All the words were knocked out of me, my mouth felt dry as I looked at the person in front of me. My mouth opened wide, someone would have thought I saw aa ghost. But I did, never in a thousand years would I have thought that I would ever see this face again.
"Alejandra?"
She stared back at me with wide eyes. She looked beautiful. She wasn't the same blonde girl that left all those years ago. She had dyed her hair light brown, I saw the tattoo that was on her neck, it looks as if she'd tried to have it removed.
The outline of the tattoo was what brought me back to reality. I don't think I could ever forget what she did. I know we all make mistakes, but her mistake took a life.
"Emmy? What are you doing here?" I sighed before answering.
"My husband lives here."
She seamed taken back at my response. "You're married?"
"A lot can happen after 7 years Jandra."
She gave me a smile of regret and nodded her head. "What are you doing here?"
"My boyfriend and his family are on vacation and I decided to tag along." At the mention of her boyfriend my body tensed. Luciano moved his hand from my back and to my back and held my hand.
"Of course, I really have to go, see you around I guess." She nodded her head and I walked out of the diner.
"Are you alright tesoro?"
"I'm okay. I just, haven't seen her in a while." He smiled at me making my anger lessen. I turned on my phone and checked the time. Oh shit.
"Mierda. I have to go now."(Translation: Shit)
Luciano stopped walking and turned around to look at me. "What happened?"
"Belle told me her flight will land at 1: 30. That's in less than 15 minutes."
"Oh the airport is about 10 minutes away, you can take my car". I thanked him and we walked to the parking lot.
"After you pick her up just go straight to the house." I looked at him in question but nodded my head anyway.
I drove to the airport speeding past the cars on the road. I parked the car and walked into the airport.
I waited for a good 5 minutes before I spotted her. "Belle!" She looked around until she saw me, a smile spread across her lips.
She walked over to me with her suitcase trailing behind her. I must be dreaming, one suitcase? That's a first.
"Emmy finally, I was waiting for ages." She said as she pulled me into a hug.
"No you were just being blind." She rolled her eyes as she pulled away from me.
I took her suitcase and we walked out of the airport, and to the parking area." Only one suitcase?"
She giggled and helped me put her bag in the trunk. "Don't worry I'll be going shopping."
We got in the car and I drove off and headed for the mansion. "You didn't bring Sofia?"
"No, I didn't want to take her out of school and when I asked her she said no, apparently she has a boyfriend." I looked at her and we burst into laughter.
We talked for the rest of the ride and before I knew it we already arrived. Belle looked around and gasped.
"How the fuck is it bigger than yours?" She asked with a grin.
"Our one is a family house. Theirs is a mafia house."
Her mouth opened to form an 'O' and we walked inside. Belle and I went into my room and we got caught up on everything. When we went down to the living room, Dante said she was going to give bed a tour. Though I knew the only tour he'll be giving her, is a tour of his bedroom.
I was bored and alone so I decided to see if Luciano was in his office, and surprise surprise their he was. "Well you took your pretty little time."
I rolled my eyes and sat on his desk. "I'm bored." He sighed and checked his phone.
"Why are you bothering me?"
"That is my duty as your wife." He rolled his eyes and got up.
"Well I have a meeting at one of the warehouses. Do you want to come with?" I nodded my head and we walked out the door.
I considered telling Belle, but I didn't want to disturb her, I'll just send her a text.
We got in a car and he drove off. We arrived at the warehouse not long after. We went in and looked around. There were two guards on the outside, other than that the same security that he had on his door was here as well, the only difference was that these doors are steel and not glass.
"I'm going to guess that you also registered my stolen prints here as well." He just shrugged in response. I don't even know how he got my prints in the first place.
We walked in and I decided to stop at a large table where there were a few women counting money. They seemed like they didn't like each other or just didn't talk much.
The one beside me looked at me and asked "Ciao sei nuovo qui?" (Translation: Are you new here?)
I nodded my head in response and she gave me a bag of money and I emptied it out on the table. "Sono Lia, abbinala a migliaia e controllala dopo" She said and gestured to the money. (Translation: I'm Lia, just pair it out by thousands and check it afterwards.)
"Sono Emilia." She smiled at me and I started counting the money. Time went by and I had already completed 4 bags. It wasn't difficult because almost all the time and the euro bills weren't low. The least I got was a 100 bill.
"Are you ready tesoro?" I nodded my head and got up.
"Ci vediamo in giro per Lia, è stato un piacere incontrarti." She nodded her head ad smiled at me. (Translation: I'll see you around Lia, it was nice meeting you.)
"Actually, take two of the bags to the car, I have talk to someone." I nodded my head and took the keys from him.
I walked out of the warehouse with the bags in my hand and loaded them in the trunk. "You ruined my life." I turned to face Sienna. I was wondering where she was, I haven't seen her around for some time now.
She looked at me and continued. "Do you know how embarrassed I was when everyone started laughing at me because I told them I was the donna, but after that stupid meeting after you came, everything changed."
"I can't get rid of you now, so I'll just make your life a living hell." After she finished her rant she brought her palm down to slap me but I caught her wrist.
I'm tired of this girls obsession does she not have anything to do. I took my gun out and shot her hands. She screamed in pain and writhed in agony. "You really don't know who I am." I took my pointer and pressed against the wound, causing her to scream.
"I don't care about your obsession with Luciano, if you so much as say my name again. I will cut out your tongue and make you swallow it." I let her go and she stared at me with unshed tears.
"When I said, I'll kill you. I meant I'll kill you." She ran back inside the warehouse as Luciano came out.
He raised his eyebrows but didn't say anything else.
"My parents and Alina are coming over."
"That's great, I'll make dinner."
"You don't have to do that."
"I have literally nothing to do and under no circumstances will I die of hunger."
I nodded and we drove off back to the house. When we got there it was already dark but it was only 7 so when I got their I immediately started on dinner.

Aria walked into the kitchen and smiled at me. "So you shot Sienna?" Word get around fast.
"Yes, she tried to slap me." I said and she sighed.
"You should have just cut her arms off."
"That's not a bad idea." Not a bad idea? that would be the best thing right now.
"I know, but when you're ready to do it invite me to watch."
"I'll keep that in mind." We laughed and she went over to the stove and peaked in the pot.
"What are you making?"
"Shrimp pasta."
"Delicious, who taught you to cook?"
"No one, when mama was cooking I would go into the kitchen to watch her and steal the food." She chuckled, at the same time the doorbell rang. Aria left to answer it. I took the shrimp out of the frying pan and put them in the pot with the pasta.
As I was mixing the shrimp and the pasta, Vincenzo walked in to the kitchen and took a deep breath. "Smells delicious." I smiled at him and continued to stir it a bit more.
"Vincenzo, your mother is here."
I turned around to see Aria standing next to a middle aged woman, who had a neutral expression. There's no way she's his mother, she doesn't look old enough to be above 60 as she only had a few wrinkles here and there.
"Where's this Emilia I've been hearing about." She said, her face still expressionless. Oh for heaven's sake please don't be one of those grandma's
"That would be me." She looked at me from head to toe.
"I heard you shot Sienna."
"Well you heard correctly." She looked at me once again before she broke out into a smile. This family switches emotion too often for me.
"I like you, we're going to get along well."
