Levi x Kayle
Levi's POV
Armin had just came into my room, and told me people were attacking y/n, my heart pumped and thoughts ran threw my no I'm not letting her down again I think, I rush down hallways, ordering people to save y/n, when I run past Yeager and told him he immediately got up and started running, when I made it outside I saw dead bodies, blood stains, and worst my daughter was all beaten up, blood was gushing down, she looked over at me, her eyes looked dead, I ran over to her
"EVERYONE PROTECT Y/N!" I yell, she collapses on the floor, I grab my swords but they had all ran away
"Did she really take on all those people by herself?" Eld gasped
"Well yeah, but she had her titan strength so that would've helped" Petra reinsured
"No, I don't think so" Armin states, I grab y/n and start to carry her back inside, I had multiple people stand guard as all those people slipped past
"What why do you think that?"Petra asks
"Because when I was looking for her i faintly heard someone say "this will temporarily take away your titan abilities" I mean just think about it she isn't healing" he states, please y/n don't leave me I think
I had been in the recovery wing for about 2 hours now, people had tried to tell me to get some rest but I stayed silent there's no way in hell I'm leaving you I think just stay with me I think, I grab y/ns hand
-flashback-
I was in In fight, Kenny had left me about a year ago and I was on the streets, I easily was able to beat the person but I had a stab wound in my stomach,I went to a alley and tried to patch it up to no avail, I was getting pissed off that I couldn't fix it when I heard a voice, I turn around to see a girl with blond hair and green eyes, around my age
"Here let me" i soft voice spoke
"No I'm fine" I coldly say
"Don't lie, you not fine and you quite suck at patching yourself up" she spoke
"Tch." I reply
She then pulled out a needle and thread, and she went to my wound and was about to do something to it, I quickly grab her hand
"What are you doing!?" I sneer
"I need to stitch it up, if I don't you will bleed out now let go and let me do my stuff" she replies
"Now it will hurt so just be ready" she calmly spoke
After a little bit she had stitched me up and she was now carrying me back to her house
"You know I can walk right?!" I spit
"Nope, cause I don't want to re-stitch that wound back up, you really did a number on my shoulder" she sighs
"Tch" I reply
"Tch" she mocks "brat" I think, we make it to a little house, she opens the door and it was a little house a table, couch, bed and a few cupboards , though the place was filthy
"This house is filthy" I groan
'One would be grateful you know" she snaps
She lays me down on the couch and gives me a blanket, I quickly huddle into it, I look at her at I mumble
"Thanks..." she smiles
"Your welcome, I'm Kayle, Kayle Grotes" she says
"The names Levi, just Levi"I reply
I stayed there for 2 nights but I didn't want to I planned on stealing some food from her and leaving as soon as she fell asleep. As soon as she did, I went over to a cupboard and grabbed a few carrots 2 loads of bread and took her jacket a then ran away "she shouldn't trust others" I think
-1 month later-
I was beating up this guy in the middle of town people were gathered around watching me beat him up
"NEXT TIME DON'T EVEN TRY ANYTHING OK!?" I yell, I then look at the civilians and they all scattered I went to walk away when I heard a familiar voice
"Well isn't it Levi"Kayle sneered
"What do you want?!" I groan
"C'mon buzzkill you know what, you took afew things of mine, I assume the food is gone but where is my jacket" she spat the venom in her voice sent a chill down my spine
"I sold it..." I mumbled, her eyes got filled with anger immediately, she stormed over to me, and head butted me, I fell back and got ready to hit her when I saw tears dripping down
"What is I-"I said before getting cut off
"YOU BASTARD THATS THE LAST THING MY MOTHER EVER GAVE ME BEFORE SHE DIED!" She screamed, my eyes grew wide, she stormed over to me and grabbed my collar
"Your going to help me get it back" she seethed, I just nod
We had been walking around for awhile trying to find her jacket, she was a completely different person, she went from a happy, lovable girl to a girl with bloodlust eyes it was kind of scary, I pointed her to the man I sold it to and she stormed over there and pulled the guys collar to be down at her level
"You little brat!" He spat before bringing a knife to stab her, I rush over to her to help her when she disarms the person grabs the knife and holds it to his throat
"What happened to a jacket it was black with a dove Inbetted in it" she sneered
"I-it got burned" he stuttered
"Please spare me!" He begged
Not a chance" she seethed before slitting his neck and turning around he green eyes were now grey like a abise she walked over to me and grabbed my wrist we started walking
"Kayle I'm sorry" i mutter
"It doesn't matter, I can't forgive you yet but I'm willing to" she mumbled
-2 years later
We decided to stick together and after a year or 2 I started developing feelings for her, and it was hard to push them down, I would always stuttered in front of her, I wouldn't be able to think straight worst of all she's a natural flirt even when she doesn't think she's flirting she is
"Levii c'mon let's go already" Kayle groans, I promised I'd take her to a place my mother once took me, she knocked on the door
"Hold on I'm-" I was saying before the door barged open
"Levi you've been in here for 20 minutes what's-"she said as she say me half naked
"AH!" She yelled quickly covering her eyes and running to the door but running into a wall
"DAMNIT WALL MOVE!" She yelled running out of the room closing the door
"Oh god she just saw me half naked" I think my face heats up
Kayle's POV
"Oh god, oh god, oh god I just walked on in Levi!" I mentally yelled at myself, I had liked Levi for years now, I think I even liked him when we first met, that would explain why I didn't utterly murder him for selling my mother jacket, but jeez he is ripped "NO STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT KAYLE" I mentally scold myself
"awww but his little face when I walked in was adorable it heated up so quickly, I loved everything about Levi, his grey eyes that I could get lost in, his beautiful black hair that is as soft as a pillow, and he gets so flustered over the littlest things like if I come up behind him and ruffle his hair, and now he has I bloody body of a GOD!" I think my face is now deep red, and butterflies felt like they were going to explode out of my stomach
I heard footsteps walking down the stairs "ok Kayle calm down" I think to no avail
"Hey um are you ready?" He asked
"YUP!" I shout "shit I'm such a dumbass" I think
Levi's POV
I was walking down the stairs when I saw Kayle her face was deep red so was mine "jeez she saw me half naked that's so embarrassing, ok Levi calm down play it cool" I think
"Hey um are you ready?"I manage to keep myself together
"YUP!" She shouts "well that's out of character for her" I think but a little chuckle comes out, she looks at me and her face manages to turn even darker
"L-let's just go!" She stutters
"Ok, ok" I mumble
We make our way to the place my mother showed me years ago, it was a little cave with a little lake in it not to deep but not to shallow, I don't trust it though it could be poisonous, I put my hands over Kayles eyes and she one of her hands holds onto mine and the other extends out to see if she can touch anything, he hand on mine was one of the best feelings, they were so warm and calming they made me feel like the world was good
"Ready" I try to say in monotone "I can never compose myself around her" I think
"Yes!" She exclaims I take my hands away from her face and I see her face light up
Her face quickly gets used to the lighting and her smile just grows wider and wider, she runs over to the water
"NO KAYLE THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS!" I yell, which she ignored she puts her hands in the clear water and splashes it around, I storm over to her and get her hands out of the water and dry them on my shirt
"Kayle that water could be poisonous" I say seriously
"Orrr it could just be water" she says positively
"Wanna see something~" she giggles with a mischievous look on her face
"What are you planning?" I ask
"Hehe" she laughs
I then see her dive into the water
"KAYLE!" I shout, I get a little worried, until her head pops up and shakes the water out of he face
"Relax Levi its not even deep, even your little short legs would reach it" she laughs, I just turn around from her a little bit mad, she put her arm on the each of the rocks
"C'mon Levi loosen up a bit" she laughs
"Tch" I reply
"Wow haven't heard that in a while" she says, I turn to look at her and her face has a mischievous look on again
"Don't try-"I try to say before feeling hands around my neck and then feel water all around me
I get up out of the water, my hair was soaked as was my shirt which was now see-threw 😏
I just stare at Kayle who was having the time of her life, splashing around in the water, she then swam over to me
"Levi~" she purred
"Tch what" I try and sound stonic which doesn't happen
"Hehe, c'mon let's have a water fight" she excitedly says
"No" I turn down
"Well fine then I'll just attack you then" she whines before splashing water in my face and tackling me in the water, I soon give in and start to have a water fight, I pick her up and drop her in the water. We soon get tired and sit down in the shallow part of the lake, I turn to her and she's just looks so peaceful
"She's so beautiful" I think.....or so I thought
"Aw thank you levi, I'll say your quite handsome yourself" she replies
"HUH WHAT!" I mutter, my face turns red
She looks at me and smiles, she soon sits up and turns to me her face was turning pink and it looked like she was contemplating something
"Are you okay?" I ask
"NO! Hmmmm yes, I don't know" she mumbles
"Kayle?" I ask worried
"Look, I need to tell you something" she mumbles
"Oh...ok" I say worried, she takes in a big breath
"I LIKE YOU!" She yells, my eyes widen as my face heats up
"You-you like me?" I ask
"Yes... look I'm sorry I just really needed to get it out there" she says looking away, I start to tear up, and she looks at me worried
"I-I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable!" She yells before getting up to leave I grab her wrist and drag her back down " do it Levi just kiss her!" I yell mentally at myself, so I pull her in and kiss her, it was the best feeling in the world her lips were so soft and delicate, I pull her away and speak my mind
"I love you too brat" I say, her face lights up and she wraps her arms around me
She looks me straight in the eye and asks
"Just Levi, will you be my boyfriend" she laughs, mocking me when we first met
"Fuck yes" I say hugging her tightly
-flashback ends-
I tear falls down my cheek
"I miss you Kayle" I cry
