket upwards towards the top of the stadium.
"Would you look at that move team Midoriya just pulled" Present Mic screamed. "It's a smart move" Aizawa says with a hint of pride in his voice. "How you doing Uraraka" I say turning to the now green faced girl who holds up a shaky thumbs up. "Five.... Four.... Three.... Two..... One.... And the time is up" midnight announces as Uraraka goes to release the effect on Zenko. "Hold on guys were going down" I say as we quickly plummet from the sky landing with a loud thud in the middle of the arena.
(A/N: The people in the final event are the same except I switched Mei with Aiko. Sorry Mei fans)
"We will return for the one v one after a short break, so please all students make your way back to the stands" Midnight says after announcing the finalists. Sadly, Ojiro and someone else backed out, something about not remembering how they got into the finals. We all make our way out of the stadium and into the student's area of the stands only for Todoroki to stop me saying he wanted to talk to me. We quickly made our way into an abandoned hallway and he leans against the wall opposite me.
"What did you want to talk about?" I ask him. "Have you heard of quirk marriages? He asks and I quickly see where this is going. "Are you-" I start to ask before he nods and cuts me off. "Endevour, my father, bought my mother for her quirk. He wanted a way to help regulate the temperature of the body while using fire so he looked for a strong ice quirk user. Since he was never able to surpass All Might he decided to force his dream onto his children. His first son, my older brother was born with a fire quirk but notice so he was deemed a failure. My other 2 siblings were also deemed failures and cast aside. That's when I came along, his 'perfect masterpiece'. He forced me into extreme training from a young age and when my mom would stand up for me, he would beat her. This caused her to one day snap and pour boiling water over my eye saying my left side reminds her of him. This is why I refuse to use that bastards quirk. I will beat you using only my ice." He says as he walks away not waiting for a response.
Time skip to the last event (The lineup is the same as in the anime. Aiko will be taking Mei's place against Iida)
"Welcome back, are you ready for the first match up? Please would the student's make their way into the arena" Midnight says as I make my way out of the tunnel. "First up is the Musical fox from 1-A who has been killing it so far. Izuku Midoriya" Present Mic says as the crowd erupts in cheers. "And facing him is the purple haired Aizawa look-alike from class 1-C. Hitoshi Shinso" He continues as we both make our way up to the fighting area.
'Okay, Ojiro warned me not to respond due to his quirk. Should be easy' I think. 'Don't let your guard down kid, you have to be prepared for everything' Zenko responds. We meet in the middle with about ten feet between us as midnight asks, "Are you both ready" getting nods as a response. "Then begin" she says as I back up slightly. "Must be easy to spout that bs you were saying earlier when you have such amazing quirks" Shinso says trying to provoke me.
"I wonder who I will preplace when I make it into the hero course, could be you" he continued as I grit my teeth and start to march towards him. "Oh, I know, maybe it will be that green eyed bitch you seem so friendly with" he says with a grin. "Shut u-" I say falling for his trap.
"Good, now turn around and walk out of the arena" he says with a grin. My body won't listen, I turn and start walking slowly out. Through the ringing in my ears, I can hear Present Mic explaining his quirk over the intercoms. Then there is another voice that comes through, one that never fails to make me smile. "What are you doing Izu?" Aiko yells. I can see in the corner of my eye she is standing over the railing with worry on her face. 'I need to do something' I yell in my mind. ' You better hurry kid, you're close to the edge now' Zenko says. 'Wait, Zenko!' I think, summoning you is mental just like my instruments, can you do something?' I ask him and he responds with 'yes'.
Zenko suddenly appears next to me in the ring with a guitar in his hands. Coiling back, he swings the guitar wide and slams it into my jaw sending me towards the middle of the arena a little. "Damn Zen, that hurt like a butt cheek on a stick" I say grabbing my jaw as he chuckles and says "You're welcome" before disappearing.
"What.... just.... Happened?" Present Mic asks confusion in his voice. "Problem child's second quirk is called Nine tailed Fox Spirit; my guess is that was said spirit helping snap him out of the brainwashing" Aizawa says in a sleepy voice.
I got off the ground turning towards my opponent and spitting a little blood out of my mouth before rushing him and punching him in the stomach. He was sent flying just outside of the ring. I walk over to him and offer him a hand. "That was a good fight, you almost had me. You have a lot of potential and a great quirk for a hero" I say as he takes my hand. "Wait you're not mad at me?" he asks with a confused look on my face.
"No, what you did was smart" I say before leaning into his ear and whispering "But if you ever insult my girlfriend again, they won't find the body" in a low growl causing him to shiver as I walk away waving over my shoulder. "Well, I hope to see you in the hero course Shinso" I say entering into the tunnel and heading back to the class 1-A area.
3rd person POV:
Izuku made his way back to the student seating, as he enters through the door he gets tackled by an angry Aiko. "You idiot, you almost lost!" she yells as she punches his chest lightly. Izuku chuckled in response before saying "What was I supposed to do, he insulted the most amazing woman in the world" as he places a kiss on her forehead getting a collective "awwwww" from the class. "That was so manly Izubro. but who was the guy that looked like you" Eijiro asked getting nods from a few other people.
"Oh, that was Zenko, he's the fox spirit living inside me" Izuku say as he brings him out. "Hello everyone, Zuzu here thinks very highly of you all" Zenko says causing me to blush. "Come on Zen, stop it" I say before Jiro speaks up. "So why didn't you tell us you were Kitsune?" the punk rocker asks. "Oh, uh. actually Kat, and Eijiro already knew." I reply. "I also knew, I just didn't feel it was my place to tell anyone" Shoji says
"Wait Eiji, you knew and you didn't tell me?" Mina pouted as she repeatedly hit his arm causing him to laugh. "Sorry Ashi, I promised him I wouldn't tell anyone" He responds. "Hold up, Eiji! Ashi? What's up with that?" Aiko asks as Izuku nods in agreement casing them to both blushes.
The answer never came however because the next match between Sero and Todoroki started. as soon as the match started Todoroki froze Sero in a giant glacier in an instant winning the match. After them was Kaminari against Ibara from class 1-B. When the match started Kaminari tried to finish it fast but failed and short circuited causing Ibara to win.
The next match was Aiko against Iida, and when the match started Iida used his speed to rush Aiko. he landed a solid kick causing her to slide to the edge of the ring. Iida again charged but Aiko was ready for him this time and froze the ground before rolling out of the way at the last second. Because of his speed Iida was unable to turn or stop and went tumbling out of the ring earning Aiko the victory. The next matches were quick, mina was against Aoyama with Mina winning. Momo was against Tokoyami and Tokoyami won. For the next match it was Eijiro against Tetsutetsu from class B ending in a victory for Eijiro. Then for the last match of the 1st round Bakugou was against Uraraka. Uraraka fought hard but eventually Bakugou won.
(I know Eijiro vs. Tetsutetsu is a tie in the show but I changed it so he is slightly more powerful thanks to training with Izuku and Katsuki since the entrance exam)
