I was sitting in the great hall with the Prewett twins, eating breakfast.
"Excited for tomorrows quidditch match, little Lupin?" asked Fabian.
"I think Ravenclaw is a strong opponent, but I am not more nervous than usual. It's not like the quidditch games against Slytherin where you get terrorised a week in advance because they try to take out the other team before the match even starts."
They chuckled and replied in unison "True."
I started to gather my things and left the table to go to potions. I was already running late because the twins wanted me to float some of the bathrooms instead of going to class but I denied since I wanted to improve my potion skills in order to do a certain potion for Remus.
I rushed around a corner and ran into something hard. I fell on the floor and groaned "Ugh, what the hell?!"
I heard someone chuckling and looked up to see a tall, dark blonde guy with brown eyes.
He smiled and said "Sorry, I didn't watch where I was going" while he helped me up.
"It's okay, thanks for helping me up but I need to go to potions now." I grabbed my stuff from the floor and rushed to the potions classroom.
I turned around and send him a wave, he just shouted "You're welcome, have fun!" I laughed at that but continued my sprint.
I rushed through the dark dungeon and flung open the door with a loud bang.
"Holy shit, uh I mean sorry professor for being late, well I was at breakfas-"
"Oh, it's alright Miss Lupin, just sit down please."
I sat down at my usual place next to Lily and quickly put my thing on the table.
"Where the hell have you been?" asked Lily
"Shh, just the twins and then I ran into this guy in the hallway-"
"Was he handsome?" I turned around to see Marlene leaning over her and Alice's table with wide eyes.
"Uh, I guess?"
"You guess? That could be a really good love story!"
"No thank you."
"Why not?" whined Marlene.
"Miss McKinnon please concentrate on the lesson and stop disturbing students ."
Slughorn yelled across the classroom.
She slumped back in her seat and mumbled "I swear to Merlin, this guy hates me."
"I wonder why?" whispered Liy and I giggled remembering Marlene's non-existent potion skills.
Lily and I were both hit with a paper ball.
"Detention Miss McKinnon!"

The lesson was over when Slughorn exclaimed "I would like to ask a few students to stay behind, whose names I call out; Avery, Mulcibler, Black, Potter, Fortescue, Evans, Snape, Lupin-"
"Which one?" asked Remus.
"Both" he went on with a few names and told the others to go.
"Ah, nice that you all stayed, I would like to invite you to the Slug Club. It's an event where I only invite interesting students to get to know them, and it's always a pleasure for me to organise these events" beamed professor Slughorn.
The whole thing doesn't sound like fun to me and according to the expressions of my classmates, they didn't really seemed to think anything different either.
Lily was the first to speak up and said, "It would be a pleasure, Sir."
Murmurs of agreement went through the classroom.
"Wonderful, you will receive my invites soon."
I walked out of the room next to Lily.
"I've heard that these events are rather boring" muttered Lily.
"Yeah, I didn't expect anything else."
"Lilyflower! "
Lily groaned and changed her direction.
"Wouldn't it be a wonderful idea to go to Slughorn's events with me? I mean look at us we would be the perfect date for each other!"
"I would rather jump off a bridge Potter!"
Lily turned around and stormed off. "Well, she didn't said annoying toe rag" joked Sirius.
"Yeah, right?" beamed James as I sighed with a smirk.

Today was the Quidditch match against Ravenclaw and Frank Longbottom told us to be in the great hall at 6 a.m.
My head hid the table and I closed my eyes trying to sleep again.
"Morning sunshine." mumbled an equally sleepy Sirius.
"Shut up."
"Rude."
"Okay team, I want you to do your best today! Firstly, this is my last year at school and I want to win the cup and secondly, I have placed bets on our team that I would like to win!" shouted our captain, Frank Longbottom.
I giggled but Frank beat me over the head with his training plans.
I groaned "No need to be so aggressive Longbottom!"
We walked onto the Quidditch pitch and I looked up to the filled stands to search for my friends. I saw Peter standing with Marlene, Alice and Lily who cheered loudly. I waved at them and turned my gaze to Remus who was doing the commentary as usual and send him thumbs up.
"Welcome, welcome quidditch fans to the Ravenclaw vs. Gryffindor match! The captains Frank Longbottom and Emmeline Vance are now going to shake hands."
They did as told and everyone went to their position.
"Let the game begin!"
Madame Hooch, the referee released the Quaffel and I went to catch it. James flew higher, trying to catch the snitch as I threw the ball to Gideon. He sent the ball to his brother but a Ravenclaw player came straight at him so he threw the ball to me.
"Talea Lupin is in possession and throws the ball she shoots and scores 10 POINTS FOR GRYFFINDOR!"
The game went on and the score was 150-20 if James but Ravenclaw could still win if their seeker would catch the snitch.
"Seems like Gryffindors seeker James Potter has spotted the snitch!" shouted my cousin.
My gaze was fixed on James, so I didn't noticed a Bludger flying towards me.
"The game went on, but it remains exciting further up in the sky and- holy shit. TALEA WATCH OUT!"
"Language, Mr. Lupin!" demanded professor McGonagall.
I turned around to see the bludger coming closer but when he was about to hit me, Sirius knocked him away with his bat, leaving me unharmed.
"DO THAT AGAIN YOU LITTLE DIPSHIT AND I-"
"LANGUAGE!"
"Sorry professor. I obviously wanted to say, 'thank you Sirius for helping Talea. '"
I laughed and send a grateful smile at Sirius who smiled back.
"And James Potter has caught the snitch, GRYFFINDOR WINS!"
I flew down to the floor and hugged James. I turned around looking for Sirius but he was already standing in front of me with a big grin and hugged me.
"Thank you for helping a damsel in distress."
"No problem, I will always be knight in shining armour, my lady."

And that's why I never write about Quidditch games, I suck at it :/
Oh and I apologize that nothing important happened in this chapter but i can't put important thing in every chapter. I mean she still has a normal life... if you don't consider magic and a possible war... ugh never mind ;)
