The mystery man had brought me out the door and into the hallway.
The man who was beating me earlier was tied down by cuffs and showed onto the floor, his face basically kissing the floor.
What sin did the floor commit to be punished like this?
I honestly want to spit on the jerk who hurt me and the kid but I don't want to leave a bad impression on the nice man who saved me.😔
Instead, I stick my tongue out and blow a raspberry. My beautiful savior watches and laughs at my sudden childish movement. I bet I just like an angry squirrel, mad at the dog who's blocking me from my acorns. :')
I've been looking at, um, I feel as though I should call him something.
I'll ask for his name when tensions aren't so high.
But for now, I'll call him... Coco, cause his hair is brown and he smells nice!

Aside from that when I saw him looking at the 'bad guys' his eyes seemed really cold, just what I'd expect from a super-strong knight!
He puts me into the arms of someone else.
"The child's injured, treat them and give them some food. Gather up the other people and get them somewhere safe."
The person nods and moves quickly to fulfill their orders.
"I'll be back after dealing with the trash"
He muttered that last part so I can only hope he's going to give those bastards a good beating!

The man who's now holding me pulls me into a room with a bunch of other people. There were both the rescued people and the guards, they had the bad guys somewhere else.
They put me in the arms of a pretty woman she kinda looked like an in-game healer, you' know the cross necklace and all that, maybe she was a priest! I assumed she's gonna use magic.
And she did! It was very cool! She placed her hands on my stomach and suddenly bright white light shines out of her hands! The pain was gone and the bruises had mostly disappeared, some were still left but I think that's just some sort of scaring or something like that :D
I tried talking to see if she healed my throat but I still couldn't talk which was kinda sad.
She seems troubled, I wanted to ask her if she was okay but to no surprise, nothing came out. (˃⌑˂ഃ)
She called someone over and started whispering something, the person she was talking to seemed surprised and a bit concerned.
"Hey, are you alright? Do you feel any pain?"
Who's she talking to- OH wait- she's talking to me!
" "
Right, I can't speak instead I just nod my head.
Whoa, shoot that took a lot out of me. Don't just suddenly talk to me! My introverted self can't handle all these human interactions!((;ﾟДﾟ))
"Can you talk to me or is there something stopping you"
She's still talking to me! Lady, you're giving me A-fib! (ಥ_ʖಥ)
I shake my head no and point to my throat. She doesn't seem to fully understand but sorta gets the gist of it.
"Alright."
She turns her head towards the other person.
" Give the girl some food and find some better clothes"

Tiny anger puffs come out of my tiny child head and I fold my arms. The healer looks at me and suddenly clutches her chest and almost doubles over.
I know I'm adorable Σ(ノ°▽°)ノ
" o-oh you're a boy, sorry, please get some food and clothes for this lovely boy"
The other person nods their head and holds their hand out. I grab it and stand up, brushing the dust off my clothes only to run slightly to catch up to this tall ass person. ( ｀_ゝ')
They see me struggle and slow down which really helped me. Finally, we get to another room where people with much worse conditions are staying in.
Healers were all over the room, running to the next injured person or back to the one they were treating.
The person walking with me heads to the corner, where a bag of clothes was. They take a look at me and grab the smallest size they have.
They hand me the clothes and grabbed a sheet to cover me so I could change.
I started changing only to see that the shirt was a bit too big, not that it bothered me too much but just something I noticed. I think it's cause the kid was malnourished. ('∩｀。)
I finish and pull the sheet a bit, the person puts the sheet down and sees that I'm done, and hands me a comb. It is like the one you find in a hotel room.
After handing me the comb they walked me back to the room we were in before. And hand me a bag of food/small snacks.
Why didn't you give me the food first?
You know what, whatever just give me the food. I also finished combing my hair... I almost lost the brush In my stupid tangled hair.ヽ(｀⌒'メ)ノ
They hand me some water, a sandwich, a protein bar, and some soup in a cup.
I not really feeling this meal y'all have pizza pillows-
I mean pizza rolls🌝
I eat the food they give me and sit down on a blanket they set down for the kids. They were teenagers, adults, kids, and even babies! Those bastards hurt way too many people!
I hope Coco beats those jerks really well! Make sure to break their face! (╬ಠ益ಠ)

A few minutes pass before Coco suddenly enters the room.
My face brightens up seeing him, *(*'∀｀*)☆he notices the sparkles hitting his face.
"Why hello little one"
He says as he walks towards me.
I wave my tiny kid hand at him. He picks me up and I'm sitting in his arms. I have a bright smile on my face and he's smiling softly at my enthusiasm.
His face blanks for a second before calling someone over.
"Get a paper and pencil ready for me."
He orders.
They nod their head and hurry to get the things. A few seconds pass before they arrive and hand the stuff over.
He places me down and proceeds to ask a question.
"Can you write your name?"

Ahhhhhahdhejjdii hi zvhdhndff if fvfgydh that was wayyy too long 😭😭 the story started getting dry halfway through I was just kinda throwing words down 😭 this was the longest one I wrote but at the same time I'm not that happy with this one
