"Walk faster,tae! We're already late!",jungkook said as he clung onto taehyung's back who just huffed out loudly but nonetheless, tried to walk faster because jungkook was indeed right. They still need atleast 20 minutes to reach their college but unfortunately they have only 10 minutes to be on time.
"Faster! Faster!",jungkook kept chanting but made no effort to climb down from taehyung so that it would make things easier for both of them but where's the fun in that? He could literally see taehyung's eyes at the back of his head because of him rolling his eyes constantly at him but who cares? He loves being carried around and taehyung carrying him around makes him much more happier than anything in this world.
Taehyung and jungkook. The most unexpected couple of the college. Unexpected in the sense, their pairing is itself unexpected. Taehyung being a year older than jungkook, it was still a surprise that they're a pair now. But things happens ,right?
But what made them more unexpected is,their characters. They both are straight opposite to one another and if its a omega verse fanfiction, even moon goddess would hesitate to pair them to be honest. Taehyung is the one who remains calm and silent,being in his own bubble, not minding anyone's business and all. He doesn't like to be involved in unwanted dramas. He would literally consider that everyone around is invisible to him and that was the sole reason for him to have only one friend in his whole life. But who cares!? Jimin is more than enough for him and truthfully speaking, all the other people just looked fake to him, that is until he came across jungkook.
Speaking of jungkook, he's the total opposite of taehyung. While the other was calm and collected, jungkook was a total badass Queen. If he witnesses something wrong taking place around him, he will never hesitate to fight against it. His short height and fragile figure have never stopped him from throwing his fist straight on the other person's nose. His fists always speaks before his mouth. To be short, he never fails to prove that small pepper is hotter than the large ones and almost the whole college agrees to it.
So how did these two become boyfriends? It was jungkook who asked taehyung out on one fine day to go on a date with him and asked him to be his boyfriend on the same day to which taehyung accepted rather instantly and here they are, dating for 6 months by now. But the buzz they created when they officially announced about their relationship didn't die out even after 6 months of them dating and it never seems to calm down anytime sooner.
"Finally!",jungkook huffed and climbed down as soon as they reached the college entrance which made taehyung to sigh out in relief because truthfully running for about 15 minutes while carrying jungkook on his back was seriously tiresome.
"Are you tired, taetae?",he asked as they speed walked towards their classes.
"What do you think?",taehyung huffed as he tried his best to breath properly through his nose.
"No need to be grumpy early in the morning, boyfie~You must have woken up when I asked you to~ Now look, we both are late because of you~",jungkook said and halted when they reached his class.
He immediately stood on his tippy toes and planted a kiss on taehyung's lips, followed by two kisses on both of his cheeks.
"See you at lunch,tae~",he chirped as he entered his class and as soon as he did so,taehyung bolted towards his own class because they were already really late.
"Mr.Lee will whoop my ass for sure",he thought as he ran towards his class.
Class has finally ended and jungkook was more than thankfull for that.
"Seriously? Who even invented schools and colleges in the first place?",he thought grumpily as he gathered his books and other belongings but was interrupted by a rather irritating voice.
"Kang seulgi! Can't this bitch leave me alone?",he thought as he turned towards the girl who was standing by his side with an annoying smirk on her lips.
"Why were you late,bitch? Busy whoring around?",she asked with the same annoying smirk.
"Are you talking about yourself, bitch? I'm sorry but I have no time for your bullshit autobiography. I have a boyfriend who is waiting for me in the canteen right now. So, kindly fuck off and don't bring your irritating face anywhere near me in the future",he said as he slung his backpack on his shoulder as a big smirk formed on his face when he saw how seulgi was pissed, that too because of him. The satisfaction!
"Boyfriend? He agreed to become your boyfriend only because he was frightened by you, Jeon. Who would even love you!?",she said which only made jungkook to roll his eyes.
"Are you jealous or what? You're literally talking nonsense right now,kang! Move away from my way",he said as he pushed the girl away from his way.
"Why would I be jealous of you,Jeon? I'm just stating facts. Taehyung just accepted you because he was afraid of being beaten up by you.",she said as she walked in front of the boy who was ready to throw his fist on her.
"Don't test me,seulgi. I won't hesitate to break your jaw",he growled and seulgi,though she was threatened by jungkook's words, she kept talking.
"Hah! You don't seem scary at all,jeon. I'm just trying to make you realize that you're nothing but a thug who threatens people to date you.",she said mockingly but gulped internally just by how the other boy was glaring at her.
"Have you ever noticed how he's around you,Jeon? He looks as if he's your assistant or something like that. Always does whatever you ask him to. Have you ever asked him whether he's happy to be with you? Has he ever kissed you by himself? No ,right? How pathetic-", she couldn't finish her sentence as she was interrupted by a fist landing on her nose.
"Next time, I won't spare you ,kang. Don't you dare to appear before me in the future. I won't hesitate to beat you to pulp if I see you again",with that said,he stomped away ,leaving seulgi on the floor with a broken nose.
As he reached the cafeteria, he tried his best to forget about the incident with seulgi and searched for his boyfriend and found him to be seated in his usual seat with his bestfriend, jimin. Just by looking at his boyfriend , a soft smile spread on his lips and he immediately made his way towards them but soon stopped in his tracks when he saw his taehyung laughing out brightly along with jimin who was literally on the floor by now.
"He has never laughed or even smiled like this when he's with me",he thought as he stood there,glancing at the duo who's laughter has died down by now. Though he didn't take seulgi's words seriously awhile ago, now the scene before him made him feel like whatever she said…...might be true?
"Did I really make him to be my boyfriend out of force? Did I-",he was brought out of his thoughts when he heard his name called out loudly by none other than jimin.
"Kookie!! Why are you standing there!? Come fast! We've been waiting for you!",he shouted and jungkook wordlessly walked towards the table, still with those ugly thoughts bugging him in his mind.
"Are you alright, kookie? You seem down",taehyung asked as soon as the younger sat down beside him which made the smaller male to smile awkwardly at him.
"When did I even sit down? Gosh! I have to stop these thoughts before I do something stupid",he thought as he shook his head.
"Hmm….its nothing. Just a slight headache",he said as he removed his bag which was still clinging on his back.
"You must be hungry then. You didn't even have your breakfast today. Maybe that's why you've got a headache. Eat this sandwich, kookie. You'll be alright after your stomach is full",taehyung said as he placed the sandwich in front of jungkook who looked at the taller make for a few seconds before turning his attention to the sandwich.
"Seulgi is just jealous of you,kookie. Taehyung loves you back just like you do. He cares for you",he thought as he took the sandwich in his hand before taking a small hesitant bite.
Class has finally ended and jungkook doesn't want anything but cuddle with his boyfriend for the rest of the evening. He really hated his mind right now because it keeps on thinking unwanted things eventhough he didn't want to and the only way to stop it is to be in taehyung's arms. Whenever he feels low which is almost rare,he usually cuddles with his boyfriend because being in his arms makes him forget almost everything in this world. It feels safe to be in his arms and helps him to forget all the unwanted thoughts in his mind. That doesn't mean that he never cuddles him on other days. Just saying~
As he grumpily walks towards the entrance as usual, he looked for taehyung around but what he saw almost made his heart to break into millions of pieces.
There stood taehyung talking with a girl who looked pretty,maybe prettier than him. But that was not his problem at all. Why would he feel like this if taehyung talks with someone other than him? He's not that narrow minded. Just because he's his boyfriend, doesn't mean that he cannot talk with anyone. But what made him to burst into tears was the blush which was coated on both taehyung's and the girl's faces.
"Why is tae blushing at that girl? I've never seen him blush around me? Why? Does he not love me? It means that he doesn't like me right?",he thought as a series of tears started flowing from his eyes. He bolted away towards the campus,straight to the old music room where he usually stays whenever he wants to be alone. No one,not even taehyung knows this place and that is what he needs now. A alone place to pour out his feelings

As soon as jungkook saw those messages from his 'boyfriend',he couldn't help but cry out even more because he doesn't know what was right and what was wrong at the moment. He doesn't want to leave taehyung but it seems like taehyung would be happier without him. He doesn't want him to be a selfish bitch by keeping taehyung for himself but at the same time,he doesn't want taehyung to leave him too.

"Why do I feel like this? Its probably nothing. Just my mind playing games",he muttered under his breath and started walking towards their shared apartment. Yes, their shared apartment. Three months into their relationship, jungkook asked him to move in with him. As jungkook already lived in his own apartment ,there was no need to buy a new one for them and even taehyung's parents agreed with their decision, so the couple had no problem in living together in the same apartment.
It was already 6 pm and jungkook has not yet come home which made taehyung to be worried out of limits. He was contemplating whether he should call him or not,afraid that he would disturb the smaller male when he's busy, and that was when he heard the front door open. He immediately ran towards the door only to be met with the smaller male who looked smaller than normal,head covered by the hoodie.
"K-kookie? Why were you late? Is everything alright?",he asked hesitantly as he eyed the other whose face was almost hidden by the hoodie and his long hair.
"Mrs.Jung just asked me to do something. Nothing to worry. Let me just take a shower and head to bed. I'm really tired,taehyung",jungkook said monotonously which instantly surprised taehyung because of three reasons. One- His voice was really hoarse as if he had cried for a long time? Two- Jungkook always kisses him whenever he comes back home. Just like goodbye kiss,he usually has a welcome kiss but today there was nothing for him. And last but not the least, three- jungkook has called him taehyung which he has never done in his whole life. Besides the exaggeration, jungkook has never, even when he was angry at him,called him taehyung. It was always tae or taetae or even boyfie was okay but he has never called him as taehyung.
"Something has really happened and I'm the reason behind that",he thought as he hesitantly looked at the smaller male.
"Kookie? Are you really alright?",he asked to which the other just nodded his head before walking away not before saying a small 'eat before you sleep,taehyung' making taehyung to be confused than ever.
