New prisoners were arriving into the Boiling Rock as they lined up to be introduced by the warden.

"Welcome to the Boiling Rock. I'm sure you've all heard the horrible rumors about our little island. Well, I just want to tell you that they don't have to be true." the warden faced Hakoda as his head was down. "As long as you do everything I say. Look me in the eye when I'm talking to you."

"No." Hakoda answers.

"Oh, you'd rather look at my shoes? Then take a look!" The warden said shoving his foot in Hakoda's face, causing him to kneel down on the ground.

"You will all do as I say or pay the price. You will always-"

The Warden tripped.

"Are you okay, sir?" Two guards asked.

"I'm fine! Get these prisoners out of my sight."

While the prisoners went to their cells, Sokka and I sneaked into Hakoda's cell.

I stood outside the door.

"Your not coming?" Sokka asks.

"No, silly. Go talk to your dad."

"Aah, have I told you how much I love you." Sokka says kissing my cheek.

"Yes, you have. But it's nice to hear it again."

Sokka quickly slid into Hakoda's cell.

After Sokka caught up with his dad. We went to Zuko's cell.

"Zuko, are you there?" I whispered through the cell.

"I'm here."

"I just got done talking to my dad," Sokka says. "We came up with an escape plan together."

"What are you guys doing here?"

Sokka and I turned around.

"I was just telling this dirty lowlife what I think of him!"

"Well," the male guard says. "You'll have to do that later. He's coming with us."

"Why?" Sokka asks.

"Because we have orders straight from the warden," the female guard says. "That's why."

"No need to be rude." I mutter.

"What was that? The new girl."

"I said-"

Sokka cut me off. "Can I just get 10 more seconds to rough him up a bit?"

"Fine, 10 seconds."

Sokka quickly slid through the cell, while I was stuck with the guards.

"Take that! And this!" Sokka yells from inside the cell.

The guards shake their heads. "Newbie!"

The guards quickly went inside the cell.

"All right, that enough." They said carrying Zuko.

Next stop was Suki's cell.

"You sure you want to go in?" Sokka asks.

"Yeah, sure."

I opened the door as we saw Suki training her foot stopped mid air in front of me.

"Are you trying to kill me?" I ask.

"What, no, I was-" she stutters.

"Soul, was just joking," Sokka says. "Right Soul?"

"Right."

"I don't have much time. I just talked to my dad. We came up with the plan to escape on the gondola."

"What?" Suki gasps. "We'll never make it on to the gondola. There's too many guards."

"We already thought of that," I speak up. "We'll need a distraction. That's why we're gonna start a prison riot."

"Okay," Suki answers. "Let's say by some miracle this all works and we make it on the gondola. The warden will still just cut the lines even if we have a captive."

"Not if the warden is the captive." Sokka says.

We heard noises out the cell. "Sokka, we've gotta go."

Suki hugged Sokka goodbye, what I didn't except was for her to hug me too.

Surprisingly I hugged her back. "We'll find you before we start the riot."

Sokka smiled as we slipped out the cell. "See that wasn't so bad."

"Hey, you two! The warden wants to see you!"

Sokka and I turned around. "Why?"

"I don't know," the guard says. "I didn't ask."

"Maybe I could schedule another time with him?" Sokka said grabbing my wrist as we walked away. "How's tomorrow?"

We got stopped my other guards.

"Hey," I yell. "Hands off."

They backed away slowly.

Sokka and I were lined up with several other prison guards as we were being inspected by Chit Sang to point out who was the one devising the escape plan.

"Who is it?" The warden asks.

Sokka was shivering in his armor, while I was very calm, I knew Chit wasn't going to rat us out.

"That's him, Warden," Chit said pointing at a random guard. "He's the imposter!"

"What?" The guard yells. "I am not! He's lying! He's a liar!"

Sokka let out a sigh of relief.

Sokka and I walked to the operating room, where the guard was put in charge of all the cell doors.

"Hey," Sokka says. "I just got orders. Let the prisoners out into the yard."

"But we're in the middle of lockdown."

"Oh, okay," I say. "I'll just go tell the warden you said that. I'm sure he'll be glad to hear about you undermining his authority. What's your name again?"

"Wait, uh, don't tell the warden. I'm just a little confused."

"Hey," Sokka says. "I'm confused too. But the warden's in a bad mood and irrational. So if you ask me, it's best not to question it and just do what he says."

"Yeah, you're right. We're letting them out."

I sent Sokka a wink, he grabbed my wrist as we ran out the operating room.

Sokka and I met Hakoda and Suki in the court yard shorty after.

"This is it," Sokk says. "We have to start a riot."

"Okay, but how do we do that?" Suki asks.

"I got this." I said walking over to a prisoner and shoving him.

"Hey! What did you do that for? That hurt my feelings."

"Aren't you mad at me?" I ask.

"Uh, well, normally I would be, but I've been learning to control my anger."

I walked away. "I tried my best."

"Hey, you," Chit Sang said appearing out of no where. "You're lucky I didn't rat you out. But my generosity comes with a price. I know you're planning another escape attempt, and I want in."

"You wouldn't happen to know how to start a riot, would you?" Sokka asked him.

"A prison right? Please," he said walking past Sokka.

He picked up a prisoner. "Hey! Riot!"

The prisoners starting fighting.

"Impressive."

"Who let these prisoners into the yard?" The warden yells. "This is supposed to be a lockdown!"

Zuko finally met us in the courtyard.

"Zuko, good. We're all here. Now, all we need to do is grab the warden and get to the gondolas."

Suki and I quickly exchanged glances as we had the same idea.

We swiftly jumped over the prisoners, running on top of their heads. We quickly crawled up the building.

Suki took care of the guards as I headed towards the warden.

I swiftly grabbed his hand, twisting it mid air with a full flame fist of fire, in his face.

"You wouldn't dare." He says.

"Try me." I smirked, tying him up and gagging him.

I slammed him up against the wall.

Suki, Sokka, Zuko, Chit, and Hakoda met me up there.

"We've got the warden. Now let's get out here." I said.

The boys panted.

"That's some girl." Hakoda says. Soul over here like🤤🦋

"Tell me about it." Sokka smiles.

We made it to the gondola. Zuko broke the lever so the guards wouldn't be able to stop us.

"Where on our way." Suki says.

"Wait, who's that?" Hakoda asks.

We looked down to see Azula and Ty Lee.

"That's a problem," Zuko says. "It's my sister and her friend."

Ty Lee runs up on the gondola's cable while Azula propels herself with firebending.

"This is a rematch I've been waiting for." Suki mutters.

"Me too." Zuko says.

"Oh, good," I mumble. "I don't have to fight."

"Cut the line!" The warden yells.

Ty Lee and Azula got on another gondola as Zuko jumped inside the gondola. "They're cutting the line! The gondola's about to go!"

"I hope this thing floats." Hakoda says.

Sokka looked out the gondola. "Who's that?" He asks.

We looked down to see Mai fighting off the guards.

"It's Mai." Zuko says.

We made it out the volcano, leaving the warden behind in the gondola.

Zuko stopped running as he figured that Azula must had came to the Boiling Rock somehow and spotted an unmanned Fire Nation airship. We used it to escape off the island.

We arrived back at the Air Temple.

"What are you doing in this thing?" Katara asks. "What happened to the war balloon?"

"It kinda got destroyed."

"Sounds like a crazy fishing trip." Aang says.

"Did you at least get some good meat?" Toph asks.

"I did," Sokka says. "The best meat of all, the meat of friendship and fatherhood."

On cue, Hakoda, Suki, and Chit exited the balloon.

"I'm new," Chit says. "What's up, everybody?"

"Dad." Katara says hugging her father.

"How are you here? What is going on? Where did you go?"

"We kind of went to a Fire Nation prison," I say. "No big deal."

Katara pulled Sokka and I in on her hug with Hakoda. I pushed Sokka a bit to get a little warmth from Hakoda.

"Seriously," Toph asks. "You guys didn't find any meat?"
