So every since Von and Durk went to jail everybody been staying over my house . And by everybody I mean Booka , Muwop , Reese and India .
I had the room tho so it's fine .
We was sitting in the living room watching when the lawyer called me .

"Sanai" he said

"The only evidence they got is supposedly an anonymous tip saying that if anything happened to him yaal did it "

"Any reason somebody would say that?" He questioned
"Um.. yes and I think I know who left it" I said
"Well if we get you to testify on the stand that you or Durk or Von had nothing to do with it Durk and Von are guarantee to walk free "
"Uhm ..." I said
"Think about it .. their trial is next week " he said
"Okay thank you bye" I said
"Take care" he responded hanging up
I looked down and started playing with my nails .
"Nai what he say" India asked
"Somebody left a anonymous note that said if anything happened to Lee Me and Durk and Von did it . " I said
"Why would they say that" Reese said
"I think I know who and why , he said if I testify that whoever wrote it was trying to pin it on us Durk and Von are guaranteed to walk free " I said
"Wait so that mean you gotta-" India said
"Yes" I said "he told me to think about it"
"Are you gonna do it?" Booka asked

"So I think the person who said it is Ryan , Lee bestfriend he haven't liked Durk ever since because Durk didn't like Lee ig and Ryan tried to get with me first but I chose Lee so he always been shady and one time Ryan was over and Lee hit me he laughed and said "you're either gonna be in jail or dead there's no way out of this and I'm gonna make sure " but I got the voice recording on my phone so I'm just gonna play it for the judges " I said
"You sure sis?" Muwop asked
"I gotta do what I gotta do " I said
We was rolling up listening to music when there was a knock on the door .
"Child-" I said getting up
I opened the door and saw that bitch Asian again
"What you doing here" I asked rolling my eyes
"Where Von" she asked

One paper said her name , the date she went to the doctor and it said positive . The other one was a ultrasound with her name on it .

I closed the door and walked back in the living room .
"Who was that" India asked

"These past 5 months have been up and down with stupid shit , everytime we get somewhat to a good point something or someone comes to fuck it up , and apparently you have a child on the way and so I think we should go back to before me and you became close and just keep it cordial " I said not realizing tears coming down my eyes
"Wym I got a baby on the way" he asked "and Nai wym go back to before and keep it cordial how do i keep my feelings cordial "
"Bennet times up " the officer said
"Bye Von see you next week" I said
"I love you ma " he said
I just walked away acting like I didn't hear him. It hurt me to say that but so much is going on rn and I can't take it . These past days I've been cutting the upper thighs so no one notices . I think India is suspicious but idk for sure .
~ Von POV ~
When Sanai came to see me she said I had a child on the way . I thought maybe she was pregnant but we haven't had sex because I was waiting for her because after everything that has happened to her I didn't wanna make it seem like I was rushing her.
My next thought went to Asian.
Hn it can be mines.
Then I remembered her drugging me.

It was the day of the trial and I walked in and saw the gang.
I made quick eye contact with Sanai but she instantly broke it.
The judge banged his thingy and opened court .
"Mr.Bennett and Mr.Banks you're being charged with the first degree murder of Leon Williams . Mr. Johnathan how do your defendants plead?" She asked
"Innocent" Johnathan said
She looked at the other man
"Mr. Josh Wilson you said you had a witness to testify" the judge said
I looked at Johnathan like 🤨 and he said "it's not a witness you said no one was there "
"Yes your honor I call Ryan Smith to the stand"
~Sanai POV ~
Ryan got up and walked to the stand
"Do you promise to tell the truth the whole truth and noting but the truth" the judge asked
"I promise" he said
"Ryan when was your last interaction with Mr.Williams"
"It was Wednesday at like 6:45 he told me Sanai haven't been home and that he think she's cheating" Ryan said
"Okay and you were the one to leave the anonymous tip correct?"
"Yes but I called later and said it was me when mr.Williams asked me to testify "
"Do you suspect Sanai had anything to do with the murder but she had Mr.Bennett and Mr.Banks do it for her? " the judge asked
"Yes your honor"
"I have a few questions for Mr.Smith " Jonathan said
"Granted"
"Mr.Smith is it true you were jealous of Mrs.Banks and Mr.Williams relationship"
"no" Ryan said
"Is it true you threatened her" he asked
"n-no" Ryan said stuttering
"I would like to remind the witness that he's under oath " the judge said
"No I didn't threaten her I loved her like she was my sister " he said
"Is it true you've told her multiple times that Leon was gonna be out the picture soon and it could be her and you ?" He asked
"No" Ryan said
"No further questions" your honor
"I would like to call Sanai Banks to the stand" Josh said
I sighed and got up and walked to the stand
"Do you promise to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth" the judge asked
"I promise " I said
"Mrs.Banks is it true you tried to make a move on Ryan multiple times some getting touchy " Josh asked
"No" I said
"Mrs Banks, is it true you made allegations of My client threatening you days after your brother and his bestfriend went to jail " he asked
"No, that video was before I even met Von . I still have the video and screen shots with dates if I must prove it " I said shrugging my shoulders
"The court would like Mrs.Banks to present this evidence " the judge said
One of the officers brought out some printed out screen shots and the voice recording of Ryan threatening me . As she played the voice recording it all came back to me
~FlashBack~
"Lee I can't breathe " I struggled to get out
"Where was you? Huh? I bet you were with a nigga" Lee said choking me
"I was with India and my brother "
He slapped me "didn't I tell you to stay away from them "
"That's my family" I said
"Fuck you" he spat before dropping me
Ryan laughed and walked up to me
"You see princess ? No matter what you told him he's gonna believe me first , you're not getting out of this you're either gonna end up dead or alive and I'm going to make sure of it , or it can all end soon when I get Lee out the way "
He kissed my forehead and walked away .
~Flashback Over~
"I've seen enough " the judge said
"I found the defendants not guilty of First Degree Murder " she said hanging her gavel
I seen the smile that grew on both Von and Durks faces . Me and Von made quick eye contact and then I broke it by walking up to Durk .
"Thank you sis" he said
"No problem bro do better next time tho " I said laughing
"Thanks ma " Von said

We left and everybody went home I took a nap and woke up at like 6p . I went to the kitchen and made this potato bake thingy .
I finished at like 7:30 and I ate then started cleaning playing some music

I restarted another video when Von took my phone

He got to my upper thigh and it felt weird cause the cuts .
He looked at me and I got off his lap and sat next to him .
"Stand up" he said
I just sat there
He got up and pulled the cover off of me revealing my thighs and cuts .
He looked at them and some of them were fading and some were red indicating how old or new the was.
"You been cutting yourself?" He asked

"Sanai don't pull that shit you pull when you tryna hide some , imma ask again you been cutting yourself "
"Nope I went to a friends house and she got a cat and it scratched me up " I lied
He got off me and said "call Durk "

I knew he was gonna get it either way so I just gave it to him.
15 minutes later in came India and Durk
I pulled the covers on my legs before they walked in the living room
"Wassup?" Durk asked

"Why you call me here Von " India asked
"Show them Sanai " he said
"Show us what" India started then she gasped "YOU PREGNANT?"

"Well what you gotta show us " Durk said

I sighed and put my legs down .
India walked over and seen my cuts. She gasped and gave me a hug . I knew this was hurting her she was always there for me and I've done nothing but hurt her
Durk walked over to be and looked at my legs .
"Sanai"
I ignored him
"Stop ignoring me Ik you hear me talking to you"
"Hmm" I hummed
"Why" he asked
"Why what?" I asked

He screamed at me
"Durk you gonna make her cry" India said

They looked at me and was like "what you mean?"
"Before I started coming around more everything was going great , but I came around and boom Lee's dead Greg's dead , you and Von stop taking , me and Von get shot and you and Von stop talking again and then next thing you know we're ina courtroom trying to beat murder cases "
Durk sighed "Nai it's not your fault , shit happens and we've became back cool everytime anything happened , don't blame yourself for them dead niggas they should've never tried nothing on you "
"I guess" I said and Durk started rolling up
15 minutes passed and we was high as hell and Durk said "aye twin"
"Wassup" Von said
"Yaal twins again? Yay" India said and I laughed
"Girl yk they act like a married couple" I said
"Before them pigs came in what was you finna say?" Durk asked

"So I woke up the next day and was like "I shouldnt even be here wtf" and she was talm bout how I came home or whatever then I called twin and he told me she sent that video and I went back in the house snapping on her she was like "watch what you drink" and so I was like "you drugged me" and she said yeah" he said
"Mhm" me and India said at the same time
"Youn believe me?" He asked
"This yo ex that you got pregnant ofc she don't" India said
"PREGNANT" Durk said "twin I can't keep defending you"

"Idk" I said shrugging . It was the truth tho I didn't know what I believed
"Here then" he said airdropping me , India and Durk a video
We watched the video and he was right.
