A/N: I don't have anything to say lol

They were officially one week into living together. Their sleep schedules were pretty off, which caused some issues. Generally, Dream and George had synced up their sleeping schedules so sometimes Dream was asleep during parts of the day and Sapnap was up, which didn't leave the whole day for them to spend time together.

Dream was glad to have Sapnap living with him now, though it was an adjustment. Sometimes he would be chilling in the living room and Sapnap would walk him and Dream would panic for a second, thinking some stranger was in his house but it was just Sapnap. He couldn't be as sloppy as he was sometimes. Granted he wasn't usually sloppy, but he felt like he needed to make sure he cleaned up after himself. He knew Sapnap didn't care, but he did.

Also, a second opinion on everything. Sapnap was very supportive, but he always had an opinion. Maybe opinionated wasn't the right word, maybe he just noticed things. Small things that even Dream didn't notice about himself. Sapnap would never point them out, but Dream saw the way the look in his eye changed whenever he noticed something. It was strange.

Sapnap was currently in his room streaming. Dream was tired and was kind of half asleep, scrolling mindlessly through his phone. A notification popped down:

George: Come get on and play with me

Dream blinked slowly. He didn't really want to get up, but he figured he should. Slowly, he pushed himself up and forced himself into his chair. His headset slipped on over his head and his screen lit up. He clicked on the call that George was in.

"Hey," George said.

"Hi," Dream sounded almost as tired as he felt.

There was a small pause. "Are you okay?" George asked.

Dream nodded, then realized George couldn't see him. "Yeah, I'm okay," he replied. "Just a little tired, that's all."

"Did I wake you up?" George asked.

"No, I was kinda just laying in my bed scrolling through my phone," Dream said. "If I wasn't gonna sleep it's probably best I do something, though, so here I am."

"Is that why you're not on with Sapnap?" George asked. "I'm currently on his world but I left the call cause I figured you'd come on."

Dream's eyebrows furrowed as he opened Minecraft. "Did you have something to say to me?" he asked.

"What?" George sounded taken by surprise for a moment, then flustered. "No, no. No. I was just - I don't know. I just - I don't know."

Dream smiled. George was cute when he got all flustered and discombobulated, so he let him struggle for a moment longer. "You just wanted to come in here and tell me how much you loved me before we get on stream, huh?"

"What? No! I didn't say that!" George protested.

"You can just say it George," Dream teased. "Just say that you love me, we're not on stream. No one can hear you but me."

"Oh I bet you want to hear me say it," George said.

"Of course I do," Dream said, leaning back in his chair and staring at the log in screen. "I love you, so obviously I want you to love me, too."

George was quiet for a moment, the kind where he was trying to hide his flustered laugh. "You love me?" He repeated, and Dream 'mm hmm'ed. "Well what kind of love, Dream?"

Dream chewed at his bottom lip for a moment. "What?" he asked. "What kind of love? I love you in every way, George. Why is that even a question?"

In every way. What did that even mean? Every way. Like a brother to brother, Mother to son? Lover to lover? Dream tried to shake the thoughts from his head. They were friends, he was just messing with George. He liked when he got all flustered and red, stumbled over his words. As if Dream was making him nervous.

"Every way?" George repeated. "Oh, alrighty then." He let out his nervous laugh.

"What, don't you love me in every way?" Dream asked. "I know you love me, George. You've told me before, just tell me again."

George laughed. "How do I know Sapnap isn't there listening?" he asked.

"Cause he's streaming," Dream replied.

"Is it weird?" George asked. "Living with Sapnap? Do you guys think living together is going to work?"

Dream blinked, surprised at the change of topic. And yet, George seemed generally worried about it working out. "Um, yeah I think it'll work," Dream replied. "I mean, it's only been a week but, yeah. Why?"

George was thinking for a quick moment. "I was just wondering how it is, living with him," George replied. "Wondering if living with one of us would work."

One of us. What was he trying to say?

"What do you mean?" Dream asked. "Are you thinking about moving to America?"

He heard George shift in his seat. "I've always liked the idea of being around you guys," he replied. "I don't know, I was just curious. I didn't know if actually being around him all the time would be overwhelming or not. Like, hypothetically of course, if I was to move out there, too, if it would... never mind."

Dream thought for a moment, trying to piece together what George was trying to say. "If it would be overwhelming?" Dream asked. "If having all of us together all the time wouldn't be like it is online where we can just leave the call and be alone again?"

"Yeah," George replied.

"George, I don't think-" Dream was cut off by a ring in his headphones.

"Hey lovebirds, are you two going to join the game or what?" Sapnap asked.

"We're coming," George snapped back at him. "We were just talking, no need to be so demanding."

Sapnap scoffed. "About what? Your wedding plans?" he taunted.

"Oh my god we're not getting married, Sapnap," George said. "Don't be jealous of us, okay?"

"Jealous?" Sapnap repeated. "Oh I'm not jealous. Though I have noticed living with Dream this past week that you two spend all your time talking together."

Dream flushed, his mouse paused over the server. "What?"

"Yeah, you guys are texting or on the phone literally whenever you're not sleeping," Sapnap replied. "I walk into the kitchen for breakfast and I'm like oh dream who are you texting and it's always George. I hear him in his room on the phone, who is he talking to? George. I check discord to see what's going on, oh George and Dream are in a private call together even though I am on and streaming. You're obsessed with each other. Like get some other friends."

George laughed. "Oh, whatever," he said. "You're just being dramatic."

Dream, however, was thinking about it. Sapnap was right. They did talk a lot. And what did they talk about? Everything and nothing all at the same time, but everything with George always felt so genuine.

"Am not," Sapnap said. "Dream, join the game dude."

Dream clicked on the server. "I'm coming," he said.

He was distracted for almost the rest of the stream. Sapnap was right. He did spend almost all of his time talking to George, and he talked to George the most on the stream, too. He just couldn't help it. Something about him just lured him in every single time. Did he try talking to George less? I mean, talking to George all the time wasn't bothering anyone, was it? Maybe Sapnap was upset by it which is why he brought it up, but how was Dream supposed to know?

After the stream ended they all said their goodbyes and parted ways. Dream shut off his computer and made his way out of the room and found Sapnap in the kitchen, scanning the fridge for food.

"Hey," Dream said, sitting down at the barstools.

"Hi," Sapnap chose some left over spaghetti.

"So, just to make sure, you're not, like, bothered by how much George and I talk, right?" Dream asked. Gosh, it sounded so stupid coming out of his mouth.

Sapnap blinked at him. "No?" he replied. "It's just an observation. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you two were actually in love."

Dream flushed. He wasn't in love with George, they were just good friends. Right?

"Are you? Actually in love?" Sapnap asked slowly, noticing Dream's silence.

"What? No, no," Dream assured him. "I was just thinking. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something that bothered you."

Sapnap shrugged, dishing himself up a plate. "Talk to him as much as you want, just know I'm gonna make fun of you for it," he said.

That was to be expected. "Okay," he said. It was something Dream had never noticed before, and he knew that from now on it was something he was going to be hyper aware of. Every text, phone call, and message would not go by Dream without a second thought about it.
