Later that night everyone left and we all went to our rooms, as I was busy changing I heard a knock at the door.
"Yes?" I asked
"It's Scar." He said
"Hold on I'll be out of the bathroom in like 2 minutes." I said
"Okay mama." He said
I quickly got dressed and walked into my room. Scar was sitting on my sofa and reading a book. He reminds me so much of Julius it's insane.
"Hey what's up?" I asked
"I wanted to know if we could go out tomorrow?" Asked Scar
"Yeah of course. Where do you want to go?" I asked
"Maybe paintball?" He asked
"You're going to regret that." I said with a evil grin
"We shall see." He said in a cocky tone
We both laughed and spoke for a bit before he left. Scar was spending the weekend at my house. I got into bed and tried to sleep but all I could think about was Kodiak...did I make the right choice?
Fuck it. Just go sleep.

The next day
I woke up early to get done for paintball. I'm going to wipe the floor with that son of mine. This is going to be fun.
I decided on this outfit.(she doesn't look like that she is only wearing this outfit)

We got into the car and drove to the paintball range, this is going to be interesting. We all sang to random songs on the radio and laughed. Scar had a permanent smile on his face and it warmed my heart to know he felt happy around me and the people I see as family.
"So Scar how is your aim?" Asked Klaus
"Better than you probably, I mean its in my genetics." He said
"Don't blame me when you're the first to be out." Said Klaus
"Okay guys relax, we all know I'm going to win. " I Said
"That's no fair, you're like a damn accuracy machine. You never miss." Complained Gina
"You can be on my team Gina." I said
"Thank goodness." She said in a relieved tone
We arrived at the range and all made our way to the reception. We signed in and got all our equipment. We split into 2 teams. On my team was Gina, Klaus, Falcon, Nathan and on Scars team was Cohen, Marco, my dad and Kiara.
We went to our areas on the range and made our plans. Before we knew it the only people left were Scar, Klaus, Cohen and I. This is going to be interesting. Klaus and Cohen both shot each other out at the same time leaving Scar and I as the tie breakers. Who ever shot first would be the winner.
There is no way in hell or heaven that I'm loosing. I heard him approaching so I climbed up a tree and shot him as he approached the tree. Everyone broke out into cheer and I climbed down from the tree.
"I told you I don't loose." I said with a smirk on my face.
"You won this time but I'll win the next." Said Scar
"Don't worry honey I'll teach you how to hear people coming from a far distance. Being an assassin comes in handy." I said
We all got back into the car, Gina, Kiara and Hunter fell asleep in the car. We decided to get some take out on our way home and to my surprise as I pulled into the driveway I saw Kodiak's car parked in the front area.
"Kiara your brother is here." I said
"Really? His probably here to see you." She said
Everyone's eyes drifted in my direction and they all gave e a shocked or intrigued look except for Falcon. That bastard knows me to well.
"Go to your boyfriend Blue Eyes." Said Falcon in a cocky tone.
"What?!" Shouted everyone in the car
"Falcon go die in a hole." I said as I got out of the car
"Hey we aren't done with this conversation!" Shouted Klaus
I just rolled my eyes and walked towards Kodaik. As I approached him his smile grew...that damn smile. He knows exactly how to get a reaction out of me.
"To what to I owe this visit?" I asked
"Well I wanted to take you out on a surprise date." He said as he reached into his car.
He took a box out of the passenger seat and handed it to me. I have him a puzzled look and he just nodded towards me almost telling me its okay to open it.
I opened the box to reveal the gun I wanted. How did he know, I was planning on buying it for myself for my birthday...I can't believe it.
"How did you know?" I asked as I took it out of the box to admire it.
"The only way to a women's heart like yours is through power and firearms. So I decided firearm was the safest option." He said with a smirk
"You really know how to make a girl feel special." I Said with a smile
"Hey Kodiak...she will be mine." Said Klaus
Why do I feel like his being serious...
We just brushed off his comment and went inside, everyone was relaxing in the lounge watching a movie. I felt like Scar was uneasy. I decided to pull him aside and see what was bothering him.
"What's wrong honey?" I asked
"So you've moved on from dad?" Asked Scar
"Baby your dad and I are just not good for each other and I know that's not what you want to hear but him and I are better off as friends. I'm sorry my baby." I said
He had a disappointed expression on his face and I felt crushed to hurt him but I didn't want to give him false hope.
"Okay well do you still love him?" Asked Scar
"I always will, he was my first love." I said
We hugged and went back to the others, everyone was interrogating Kodiak, even his sister. I'm not even surprised. I noticed Klaus wasn't in the room. Where did that idiot go now.
"Where's Klaus." I asked Cohen
"He needed to clear his head. You know how he feels about you. He doesn't show his feelings because he loves the bond you both have but you and I both know he loves you more than anyone else in this room." Said Cohen
"You and I both know why I can't be with him. I promised her I wouldn't no matter how much I wanted too." I said
"Just give him some space." Said Cohen
I felt so bad...Klaus is the sweetest person I know. His always been there for me but we could never have each other the way we wanted. Fate had other plans...or so we were told.
Kodiak sat beside me and I cuddled up into his arms, my nerves relaxed and I felt safe. It's amazing how he has this effect on me. He planted a small kiss on my forehead and covered me with the blanket. Will it always be like this or will I trick myself into being happy again only to hurt later on.
"You okay babe?" Asked Kodiak
"Yeah, just have a lot on my mind." I said as I snuggles into his neck

Kodiak's POV
She dozed off after a few minutes, why did she have to look so adorable without even trying. I picked her up and carried her to her room. I got Gina to change her clothes ad I tucked her in. Just as I was about to leave I felt a hand holding mine.
"Stay a little bit longer." Said my baby in a soft sleepy voice.
I laid down next to her and she fell asleep again. I could feel myself falling asleep and that's when I decided to get going. I gave her one more kiss and whispered goodnight to her. She was out cold.
I closed the door behind me and walked downstairs towards the front door. As I was passing the library Klaus stopped me.
"Its not fair." Said Klaus
I could tell he was drinking and that he may have been crying, he couldn't stand up by himself and he had red sings around his eyes. Does he love her?
"What do you mean Klaus?" I asked
"She and I were meant to be, but her fucking best friend made her promise to never date me...because she convinced her that our friendship was to important. But we love each other and that won't change." Said Klaus
"Dude, are you okay?" I asked
"Shit, I think I-" Klaus passed out
I carried him towards the sofa and took the bottle of vodka from him. I wonder if she loves him. Maybe that's why she was so reluctant to give me a chance. I need to ask her tomorrow.
