days went by since that night and i made sure to spend more time with you.
to not make you feel like you were alone,
i chose to woke up before you,
i made you coffee every morning which you'd love.
your bubblegum hair looked softer than marshmallows,
your lips were always tugged upwards,
and you used to sit down and smile at me.
that's it.
that smile right there.

can't you see?
i get butterflies every damn time you flash that candy smile.
