They arrived at the restaurant, near Seattle Grace Hospital. It was a small, but cute one.
When they entered the building, a waitress came towards them and asked for their names.
"Good evening, Ladies."
"Good evening!", they both said, "I ordered a table for two."
"Of course, What's your name, Miss?" the waitress asked nicely.
"Addison Montgomery"
The waitress nodded and said they should follow her.
"Is this one right for you?"
"It's perfect, thank you." Addison said and pushed the chair back, so Meredith could sit down.
"Thank you, darling!", she said and smiled.
Addison smirked lightly and sat also down.
The waitress came back and Addison and Meredith ordered their menu.
"So, we talked about to get to know each other before - you know. So I uhm wanted to ask ... you if... you have any - experiences with ... women...?" Addison asked shyly and Meredith knew she felt very insecure so she grabbed her hand which was on the table and squeezed it.
"Hey, you don't have to feel uncomfortable around me I'll never going to judge you or be mad at your questions. We agreed to get to know each other and I really like you. And I hope you like me too?", Maredith looked up into Addisons eyes and could see them shining and Addison nodding, "So I'm going to answer all of your questions:
I had one girlfriend before. I was young and we travelled around Europe. I haven't seen her since years.
But I came out as Pansexuell pretty early, I guess I was 13 or so. I told my mother and most of my friends who were all really supportive. But since I'm at Seattle Grace I told nobody, because I met uhm Derek and I thought things were getting serious - and it wasn't really important to me if people knew my sexuality."
"Wow it's quite impressive. I guess you could be really proud of yourself."
They both sat in silence just starring at each other's eyes and enjoying the moment they have.
Until their menu arrived and they started to eat while talking and making jokes, realizing the humer they shared was the same.
