We was at the store and 2 men came up to us. One was light skin and the other one was brownskin

"I'm Hunco and that's Chris we was tryna see if we can get you and yo friend number" the brownskin said to me

He smacked his teeth and handed me his phone "what you want me to do with this?" I asked

I looked at Mia like 'really' and she laughed
"So you gone put yo number in?" Huncho asked and I nodded typing in Von number before handing him his phone back
"We got hit yaal later" Tae said and we nodded and they walked away

We got the rest of our stuff and got some to eat and made our way home seeing it was 11 pm
I was organizing the kitchen when K3 came through the door and walked upstairs with a slight limp

Following him to the guest room he slept in into the attached bathroom seeing him bruised up and bleeding
"What happened?" I asked
"I'm okay" he said still looking in the mirror
"I didn't asked if you was okay I said what happened"
"They came outta nowhere but I'm straight"

"Move" I said pushing him out the way making him sit on the toilet
I took some peroxide and Neosporin and some bandaids out the kit and got a towel from under the cabinet and started wiping his face and hands off making him since and grab my wrist
"My fault" he said letting my wrist go
"How this happen?"
"Some shit went wrong" he said
"What I tell you about this?" I asked
"I'm sor-"
"Khalil I really don't wanna hear that right now. Yk you gotta be careful, especially with Mya and them here wtf you gone tell them? Especially Kinley yk how she look up to you. Idk why tho cause you a dumbass" I asked as Kinley came standing in the doorway
"What happened?" She asked
"I fell off the roof of my car tryna do a handstand" he said making her laugh
"It's giving dummy you okay tho?" She asked and he nodded and she walked away
"If you ain't jumping fences or you running down the street with Dee and them you somewhere getting hurt you don't get tired of this?" I asked

"Show me" I said walking out walking downstairs seeing Mia sitting at the bar on ha computer
"He made you a partner?" I asked putting the rest of the stuff in the fridge
"I won't know until tmr, you pass yo test?"
"Results don't come in till tmr" I said

"Some of his product got took so he tried to get it back but it went wrong" I said

I finished loading the dishwasher and took a shower before getting in the bed around 1 am cause yk long showers.
When I got out I heard Mya talking so I went in ha room
"Von and Durk prolly gone come in here late so if you still woke and you hear the door open it's probably them" I said and she nodded
"Oh and Von got a show tmr so you and Kinley gone have to be here for a while" I added
"He got you acting different" she said making me laugh
"What that mean?" I asked
"Ionk you just seem different, happier I guess" she shrugged
"Girl please, goodnight" I laughed closing the door

It was like 1 and we was still in the studio cause Durk and Muwop started playing around on the beats and shit
We was chilling listening to what they was just doing on the beats and shit when I called Liyah

"No I was watching tv" she said
"Oh okay imma be home inna minute you straight?"

We stayed for another hour then we took Muwop home then I took Durk to his house so he could get him some clothes then we went back to Liyah house

"The towels in the cabinet behind the door" I said before he walked in the room with Mia
Mya peeked her head out the door and said "oh it's yaal"
"Why you still woke?" I asked and she shrugged
"Can't sleep"

"Alright wait" she said closing the door and I waited until she opened the door zipping her jacket up
"Wassup?" She said opening the door letting me walk in
I sat at the chair at ha desk "so when you was on live earlier how they know yo dad hit you"
she said "that wasn't the first time"
"He hit you befo this time?" I asked and she nodded
"What happened?" I asked and she stayed quiet

"He got mad because I was with my friend on the way back to his house and her mom got lost so we ended up coming home later than what my curfew was and it started a argument and he hit me and put me out and all. I ended up sneaking back in later and left before he woke up"
"Liyah or K3 know?" I asked and she shook ha head
"They gone flip if I tell them" she said and I nodded "hell yeah" I laughed
"But aye if it's sumn you wanna talk about you can talk to me ian fed but it ain't good to keep all that shit in at a young age cause that shit fuck up yo mental" I said and she nodded
"Thank you" she said and I nodded walking out
