It was iwaizumi's turn to serve after Kageyama served the ball out of bounds.
Asahi received the ball but the ball goes long, both kageyema and Kunimi rushed towards the net where the ball was falling to.
Kageyama was faster than the male, he was able to reach it first and sets it to Tanaka—who earned a point for karasuno.
[Y/N] chuckled at the female Tanaka who cheered loudly for her younger brother, "Nice kill ryu!!"
The game resumed, tsukishima tried to spike down the ball but it was received seijoh's middle blocker, matsukawa.
Iwaizumi called for the ball so Oikawa could toss it to him. [Y/N] gaze averted from seijoh's ace and towards the captain.
Oikawa was going to set the ball to hanamaki.
Tsukishima narrowed his eyes before moving in front of hanamaki who's spike was blocked by the blonde crow. The ball landed on aoba johsai's side.
"Nice!" [Y/N] exclaimed.
"Sorry about that." Hanamaki apologized to the brunette. "Don't worry about it!" Oikawa reassured.
"I set the ball too low!"
Oikawa started to note mentally, 'practice tossing later..'
It was tsukishima's turn to serve and hinata rotates to the front row now.
"I'm amazed at how they're playing against each other already." Takinoue stated his opinion making [Y/N] chuckle.
"I agree. I think now is the suitable time for hinata to do a quick attack." Shimada responded.
"What do you mean?" Saeko questioned, "Last time where karasuno played against aoba johsai, his quick attack was blocked leading karasuno to their loss." [Y/N] explained to the blonde female.
"But I'm sure this time they won't lose, they'll win and make it to nationals." [Y/N] smiled while gazing at the orange haired male.
After tsukishima serves the ball was saved by their libero, watari. Oikawa set the ball to Iwaizumi manages to get his spike past hinata and kageyama, but the ball was revived by the captain; Daichi.
Hinata goes for a spike but it was blocked by kindaichi. Quickly, tsukishima saves the ball—sending it to seijoh's area.
Oikawa saves the ball which traveled to the libero. The ball was then tossed to Iwaizumi who landed a spike on the ball.
Hinata, luckily, manages to get a one-touch on the ace's spike. Asahi's arms were extended as he received the ball to Kageyama.
The ball fell in the hands of the ravenette, hinata bolted towards the net with the speed of lightening before spiking down the ball that was tossed to him.
The ball collided with kindaichi's left hand and bounced off of it, the libero crouched to receive the ball but was unable to—earning karasuno a point.
Daichi was able to pick up Oikawa's serves, he receives the ball towards kageyama. Hinata rushed towards the far side of the court and lands a spike on the ball that was tossed to him.
Karasuno cheered and complimented the orange haired male after earning a point.
[Y/N] thought for a moment, 'are seijoh handling shoyo-chan's attacks by receives?' She asked herself internally.
After observing the quick attack that was executed by the two first year, seijoh players weren't really blocking the ball—mostly receiving.
Kageyama was up to serve and aoba johsai's libero received it. Hanamaki sets the ball tot he first year, kunimi, who managed to land a spike past hinata and Tanaka.
Iwaizumi served the next ball. [Y/N] gazed at the match with intense concentration which Yachi noticed.
[Y/N] would be making comments and notes or explaining to the blonde when she doesn't understand something that occurred during the match.
But now she's completely silent, her [E/C] orbs fixated on the court. Yachi felt a shiver down her spine after visualizing [Y/N] gazing at her with that expression.
Although it was a blank expression, it was a bit frightening to Yachi—who got used to see happy or sad expressions on the [H/C] haired female.
'I hope I don't anger [Y/N]-san in any way to make her look at me like that..' she thought with a paler face.
Uneasiness filled karasuno once they spotted the familiar brunette walking to the back of the court for a serve.
[Y/N]'s heart pounded against her chest once she spotted Oikawa getting ready to serve. Yachi gulped before clasping her hands together.
There it goes, the ball was in the air and in a matter of seconds—the ball collided the floor, on karasuno's area.
"A-a- i- ho-how-" Yachi stuttered out while glancing at seijoh's court then back at karasuno's.
A sigh escaped [Y/N]'s lips, "Even if daichi-san and noya-san prepared themselves for the serve. They couldn't make it." [Y/N] started while gazing at the two males that seemed to be stunned by the powerful serve.
"When Oikawa serves, it's like he forces all his power on the ball. But no.. that was just the beginning." [Y/N] continued making yachi gulp in fear.
'OhmygodOhmygogOhmygodOhmy-'
Yachi's thought were cut off by a soft snicker from the [H/C] haired female. "However, karasuno also is just at the beginning." [Y/N] added with a smile on her face.
Her [E/C] colored pupils traveling from one player to the other. From the ones on court, to the ones in the sidelines.
"Each member has their own unique power, when you combine powerful skills together," [Y/N] added, "They will become a powerful team." Yachi continued while gazing at the karasuno members.
"Don't mind! We'll get the next one!" Daichi reassured the team with a reassuring smile.
"How can seijoh's captain spike like that?" Yachi wondered out loud, "His serves are normally hard and when he adds power onto it—it becomes a lot harder. I remember one time when I received his ball, my arms were red until the next day." [Y/N] recalled the memory of receiving the brunette's serve.
Tears pricked young [Y/N]'s eyes as [S/N] comforted her and Iwaizumi scolding him for going to hard on her.
[Y/N] smiled at the memory, "However, his serves are like spikes. And there is no way it's a fluke."
"That wasn't a fluke because he doesn't play that way, maybe he increased the power of the serve on purpose.." Daichi stated to the team.
"So cool!" Nishinoya beamed, "I wanna receive one of his serves!" He exclaimed in addition.
"Besides," [Y/N] stared at the dark haired libero with a blonde tuff, "I'm sure they'll get the next one." She smiled.
Nishinoya took a deep breath and got ready to resume the game. 'I'll get it!'
