it was perhaps
the chills brought by the wind
or maybe the fact
that we're gonna face each other today
that gave me shivers
whatever it was
i was not ready
i still wanted to see your face badly
however i am not sure
whether you'd like seeing mine
today or maybe after
what's gonna happen today
but it brought a smile to my face
that we're finally
gonna be meeting this day
there you are
i heard your voice say
your eyes spotted me first
i smiled visibly and froze in my place
as your arms engulfed me
in an embrace
i felt as if we're 12 again
laughing and joking
without a care
you're always underdressed
you're shivering again
i now noticed
you'd brought an extra jacket for me
knowing my notorious habit
i loved it
you taking care of me
i almost missed it
wherever i am in the world
i'd make sure to not leave this habit
behind because i love
you loving me
we laughed and laughed
you proceeded
as if there was nothing
wrong with us
i was too happy in the moment
to interrupt
i clearly felt
as if i were 12 again
as if we were in busan again
as if we were friends again
i had missed you clearly
but i hadn't realized that until we'd met again
