Bryan smiles as he gets Charlotte set up on his laptop, having made her a new email so they could exchange ideas for her room, as well as a pinterest so that she can explore recipes for when they arrive home.
"You can just copy the link into this document that's shared with me, and I'll be able to see it right away. I also have," Bryan says as he clicks to another tab. "Many streaming sites if you'd like to just watch a movie, however they are also available for the tv in your cabin." He says smiling up at her as he kneels next to her tray table at her seat. "I also have the files for the therapists if you'd like to look at those also." Bryan grins, winking at her as he swipes between tabs.
"Thank you for getting me so set up. I appreciate you getting me caught up to the last few years of technological advances." Charlotte giggles, as she scrolls through bedroom ideas on pinterest.
"Ill let you get to it then princess, I'll be just a few cubes back, okay?" He asks, looking down at Charlotte , his hand smoothing down her hair.
"Okay." She says as she looks up at him, allowing his hand to graze her cheek.
Bryan walks away, hearing Charlotte hum as she uses his laptop. Almost as soon as he sits down, he receives a notification from her. He smiles as he glances down at the document. "I LOOOOOOOOVE this idea for a bed." He reads, then clicks on the link. The new page opened up on his phone to reveal a beautiful bed with a large velvet headboard and matching footboard to match. Grinning as he immediately sends the photo via email to his interior decorator. "The bedroom across the hall from my office will be getting remodeled. This is the idea for the bed, whatever she wants we'll make it work." He writes below the photo.
A ping comes can be heard, coming from the laptop in front of Charlotte. "Uh Bryan... Its a video call." She yells, putting her hands by her side, trying not to accidentally answer the call. Bryans footsteps can be heard.
"Its ok honey," He says taking the laptop and turning it to show him. "It's just the interior designer." Bryan says, holding her hand gently as he answers.
A grey haired woman with an angular face appears on screen. Her glasses hanging down on her nose slightly. "Hello Bryan, I just got your email about the bed and I have a few questions." Her voice filling the cabin, it's a nurturing voice, almost sounding maternal.
"Hello Kitty, thanks for getting back to me. What're your questions?" He asks, peeking at charlotte, seeing the confusion on her face. Gently he lets his thumb stroke her hand.
"What color velvet for the bed? WHat are we thinking for other furniture? Do we have any ideas for color yet for the walls? Maybe even some wallpapers if she would like that. However my most important question is WHO is SHE?" Kitty questions, her grey eyebrow coking. "I didn't know you had someone serious."
Bryan laughs slightly as he looks past the laptop at Charlotte her confusion turned to a silent giggle. "Well SHE," He puts emphasis on the word just as she had. "Is charlotte." He says, turning the camera so that they are both now in view. "And I believe that Char can answer those questions for you."
"Oh my goodness, you're a beautiful thing aren't you?" Kitty exclaims. "It's great to meet you Charlotte, I'm Kitty, and I'll be putting your room together."
Charlotte giggles. "Hello kitty, I'm excited to work with you. So as for walls I was thinking light grey, maybe pewter or lava. For the velvet I'm thinking maybe cherry red or bright purple." She says confidently.
"That sounds beautiful! Would you like all of the furniture to be made of the same velvet as the bed? I'm thinking maybe a couch or a sitting area?" Kitty asks, grabbing her notebook, starting to take down notes. "That room actually has a huge walk in closet, I could make you a custom closet set to fit your needs." She smiles.
"I love to read, so if i could have a little space in my room to sit and read, that would be amazing. Also a vanity to do my hair and make up at. If we could do something along the lines of closet from Sex in the city, with maybe a velvet seat in the center to carry the look of the bedroom into the closet.." Charlotte says smiling.
Kitty looks up from her notepad smiling. "Would you like to have the grey in the closet as well? What about lighting in the closet?' She asks, pushing her glasses up on the bridge of her nose.
"Do you have any suggestions?" Charlotte asks softly, her fingers fiddling together.
"Well how about this, you and I can go to my favorite store and look at a few things for the room. I'll work with what I have, and when you guys get back to California, you and I can go over some things that i've gathered." Kitty says smiling.
"I would love that, thank you very much." Charlotte says smiling from ear to ear. "If I find any other inspiration photos, I'll send them to you. Is that ok?" She asks nervously.
"Of course it is darling! Like Bryan told me, anything you want, no matter the price we'll do." Kitty says winking at Charlotte.
Bryan smiles, tucking a chunk of Charlotte's hair behind her ear. "Kitty will take great care of you baby, wait until you see how she's decorated the rest of the house." He winks at kitty. "We land tomorrow, and Ill give you a call so you ladies can discuss things in person."
"That sounds perfect hun, I will see both of you tomorrow." Kitty says as she gives a small wave before hanging up the video call.
