it was 3 days after ten's death and 4 days till school started again, jaehyun and taeyong were now laying on the human's bed, cuddling. tear stains could be seen running down the boy's chin, he was still not over his brother's death and it was definitely understandable. meanwhile their parents were extremely happy, taeyong had finally acknowledged how messed up their family was. "fucking assholes.." ten's body was now in a graveyard, it was taken by police who their parents called in 'fake concern'. the human had to tell them that it was 'sudden death' cause he can't say anything that'll expose the truth, he'd be called crazy anyway. "jae.." the smaller called, "yes babe?" "i.. i think i'm ready to come out." "you sure? there's really no pressure bub, we could wait for longer-" "no, i want to jae. before my mom finds another girl and things get worse for everyone. i need to put it out there that i'm gay, and proud to be." the angel smiled and hugged the other, "that's my boyfriend. as expected from the boy with unlimited spirit. let's do this love."
the duo waited till it was dinner time. taeyong's mom called him down to go to the dinner table to eat together, it was their normal routine. the boy was confident, but also dreading the results. he's scared that everything will dawn upon him, the worse can get to even being killed by his own parents. he knew that they were capable.. after witnessing every beating his late brother got as proof. though he needs to be positive. taeyong was their own son, they won't possibly be too mad.. right?
everyone was now finished with their plates, his parents had brought up a conversation among themselves to spend the time. "you know ever since that slut died, our lives have been so much better." "yeah no extra bills to pay and we're back to being rich! we can have late night clubbing again, this is awesome!" the latter decided to interrupt them before he hears more of their talking, it will disrupt his speech and affect his behavior. "mom, dad.. i have something to tell you." "what is it son?" "i'm sorry.. this is going to be shocking i know but, i'm.. g-gay." "WHAT?! no, this is some sick prank right? you like girls, YOU MUST LIKE GIRLS! adopting that disappointment into this family was a huge mistake, he even effected the way our own son thinks! poor boy." "h-how dare you disagree with your own parents?! your elders, THE PEOPLE WHO RAISED YOU!! that's the last straw." the father stood up and punched him across the face, making the smaller fall from his chair and land on the floor. a big bruise started to form as taeyong looked at his dad with a shocked face and teary eyes. "get out of here before i hurt you even worse, you're not welcomed anymore." "shame on you! you're not our son anymore and don't you dare try to return again!" the first of his tears appeared and the boy ran, bursting out the door, not caring about any of his belongings. he just ran.
finally outside, the frail male fell onto his knees. "my dad really punched me, hurt his own.. son." "yongie! are you okay? they're really cruel.. how dare they?!" jaehyun finally caught up with his precious lover. he knew that he couldn't really do anything.. so the angel comforts him, "j-jae.. i don't want to be in this world anymore.. p-please.. i want to see ten. take me with you, i beg." the man seemed shocked at first and was about to argue when he stopped to think about his future actions. taeyong really didn't have anyone left to go to, jaehyun couldn't just leave him on the streets to fend for himself! seeing the human like this made him sad. with a heavy sigh, the older had come to a conclusion. he will give up the debate and take him to the sky.
"hug me babe." the other was confused but did it anyway, "the next step will really suck so.. you can always inform me to slow down." now understanding what he meant, the human could only giggle. "i'll hold it in for you, everything will be worth it in the end right?" the angel nodded before giving a sympathetic smile, lifting his palm to place it gently on the younger's chest. "i love you.." that was the moment he felt it. the energy.. leaving his body rapidly as the boy weakly watched the arm that was extracting a glowing light out of his physique. taeyong was in pain and the angel sensed it, pecking his forehead to hopefully be a distraction. it continued to be this way till the process halted. the boy felt so.. light. he realized.. his soul had left his used-to-be form. he looked back and saw his figure, lifeless, on the sidewalk, with a smile on its face.
"let's go home tae." jaehyun offered his hand while the latter took it without hesitation. they teleported to heaven in a millisecond, "woah.. this place definitely looks different compared to last time." there were now demons in heaven. the dark creatures were free to roam around and socialize. there was no more barrier, and peace has been restored. the both of them grinned as the man nudged the soul. "hey, let's go to the palace. i want you to meet god." the couple arrived.. but was surprised at what they had witnessed.
they saw god on top of what they guess was satan's lap (cause of the gloomy features and terrifying aura), making out with each other. jaehyun coughed to get their attention as sicheng immediately scooted off the man's lap and dusted off his suit. the angel just smirked, "i see the truce worked." the older could only scratch his neck as the king of hell took over for him. "yeah, what about it? and who are you both?" "i'm jaehyun, this is taeyong. you must be satan. say.. know johnny and ten? we're their.. friends." "ah, the adventure you four had. johnny told me all about it, we're pretty close. call me yuta." they smiled at each other while the soul hid himself behind the taller.
"wait, isn't that the human i assigned you to? what is he doing here?! i thought we agreed to leave when their family's all back to normal and erase their memories of angels ever existing!" "i know, but.. his family never did get better. his step-brother is here in hell while taeyong's mom and dad kicked him out of the house. he wanted me to take him with me cause the world was really bad and he missed ten. we're a thing after all.. so i couldn't resist, and i had to take his soul." "well that was a roller coaster of explanations. we can't really turn back time anyway since he's already here.. hence why not turn taeyong into an angel. come here sweet boy. i don't bite."
the smaller shyly took himself away from jaehyun and walked to sicheng. "this is going to hurt for a couple of minutes so stay strong! i believe in you." the king of heaven said the required words and the transformation proceeded. the boy felt his eyes turn completely white which honestly didn't bother him as much as the previous agonizing thing he had to go through.. "ACK!" those wings that pierced through his shoulder blades though, it stung like a bitch. at least they were soft and fluffy. everything was complete.
"thank you so much for letting him stay." "hey, it's no problem. yuta turned ten into a demon a few days ago and the pair hadn't stopped exploring the place ever since. i don't see how you guys are any different." as if on cue, the mentioned couple stepped into the throne room while holding hands. "yuta we're going to- what the?" they were confused as to why there were so many people crowding the room, that was when ten's sharp eyes spotted the familiar thin figure. "taeyong?" the said-male turned to find the owner of the voice with a happy face. "TEN! I MISSED YOU!!" the brothers ran towards each other's arms while more coos were heard.
"huh? what are you doing here? why do you have wings now- holy shit are you an angel?" "language!" sicheng scolded as ten covered his mouth, "woops forgot about that rule in heaven." "my parents basically wiped my name off of their children list cause i confessed about my sexuality. so i decided, why not come with jaehyun if i don't have anywhere else to go? it's like we both never existed in the first place you know?" "hyung, that's dangerous! i'm just glad you're here though."
the males separated while jaehyun spoke, "wait. but how did you two, god and satan, get into a relationship? it must've been really complicated." yuta smirked as he put his arms around the shoulders of a blushing sicheng. "at first yes, but.. let me just tell the whole story."
