Thursday
Tom POV:
"Heyyy Ethan" y/n said trying to sound as natural as possible but she wasn't that great at acting.
"Hey. What are you guys up to?" Ethan asked. Gosh this is so awkward. The entire reason he got mad at y/n was technically my fault and I'm on a date with her making it even worse.
"Just hanging out" y/n explained. I understood why she didn't say we were on a date but it still hurt a little bit.
"Cool. What can I get for you guys?" He finally repeated.
"I'll just have a water" I explained.
"Lemonade" y/n added. Ethan nodded before walking away.
"That was awkward" I explained trying not to laugh. I put my elbows on the table to hold my head up and look at y/n. She took one of my hands and held it while resting our hands on the middle of the table. "What if he sees?"
"He can see" y/n said softly. She made me so happy.
"So tomorrow" I explained.
"Yeah?" Y/n asked.
"Are you coming to the game?" I questioned.
"Do you want me to come to the game?" She responded.
"Kind of. You make me play better because I want to impress you" I explained. Y/n smiled.
"I'll come. Make sure you win Tom" she explained.
"If I win can we get one of the rules changed?" I asked.
"Sure. If you lose I get to add a rule" she explained.
"Sounds good because I won't lose" I responded. She rolled her eyes at my cockiness.
"Water and lemonade" Ethan said placing the two drinks on the table.
"Thank you" y/n said. I kept quiet.
"Do you guys need more time to look at the menu or are you ready?" He asked.
"We're ready" y/n explained. This is y/n's favorite restaurant so we basically know the menu in and out.
"Okay what can I get for you guys?" Ethan asked. We both ordered and Ethan nodded before walking away.
"Which rule do you want to take off?" Y/n asked.
"The kissing in school one" I explained.
"Well it's not like you follow it so sure" she shrugged.
"Wait don't I have to win the game?" I asked.
"You get it taken off for free because I like to kiss you" she said blushing. I laughed because she was being so cute.
"I like kissing you too" I said softly. She squeezed my hand and smiled.
Friday
Y/n POV:
It was a usual Friday. Paddy and I were the only ones at the Holland household. I decided that because it was such a long week I was going to take a nap.
Sam POV:
I went to Tom's room to find y/n because we had to get to the game. I walked in and saw her cuddled up in Tom's hoodie. I took a picture and sent it to Tom.
Sam:
Someone's sleepy.
Tom:
Stop watching her while she sleeps. It's creepy.
Sam:
Orrrrr thanks Sam for sending me a picture of my "best friend" or should I say GIrL FRieND
Tom:
Thanks. It's a cute picture.
Sam:
You should put it as your background.
Tom:
That's creepy. What if she sees?
Sam:
Girls love that stuff. It's cute.
Tom:
She will think it's creepy.
Sam:
Put it as your background or I won't bring her to the game.
Tom:
She can drive.
Sam:
Yeah but she's sleeping. It would be a shame if I didn't wake her up.
Tom:
Fineeeee. I put it as my background.
Sam:
Okay I'll wake her up.
Y/n POV:
"Y/n wake up" Sam said while shaking me.
"Mmmm" I groaned.
"We have to go to Tom's game!" he explained.
"Carry meeeee" I complained.
"Not going to happen" Sam responded. I threw a pillow at him before he ran out of the room. I got up and shut the door. I changed into some leggings and one of Tom's sweatshirts. I went downstairs before getting in Sam's car. "Look who made it"
"Shut up before I make Tom beat you up" I explained. Sam nodded and started driving. Finally we arrived and we went through the gate to see the team warming up.
"I'm going to find my friends. Want to come again?" Sam asked. I nodded. We walked up onto the bleachers and sat by Kyle, Bobby, Henry, Danny and Chris.
"Sammy my boy" Chris said patting Sam on the shoulder.
"Oh hey y/n what's up?" Henry asked.
"Nothing much" I responded while shrugging. We all got settled and the game started. To be completely honest I didn't know what was happening but I did know that Tom was scoring and scoring a lot. The coach looked very happy. The final score was 8-2. Everyone was cheering. Tom ran over to the bleachers and I ran down the stairs towards him.
"I won" Tom said with a smirk "so now the soccer team gets to know"
"Okay" I responded. He climbed up onto the bleachers and picked me up before kissing me.
"YEAHHH TOMMMM" I heard Harrison yell along with chants from other soccer players.
"I'll see you at home?" Tom asked putting me down.
"Yeah" I responded. He climbed off the bleachers and returned to the rest of the team. I returned to Sam and his friends.
"So you and Tom?" Danny asked.
"Yeah" I responded.
"I'm not going to lie you guys are cute" Kyle explained.
"Thanks Kyle" I responded.
"Sam why didn't you tell us?" Bobby asked.
"I didn't even know it was official" Sam explained.
"Is he good in bed?" Henry asked.
"You can't just ask her that dude" Sam interrupted.
"Tom would mess you up if he heard you ask that." Chris explained.
"Well anyways I have to drive her home now so I'll see you guys at school?" Sam asked.
"Yep first period Monday" Kyle explained. Sam and I walked away from the group before ending up in the parking lot.
"I'm sorry about them, they are just dirty minded" Sam explains.
"It's okay I understand. I guess that's kind of Tom's thing anyways" I explained.
"Do you want to?" Sam asked.
"Sam ew why would I discuss this topic with his younger brother?" I asked.
"Don't think of me as his younger brother, think of me as your friend" Sam explained.
"Well as my friend I think you need to drive me home so that I can see shower tom because shower Tom is very very very hot" I responded.
"What do I get out of this?" Sam asked.
"I'll clean your room" I explained.
"Deal" sam said starting to sprint to the car. I followed.
Tom POV:
I got home and saw Sam's car in the driveway meaning that y/n would be there already. I got out of my car and went into the house. "Hey honey how was your game?" My mom asked while giving me a kiss on the head.
(I don't know if I should say mum but at the same time I'm from America so I don't know a lot of the certain English words people use so sorry about that)
"Great. We are going to states thanks to me and Harrison" I explained.
"Good job son" my dad said patting my back.
"Harrison probably did most of the work" Harry teased.
"This is why Paddy is my favorite brother" I responded ruffling Paddy's hair.
"Tom how about you go hop in the shower. We want to have a family movie night" my mom explained. I nodded and headed upstairs. I walked into my room to hopefully see y/n. Luckily for me she was sitting on my bed while playing on her phone.
"Hey" I said making her look up from her phone.
"Hey soccer superstar" she responded.
"Superstar?" I asked.
"Don't question it because I'm never saying it again" she explained bluntly.
"Soccer superstar it is" I responded before walking into the bathroom. I quickly took a shower and wrapped it around my waist before returning to my room.
Y/n POV:
Tom walked back into the room. Gosh this man is amazing. His perfect hair dripping onto his muscular back. His abs slightly above the towel that was around his waist. He muscular arms that were tense from the cold air in the room. "Take a picture it will last longer" Tom said smirking.
"Oh shut up!" I responded looking away even though I didn't want to.
"It's okay you can look. Technically speaking I'm all yours" Tom explained. I looked back at the beautiful boy in front of me.
"Maybe that can be our song" I explained.
"What song?" Tom asked.
"You know how couples dance to a song at their wedding reception . A meaningful song or something like that" I explained.
"Yeah what about it?" Tom asked.
"Well I won't hesitate no more, no more it cannot wait I'm yours" I began.

"You're already thinking about our wedding?" Tom asked.
"Well yeah because if you broke up with me I would beat you up and I'm not planning on breaking up with that" I explained pointing to his muscles.
"I would never break up with you" Tom explained walking over to me and placing a kiss on my forehead. "Now I have to get dressed because my family wants to watch a movie"
"Okay. I'll save you a spot next to me" I explained standing up.
"Perfect" Tom said before kissing me on the lips. I walked out of the room and gently shut the door behind me. I went downstairs and sat on the couch. Paddy quickly sat down next to me but that's okay because there was room for Tom on the other side of me. Spots on the other couch were quickly filled in by Mr. Holland, Mrs. Holland and Sam. Harry was on the ground with Tessa. Tom came downstairs wearing an oversized T-Shirt and pajama pants. His hair was still wet and curly. He sat down in the spot next to me. Mr. Holland turned the movie on. I wasn't really paying attention to what he put on because Tom was rubbing my back. I slowly started to become more tired. I put my head on Tom's shoulder and closed my eyes. "Goodnight y/n" Tom whispered before kissing my head.
"Goodnight" I responded.
Tom POV:
When the movie ended Paddy and y/n were both sleeping. I scooped y/n up in my arms and brought her upstairs. I tucked her in before going downstairs to get Paddy. I picked him up and brought him to his room before tucking him in. I went downstairs to see the rest of my family looking at me. "What?" I asked.
"You and y/n" Harry explained.
"Sam you told them?" I asked.
"Don't blame me. They figured it out!" Sam said defending himself.
"So it's true?" My mom asked.
"Um yeah it's true. I'm sorry I would have told you but we are taking things slow. She didn't want anyone to know." I explained.
"I'm not sure that you guys sleeping in the same room is such a good idea." My dad explained.
"OOoooOoo Tom is in trouble!" Sam teased.
"Samuel!" My mom yelled silencing him.
"Nothing will happen dad! I promise" I explained. Sam stuck his tongue out at me and I just rolled my eyes at him. Harry laughed at the interaction.
"Fine just keep the door open" my dad responded. I nodded before heading upstairs. I got into my bed next to y/n who was still sleeping. I gently pulled her closer to me and kissed the back of her head. Tessa jumped up onto the bed with up and laid down by our feet.
"Goodnight y/n. I love you" I whispered before closing my eyes and falling asleep.
