AFTER THE MEETING HAD finished, Wiera found herself standing next to Remus. They hadn't exchanged any words so far.
Suddenly Remus decided to break the silence. "So, how are
you?"
She stilled, her mouth opening slightly in shock as she looked at him as if he had three heads. "Oh, just brilliant! I genuinely forgot I could do magic and then suddenly I get a message that the person who supposedly killed my brother and best friend was innocent and that my other friend betrayed them!"
She stepped closer to him, her body shaking in rage. "Then I have to attend this meeting and deal with a fucking war once again. I met the person who made my life miserable and the person I absolutely hate for what he's done and, oh look! That person is you!" She smiled sarcastically.
It was silent for a while before he broke it. "I shouldn't
have left you."
Wiera scoffed. "Wow! Let me tell you what Sherlock Holmes: You. are. unbelievable. You left me after every single person in my entire left me. They didn't have a choice but you had. They were dead, killed, but you were
alive. Fourteen years and not even a note. Now let me tell you something."
Wiera once again stepped closer. "I never want to talk to you ever again. We are here for Harry and nothing else. Understood?"
And without waiting for a response, Wiera left.

"Oh. That went better than I thought. I expected her to throw something at him," James chuckled.
Lily slapped him playfully. "Poor Wie. He just left her. She had to go through so much alone. And now she has to work with him!"
Marlene rolled her eyes and turned to James. "5 galleons they are snogging by the end of this month."
James jumped up and answered. "I say they aren't snogging until christmas."
Marlene smirked. "You're so on, Potter."

After her conversation with Remus, Wiera was sadder and even more enraged than she had been in the last few years. She would be lying if she'd say she doesn't still have feelings for him, because Wiera Potter was still very much in love with Remus Lupin.
She tried to move on so badly. But she couldn't.
Wiera is mad at Remus for leaving her and she is mad that he just abandoned her. She is mad at the fact that he didn't write her. She is mad at Remus for acting as if he didn't leave her all those years ago. But mostly is she mad at herself for still loving him.
