The rest of the lesson was alright. I mean don't get me wrong sitting next to Tubbo was great but Maddie was a different story. Whenever Tubbo and I started to have a conversation she would butt in and tell him about how she was better or how much money she had. It really pissed me off. When the lesson ended I think Tubbo and I were more than happy to be leaving. We left and headed towards our next lesson. The rest of the day flew by and before I knew it the bell was ringing signalling the end of the school day. As I was walking out to Nick's car I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see Tubbo holding a small piece of paper. I looked at him confused as he handed it to me.
"I- If you feel alone or just want to talk h- here's my number," he stuttered. I couldn't help but smile at how cute he was when he was nervous. I thanked him and said goodbye before heading to Nick's car. I didn't even realise I was smiling like an idiot until he pointed it out.
"Why are you smiling?" he asked. I immediately snapped out of it and tried to hide the pink tone that was slowly spreading across my face.
"N- nothing it's nothing," I said quickly. But we both knew I was lying. Then he noticed the piece of paper in my hand.
"Wait who's number is that?" he asked. I already knew he was getting protective. Luckily I know he wouldn't mind Tubbo giving me his number.
"Oh it's Toby's," I said. His face went from slightly angry to smirking.
"Ohhhh your boyfriend I see I see," he said giggling to himself. I punched him on the arm which only made him laugh harder.
"He's not my boyfriend prick," I said. He giggled again and I just rolled my eyes at his childish behaviour. But to be honest, I would be lying to myself if I said I didn't enjoy the teasing. It made me feel more like his friends rather than just his little sister. When we got home I thought about texting Tubbo but didn't want to come off clingy so I decided to set up my PC instead.
Nick had an old office that he doesn't use anymore since he moved his PC to his room so I decided to set it up in there. You might be wondering what my parents thought about me gaming. Well, they didn't actually know I did. I knew they would take away my PC if they found out so I mostly played after they went to sleep or went out. It was sort of escaping the reality of my shitty life. Although I knew I would have a better life here, I still decided to bring it. I got all the parts out and started to set it up.
I play on Xbox so my knowledge of PCs is nonexistent therefore I can't explain how she put it together :)
Once I had finished, I asked Nick to come and check I did it right. To my surprise, I only made a couple of mistakes. I booted it up and pulled up Minecraft (my favourite game). I logged onto my world and flew around with my elytra for a bit. This world was extremely op. I had multiple sets of netherite armour and multiple complex XP farms. It was one of the few things I was really proud of. But all of my friends thought gaming was for boys so it got pretty lonely. Then it hit me.
Why don't I ask Tubbo to play?
I quickly grabbed my phone and the piece of paper with his number on from my pocket and sent him a quick message.
You Hey its y/n :)
Seconds later my phone dinged. I smiled when I saw it was from Tubbo.
Tubbo :) Hey y/nn! :)))
You Just wondering, do you play Minecraft?
Tubbo :) Yeah, I do :)
I smiled. I could feel my fingers shaking as I typed my response. I know Tubbo wasn't scary but the thought of being in a discord call with just him scared me a little. It was a lot more secluded compared to the usual noisy school.
You Oh great I just set up my PC wanna play? :)
I watched nervously as the little typing bubble popped up. Although it was only a few seconds it felt like an eternity.
Tubbo :) Yeah, definitely what's your discord? :)
I breathed a sigh of relief as I gave him my discord name. I sat there, anxiously awaiting his friend request. Then it came through.
New friend request from BeeBoy17
I giggled at his username before accepting it. I heard the sound signifying that someone was calling me. I took a deep breath in before answering.
"Hey!" I said, a wide smile spread across my face.
"Hi!" he said enthusiastically.
His voice made my heart do summersaults in my chest. I gave him my server IP and he joined the world. His character walked up to me with nothing whereas I had full netherite armour and tools.
"Holy shit y/nn did you build all of this??" he said in amazement. I giggled at his admiration for my world.
"Yeah this is the first time someone apart from Nick has joined," I said practically beaming at this point. It meant the world to me that I impressed him.
"Jesus Christ you're a god!" he said, thoroughly impressed at my world. I gave him a full set of netherite I had spare and helped him build a house. At one point he was just building and about 12 zombies walked up behind him.
"Y/N! Y/N HELP!" he screamed. Of course, I was pissing myself laughing but eventually, we managed to kill them all and get back to building. I then decided to fly to the jungle to look for some pandas. As you can imagine I got very excited when found some.
"OH MY GOD, THEY ARE SO CUTEEE!" I squealed as I watched them do backflips and eat bamboo. Tubbo giggled at my excitement.
"You're so adorable," he said.
I could feel a smile tug at my lips as my face turned a shade of pink. Tubbo just called ME cute. I couldn't help but wonder if he meant that in a friendly way or maybe more then that. No y/n stop being so crazy. There's no way he likes you you've known him for less than a week. I shook that thought from my mind and continued playing. We played for about another 2 hours before I noticed the time.
"Holy shit it's almost midnight," I said. I couldn't believe I just spent the last 5 hours talking to Tubbo. They were some of the best 5 hours of my sad little life. Ew, that sounds so sad.
"Oh my god it is," he said, almost sounding quite sad "I wish we could play for longer."
I blushed and a cheesy grin appeared on my face. He could be so sweet sometimes. It's like he knows what he's doing.
"I know me too but I better get to sleep," I said. You could hear the disappointment in my voice.
"Alright goodnight y/n," he said softly.
"Goodnight Tubbo," I said before hanging up and leaning back in my chair. I could feel the warmth in my cheeks as I got ready for bed while thinking about the last few hours. They had honestly been so refreshing for me. I flopped into bed (the sofa) and closed my eyes. I could hear his words replaying over and over in my head.
"You're so adorable"
I smiled and fell into a deep sleep.

Summary - Tubbo and y/n suffer through the rest of their lessons and Tubbo gives y/n his phone number at the end of the day. She accepts it and then goes home. She sets up her PC and decides to ask Tubbo to play Minecraft. He says yes and they play and flirt until midnight. They come off and y/n thinks about all the cute things he said while drifting off to sleep.
