Everyone went at their workplaces and got busy at their chores. Charulata was doing what Bondita ordered her to.
Bondita brought Ksj near the kitchen and asked him observe Charu from distance.
Charulata was instructing Koyali and Bihari to do some needful and she was Making snacks for the guests.
The guests(group of few merchants) arrived. Charulata welcomed them warmly and offered them tea and snacks.
The Guests had the snacks and seem to enjoy it. They spent a good time with Batuk and soon they left. After like 15 minutes of their departure there was a chaos outside the mansion.
Everyone went out of the house .
Ksj - Kya baat hai? Idhr bheed kyu jama ki hai?
One of their people- Malik hum Pishola gaaon se hain waha iss varsh baarish bohot kam hui hai , aur jitna hui hai uska sara paani beh gya tha... isiliye agar aap humara is varsh ka kar maaf dete to.
Ksj - Batuk.. baaki sb jagaho se barabar kar aaye hain?
Batuk - Ji kaka.
Ksj - Dekho hum tumhari samasya smjhte hain aur hum kuch avashya krenge iss vishay me par agar humne tumhara kar maaf kr diya to phir yeh un logo ke saath anyaay ho jayega jinhone baarish kam hone ke baad bhi samay par aur barabar kar diya hai.
The people were disappointed and were leaving the place.
Charu - Dada rukiye... (to Trilochan) Mujhe pata hai Pishola gaaon ek pahadi ilaake me sthit hai aur yeh lauta pahadi ilaaka hai jaha ke log aapko kar bharte hai , iss varsh baarish kam hui thi aur inke paas nahar baandhe ka saadhan bhi nhi hoga kyuki yeh log pahadi ilaake me rehte hain aur waha pe kua bhi nhi khod skte , isiliye Kaka sasurji mera aapse nivedan hain aap inka kar iss varsh maaf kr dijiye.
Ksj - Areey haan yeh to humne socha hi nhi..... (to the farmers) Aapka iss varsh ka kar hum maaf krte hain par aapko agle varsh ke liye koi upaay dhundhna padega hume har haalaat ke liye sajj rehna chaiye.
Everyone in the group of people - Shukriyaa malik...
They left from there.
Trilochan , Batuk , Charulata and Bondita went to Mansion whereas Mrinalini went to her school.
Bondita was not feeling well and now she started feeling dizzy. She was talking to Batuk and Charulata .
Bon - Mujhe pyaas lg rhi hai me aati hu.
Bondita stood up and lost her balance and fell down.
Batuk - Boudi!
Charu - Bondita Didi!
They lifted her and kept her on the couch. Ksj heard the thud and came running.
Ksj - Kya hua?!!
Batuk - Pata nhi boudi paani peene ke liye uthi hi ki chakkar kha ke gir gyi.
Charu - Me doctor ko phone krti hu.
She called the doctor. She in the meanwhile checked her and said.
Charu - Inko kamzori to nhi hai.
Batuk - To kya hua?
Charu - Pata nhi.
Doctor came and checked her.
Doctor - Mithaiya btawaiye, Barrister Bondita ab Ma bnne waali hai.
Batuk - Waah!!(elated) areey Kaka me to Kaka bn gya.(held kaka's shoulder in excitement)
Charu - Badhai ho Didi!!!
Bon - Thank you Charu
Bondita was elated and was excited for her new journey.
Kaka - Aaj ka din bohot hi shubh hai... hum mandir me Dugga ma ko chadhawa chhadake aate hain.
When everyone came home , everyone was happy.
Mrinal - Me kaki muni bnungi? Didi me aapke liye bohot khush hu (hugged her)
Som - Dada ko bataya aapne?
Bondita- Unko wapas aa jaane do me khud unko saamne se batana chahti hu.
Som - Yeh bhi theek hai.
Anirudh came panicking.
Ani - Kya hua Mishti(sat down beside her)
Everyone left giggling at him.
Ani - Yeh log ese has kyu rhe the?
Bondita - Kuch nhi ese hi.
Ani - Kya hua tumhe Mishti, Bihari ne bataya ki tum bimaar ho.
Bon- Nhi nhi. yeh baat nhi hai.
Ani - To kya baat hai?
Bon- Shh!!!! saans to lelo aur lene do.
Anirudh literally Breathed in and out.
Ani - Ab batao.
Bondita laughed at this.
Ani - Kya hua hai ?? Sb hase hi jaa rhe hain?
Bondita moved closer slightly leaning on him and whispered in his ears - Kyuki aap Baba bnne waale hain.
Ani(got the best surprise of his life) - Kya??!!!!
He got up with a jerk , Bondita too stood up. Anirudh hugged her tightly.
Ani(hugging her) - Hum Ma aur Baba bnne waale hain.. Bondita aaj tumne sbse badi khushi de di hai.
Anirudh and Bondita's eyes were moist with happy tears.
Anirudh ran everywhere in the house telling everyone "Main Baba bnuga, Mera bacha hoga, Me baba bnne wala hu"
Bondita was watching him.
Anirudh suddenly went out of the house. Bondita followed him.
Anirudh went to a sweet shop and bought so much Sweets that he could not take them home alone. Bondita helped him.
Ani - Areey Mishti!! Tum chhodo isko , tum nhi uthaogi isko.. (to a man nearby)Dada zara madad kr dijiye na please.
The man - Ha kyu nhi.
He walked to the home cheerfully and distributed the sweets to everyone in the way and cheerfully saying. "Me baba bnne wala hu, Prarthana kijiye ga humare ache bhavishya ke liye"
They reached home.
Ksj - Areey Anirudh aaram se.
Ani - Me shaanti nhi rkh paa rha me bohot khush hu.
Anirudh held Bondita's shoulder and turned her around like a merry go round. (ringa ringa roses kind of).
Som(whispered to Mrinal) - Itna khush to mene dada ko kabhi nhi dekha hai.. aur hote bhi hain to itna express krte hue pehli baar dekh rha hu.
Mrinal(whispered to Som) - Aap bhi jb Baba bnenge na tab pata chale ga.
Som - To bna do mujhe baba.
Mrinalini chuckled . Both gave each other a flirty look.
When Anirudh pacified himself and got normal he made Bondita sit.
Ani- Dekho Mishti ab tum zyaada mehnat waale kam nhi kr skti , na bhaari samaan utha na, na zyaada jhukna aur Grah udyog jiss din kaam ho usi din jaana aur ghar pe rehke poora aaram krna aur sehat mand khaana khana. Thik hai? Me bhi ghar jldi aa jaunga.
Ksj - Aur bahu iss samay pe ramayan baanjh lena.. Bache ke sanskaaro par acha asar padega.
Bon - Ji.
Mrinal - Iss samay pe mene suna hai kabhi bhi kuch bhi khaane ki iccha jgti hai aap mujhe bata dena me kahi se bhi uska itezaam kr dungi.
Charu - Aur ulti jesa lge , ya chakkar jesa lgna aam baat hain to aap ghabrana mt. Aur zyaada tabiyat kharab lge to mujhe bta dijiyega.
Bon - Shukriya Mrinal , Shukriya Charu.
Charu - Aur jeth babu iss samay pe Pati ka saath ho to acha hai to aap inke saath jitna ho ske utna rehna . Thik hai?
Ani - Ha Charu.
Batuk - Ha aur me to yaha hu.. Mujhe to aap jb bulaogi me tab aapki seva me haazir ho jaunga.
Bondita's happiness got double seeing everyone as happy as her.
Bon- Tumko to me sbse zyaada apne seva me busy rkhungi. (pulled his ears)
Everyone shared a good laugh.
Next Morning
Charulata prepared food for everyone. She was not very good at cooking, she was very average. As soon as she finished cooking she went out of the kitchen for some work, Bondita secretly entered the kitchen and enhanced the taste of her food so that she could impress everyone.
Charulata was not sure that whether everyone would like her food or no. She served them the food. Everyone was delighted at the first Morsel of the food.
Ksj - Aaj to nashta sach me acha bana hai.
Anirudh identified that it has taste of Bondita's food. He looked at Bondita, Bondita held his hands gesturing to keep his mouth shut.
Batuk - Ha Charu sach, bohot swaadisht bana hai.
After the Breakfast.
Bondita assembled everyone at the hall.
Som - Kya hua boudi aapne hume yaha jama kyu kr rkha hai?
Ksj - Ha bahu bolo.
Bon - Ha kaka sasurji mene aap sbko yeh batane ke liye jama kiya hai ki Charulata apne pareeksha me pass ho gyi.
Ksj - Iska faisla hum krenge Bahu.
Bon - Janti hu kaka sasurji par meri baat to suniye.. Aapke shastro ke anusaar ek kushal grahini ke 6 lakshan hote hain au wo sb hain isme. 1) Karyeshu Dasi(does household chores faithfully): Kal jb mehmaano ke aane me kuch samay baaki the tab aapne bhi dekha kaka sasurji ki kitni kushlta se kaam sbhaala Charu ne.
2)Karaneshu Mantri(advices like a minister) : Kal kisaano ki madad kese ki yeh bhi hum sbne apne aankho se dekha bhi aur apne kaano se suna bhi .
3) Bhojeshu Mata( feeds like a mother) : Ma ke haath ka khaana humesha swadisht hota hai kyuki usme prem hota hai, bilkul wese jese aaj ke naashte me tha.
4) Shayaneshu Ramba (Pleases in bed like the heavenly beauty Rambha): Iski baat abhi ke liye rehne dete hain.
5) Roopeshu Lakshmi (Beautiful like Goddess Lakshmi) - Sundar to bala ki hai yeh, aur iss baat se koi nakaar nhi skta.
6) Kshmayeshu Dharitri (Having patience like Earth) kal aur parso ke hum sbke galat vyavhaar ke baad bhi isne ek shabd nhi kaha . Aur iske yahi gun isko bnate hain. Shat dharma yuktah (wife who possesses all 6 virtues)
Ksj - Sahi keh rahi ho tum bahu... Hume pehle hi ispe aur Batuk pe vishwaas kr lena chaiye tha.
Bon - Koi baat nhi kaka sasurji.
Charulata and Batuk touched Trilochan's feet.
Ksj - Khush raho tum dono bahu..
Ani - Par kaka, Charu padhna chahti hai isiliye me aur shayad Bondita aur Mrinalini yeh chahte hain ki yeh apni padhai yahi reh kr kre aur ghar ke kaam me inta dhyaan na de warna Calcutta bhejne ke alava koi option nhi bachega humare paas.
Mrinal - Ji kaka sasurji .
Ksj - Bs, fir se shuru ho gya yeh.. hum kuch bologe to sunoge tum log? nhi na. To jo krna hai wo kro.
Charu - Aap agar maan jayenge to khushi khushi kr paaungi me apni padhai.
Ksj(heart melt so much so that if physically seen it would be liquid) - Thik hai bahu tum kr skti ho apni padhai puri.
Bon - Mene kaha tha Charu mere kaka sasurji sirf bahar se sakht hain , bachpan se jaanti hu inhe me.
They shared a good laughter and pleasant family reunion moment.
One week passed since Charulata entered the house and was finally accepted
It was a Sunday and everyone were spending a good time. Suddenly a smell entered Mrinal's nose ,she went to Bondita and asked if she could also smell it.
Mrinal - Didi aapko koi badboo aa rhi hai kya?
Bon(placing her hands on her nose) - Ha aa to rhi hai.
Som , Batuk and Anirudh also said that they could also smell something.
Bondita and everyone followed the smell , the smell was coming from kitchen.
They saw Charulata cooking Maachar Jhol.
Charu (noticing them and smiling) - Me aaj Maachar Jhol bna rhi hu aap log khayenge?
Everyone gave Batuk a look. Batuk held his ears saying sorry to them.
Ksj (shouting)- Areeey yeh badboo kaha se aa rhi hai?? Koi maans paka rha hai kya?
He came near kitchen.
Bondita quickly covered the fish curry and opened the window.
Ksj - Bahu tumhe koi badboo aa rhi hai kya?
Bon (nervously) - Nhi to.. koi badboo nhi aa rhi.
Ksj - Kamaal hai hume to bohot bhayankar badboo aa rhi hai.
Everyone (nervously) - Hume to koi badboo nhi aa rhi..
Batuk - Kaka shayad aapka naak kharab ho gya hai.
Ksj- Chup!
Mrinal pinched Batuk and told him to not open his mouth.
Trilochan left.
Charu - Aap log Maach nhi khaate hain kya?
Bon - Nhi.
Charu- Hey bhagwaan yeh mene kya kr diya.
Bon - Koi baat nhi.. abhi bna hi liya hai to khaa lo par yahi beth ke khaa lo.. Bihari aur Koyali ko me smjha dungi ki kaka sasurji se na bataye.
Ani - Lekin Tumhe maach chhodne ki koi avshyakta nhi hai , tum bahar jaa kr khaa skti ho. Apne aap ko kisi ke liye mt badalna kabhi. Thik hai?
Charu - Ji.
Mrinal - Khaane ke baad yaad se sb kuch saaf kr dena , chaiye to mujhe madad ke liye bula lena me bhi saaf krne me madad kr dungi.
Charu- Ji.
Batuk - Dhanyawaad aap sbka.. warna aaj to kaka hume ghar se hi nikal dete.
Ani (kidding) - Acha hi hota .
Everyone shared a good laughter.
