I didn't expect it to be so rowdy first thing in the morning.
Ever since Techno told me about Tommy living in a basement that's underneath our... basement? He's been quite the noise maker.
Honestly, I didn't have much of a problem with Tommy, he was quite entertaining to talk to and he'd made things more lively around here...
...But the amount of commotion he makes can be harsh on everyone's sleep.
More so mine than Techno's.
One night, I remember trying to sleep, but Tommy was just boasting about women to Techno.
I don't know why he'd be talking about woman with Techno out of all people, but he was. And that conversation went on for hours-- well... It was more like a one sided conversation... Techno was just listening to Tommy and occasionally would tell Tommy to 'pipe down', but he'd never listen.
Then, it went onto a full on chase and I ended up staying up all night and just re-reading the L'manberg independence book about six times over.... I practically have it memorized now... I can probably recite all of the words on every page from memory.
With that sad little memory I remembered, I decided to sit up from my bed, since I knew I wouldn't be able to catch a few extra z's.
Getting out of bed, I headed down to see what was happening with the two males.
But... When I got downstairs... I saw a visible Technoblade and an invisible person-- who was most likely Tommy-- wearing netherite armor while running around like he's playing a game of tag.
"Oh my god- Tommy. If you get caught, this is on you" Techno mutters "Get and stay in your box Tommy"
"Okay- fineee..." Tommy says, removing his armor and seemingly making his way into the box by the brewing stands "There, you won't even know I'm here"
"What's going on?" I asked, confused
"Y/N! Y/N!! Can you believe this guy? Making me hide in a box..!!" Tommy exclaims
Techno closes the box and turns to face me.
"Dream's coming over and if he see's Tommy here then he'll have him killed"
I sighed at this.
Seriously... What's with the people in this region and concluding that murder and bloodshed is the only solution...
Tommy forces the box back open.
"Don't do that...!"
"Well- you have to close the box!!" Techno says
"Well I need to see!!-- Look, I'll close it when I deem it necessary" Tommy muttered
And though I couldn't see any of Tommy's actions, I can only imagine that he's crossing his arms while he said that.
Techno continues to look out the window, awaiting for Dream's arrival.
"...Tommy, why does Dream want you dead anyway?" I ask
"I... I was exiled again. But, not just from L'manberg, from everywhere... He said if I came anywhere near anyone, then I'd be dead... And now... He's trying to hunt me down and kill me..." Tommy briefly explained
It really shows how much of a monster Dream really is.
He's exiling Tommy, a child from any parental care. I'm very much sure Tommy can handle himself, but still... It's horrible that Dream would just allow him to be alone...
I'm sure Tommy had his reasons for coming here out of all places... I'm sure that he was deprived of talking to people... Being exiled from everyone and everything you grew up to know would do that to a person.
Even I wasn't able to be sheltered at home all alone for as long as I did. Letters and notes were the only form of communication I had with any other living being... Other than Remi and Snowflake that is...
So, in a way... I kinda felt like I knew how Tommy was feeling...
"OH GOD- He's here..!! He's fighting the mobs outside..!" Techno says
Tommy let out a little screech before closing the box he was in.
He continued to stammer out and panic, but Techno kept telling him to calm down.
Dream grew nearer and closer.
I tried to help Tommy calm down as well, and... I managed to, but only a little.
I walked up close behind Techno as he greeted Dream at the door.
When I saw Dream, he was decked out in his usual netherite armor, and he had that mysterious and anonymous aura like he usually did.
It's been a while since I've seen Dream, the last time I saw him was when he saved Remi from the Butcher Army...
"Hello Technoblade... Y/N" Dream says "Nice place you've both got here... I've never been here before so..."
"Oh yeah, come in, come in, make yourself at home" Techno says, allowing Dream to enter
I took a step back and eyed up Dream as he walked into the cabin.
He would make occasional banter and comments while he looked around the main parts of the house, commenting on our enderman roommate and all that jazz.
But, after the little house tour, Dream began to get down to business.
"Uhh, well... Technoblade... Theres a bit of a problem" Dream begins to say
"Yep, what's the problem?" Techno questions
".......Uhh.... Tommy left" Dream says
"..who?" Techno questions, trying to act clueless "Ohhh... Tommy? That guy who got exiled? Yeahh, that was pretty funny..."
Oh wow.
"Yeah, but now he's missing" Dream says "L'manberg thinks he's dead, or at least- that I know of..."
Dream then seriously looks at Techno and to me.
"Have you both seen him?" He asks
"I have not seen him" Techno says
"Nope... Not at all" I respond
"...You sure?" Dream asks again
"I'm pretty confident" Techno says
I just nod in agreement.
Dream just stares at us for a few moments before speaking again.
"Can I look around?"
"Yeah, yeah. Go for it" Techno says
Dream then heads downstairs and goes in search for Tommy, I stayed upstairs and comforted Tommy, opening the box telling him to shush every so often because he would let out a few series of coughs.... or even eat loudly.
Man, now I really think Tommy doesn't care about getting captured by Dream. He's literally okay with making all the noise to begin with. He might as well just come out of hiding and be totally visible.
But after a while, Dream and Techno came back to the main floor and decided to end the visit here. Dream told me and Techno that if we ever see Tommy, to just let him know.
He then left shortly after, and we waited a few minutes before Tommy then bursted out of the box, visible to us once again.
"WOOOO!! GREEN BITCH IS GONE!!" Tommy exclaimed, clearly happy
"Tommy, shut up before he comes back at the sound of your voice" Techno says
"Wha- rude" Tommy mutters "But-- Oh man! I can't believe that actually worked!!"
"You live another day, innit" I say, doing a small salute to him
"Ayyyy!! Got saluted by Techno's woman-- feeling good" Tommy laughed
Techno froze at this while I just giggled like a helpless little school girl. Being referred to as 'Techno's woman' by Tommy is quite the funny thing, but it also sounded quite nice to hear.
Then, Techno turned to the window and opened it.
"HEY DREAM!! COME BACK!! TOMMY'S HERE!! YOU CAN TAKE HIM! HE'S ANNOYING!!"
"W-what??! Nononononono! Techno! No!!" Tommy stammered, trying to pull Techno away from the windows
I laughed at the scene in front of me, this is all quite humorous...
After a while, things began to calm down, and Tommy suggested to Techno for them to go to L'manberg to get some bamboo so that Tommy could continue to build his tower in similar fashion to how he built his last intimidation tower.
And so, they headed out, leaving me alone in the cabin once more.
I wonder what I can do in this time..?
