Dimond's P.O.V.
{ Tuesday 6:30 am }
I was actually really early for me to be awake at this time. I had a huge headache and I was still balled up on the floor with the money still in my hands, my body was killing me and I didn't feel like getting up or going to school. So I just decided I would take Sparkel to school and I will just stay home. I got up from the floor slowly and walked to my room to get ready. I took a shower , washed my hair , washed my face , brushed my teeth and got dressd. (I will try to put the link up of the clothes that Dimond is wearing ) by the time i was done it was 7: 00 and Sparkel was waking up. I went to her room and picked out her clothes and Got Sparkel dressed.
I looked at my phone to see if Roc called or texted me like he did every morining but he didn't. I sighed and shook my head. I was mad at the fact that now his whole world was about Mariah and I woudn't be shocked if he was ignoring the boys either. When I was done cooking for Sparkel of course she pushed away the food I made for her but I wasn't even going to bother with that today I wasn't in the mood. I walked Sparkel to school then I walked right back to my house.
I went into my room laid down on my bed and began to watch tv. Of course there was nothing good on tv so I decided just to catch up on some homework that I didn't do. I did that for a couple of hours and by the time I looked at the time it was 9:30 , then my phone rings and it was Princeton
Dimond : hello ?
Princeton : where are you ?
Dimond : home
Princeton : why are you not feeling well ?
Dimond : I guess you can put it like that ..
Princeton : tell me whats wrong
Dimond : its a long story
Princeton : how about I come over and you can talk to me about okay ?
Dimond : you have school .. I am not going to let you miss school just so I can vent to you
Princeton : *laughs* i am a stright A student I think it will be okay if i just miss one day of school
Dimond : and what will happen if your mom finds out you skipped school ?
Princeton : she won't
Dimond : *sighs* fine you can come over
Princeton : good ! ill be there less than 20 min
Dimond : okay see you in a few
I was kinda happy that I was going to have company and not be all alone. I really didn't want to face Roc in school today not after what happened last night with my mom and stuff and him not talking to me . I put all my school stuff away and picked up the stuff around the house a little before Prince came. Then the door bell rang and it was him
Dimond : hey Prince
Princeton : hey Dimond
Then Princeton pulled me into a tight hug , then I led him up to my room and we sat on my bed
Princeton : so talk to me
Dimond : okay so you know how everyday Roc walks me home with Sparkel ?
Princeton : yea
Dimond : so yesterday I was waititng for him by his locker so we can leave and he never came and he is always by his locker so that seemed kinda weird to me but I shurgged it off my shoulder and left. I went to go pick up Sparkel and I was thinking where was Roc ? and stuff then it came to my mind that he probably wasn't there today because he went to go ask out Mariah .. is that true ?
I saw Princeton look doown and he started to play with his hands and he only does that when he get scared or nerves.
Princeton : well .. I am not sure if he asked her out but I know when I was leaving school with Ray and Prod I saw Roc holding hands with her ..
I closed my eyes and slammed my hand to my forehead
Princeton : but that doesn't mean anything
Dimond : what else can that mean if they are holding hands ?!
I heard myself yell and I saw Prince jump in shock because I never yell at him
Dimond : i am sorry for yelling at you its just that I don't want Roc dating Mariah ....
Princeton : yea i know .. wait do you have feelings for Roc ?
Dimond : I am not even sure
Princeton : I am taking that as a yes
Dimond : well I for sure don't have a crush on him
Princeton : *shrugs his shoulders* I know is more of a reason why your not "feeling well "
Dimond : well once I came home and stuff and put Sparkel to sleep and did whatever I had to do, and by the time i knew it was midnight and I was watching tv in the living room and all of a sudden my mom comes in the house all drunk or whatever
Princeton : your mom came back ??
Dimond : yea ... she was drunk and I was pretty happy to see her but she was also in a rush to leave... she handed me a whole stack of money and said that is was for me and Sparkel
When i said that Princeton's eyes were wide open
Princeton : well did you put that money away ?
Dimond : not really
I pointed my to my night stand where the money was sitting, and when Princeton saw the money his eyes opened even wider
Princeton : you know you have to out that money away right ?
Dimond : yea but I will do it later
Princeton : *shakes his head* anyways keep going
Dimond : so then she pretty much lef after she said by to Sparkel and me .. I was crying because I wanted her to come back and I fell asleep on the livivng room floor
I saw Princeton mouth open to say something but I just cut him off
Dimond : don't ask why I just did , then I woke up today and usally Roc calls me or texts me to see if i am ready so we can go take Sparkel to school then walk to school together but he didn't today .. so I was thinking that now his world is all about Mariah
Princeton : well if that is true that is really messed up .. but Roc really loves you and he tells us this all the time
Dimond : well he never shows it
Princeton : well he is a person who hides his feelings when it comes to a person he really cares about
Dimond : well that's true
Princeton : yea .. anyways I don't you to be all depressed so lets go do something
Dimond : * smiles* like what ?
Princeton : lest go into Mahattan
Dimond : *i jumped up from my bed * LETS GO !!!
Princeton : *laughs* I knew you were going to like that idea
So we took the train into Mahattan and by the time we got there it was already almost 11:00 , we walked around and talked, then we went to do see Django ( I didn't like the movie but Princeton loved it ) , then it was lunch time so we went to shake shack and we had to wait in the line for a hour in the cold and I wanted to kill Princeton because he was the one who wanted to go there , but it was worth a wait becasue the food was soo good , then we wallked around more and talked
But as we were walking I notice myself holding hands with Princeton , but I didn't mind because this wasn't the frist time we held hands puls it didn't mean anything so I didn't let go. For the rest of the day we stood in Mahattan but then we went back to Brooklyn around four so we could go pick up Sparkel , then he walked the both of us home. When we got home Prince hanged out for a little more.
{ 10 min later }
Princeton : well I should be heading home
Dimond : *sighs* okay *walks Princeton to the door* Thank you Princeton for today I had a great time
Princeton : *smiles* your welcome and I had a great time to .. I am here whenever you need me
That made me smile and i gave him a tight long hug and by the time I knew it he was out the door
