Sangeet was coming. It was going to take place in Goenka villa. Both families had decided to celebrate it together, which of course led to one thing.
Competition.
Of dance between both the families, which of course meant spying on each other. To try to know what the other family was doing for dance.
Singhaniya's had already tried to find out what the Goenka's were planning for sangeet. Naksh, Gayu and Mishti had gone to Goenka villa earlier.
In the name of giving kachori to kartik, bringing prasad from kuldevi's temple and discussing about marriage functions they had tried to find out what the Goenka's were planning for dance but had been unsuccessful, which was why they were back in there home holding sad faces.
Gayu :- naira, tera kartik aur uska parivaar. Unka kuch toh karna padega.
Naksh :- itne chalaak niklenge vo log, iss baat ka toh idea hi nahi tha.
Gayu :- aur nahi toh kya. Ek bhanak tak lagne nahi di ki vo log kya plan kar rahe hai.
Mishti :- bff ne mughe bhi kuch nahi bataya, bas bade pyar se keh diya ki kaam ho gaya toh vaapas ghar jaakar sangeet ki taiyyari karoon.
Rajshri :- lo batao bhala, ye bhi koi baat hui. Itne pyaar se maine matar ki kachori bana kar bheji thi.
Gayu :- vo toh unhone rakh li.
Mishti :- aur kha bhi li.
Rajshri :- acha acha vo toh rakh li na.
Rajshri smiled, which disappeared when she saw that everyone was giving her a look.
Naksh :- arey nani, kya thik hai, vo toh humne chaara daala tha.
Varsha :- vo toh bade smart hai. Chaara bhi kha liya aur bhanak bhi nahi lagne di.
Devyani :- haa, aur kartik bhi, vaise toh humne itna pyaar dikhata hai aur ab jab competition ki baari aayi toh apne gharwalo ka ho gaya.
Naira :- chodiye ne aap sab iss baat ko aur isme mein kartik ki kya galti hai vo toh-
Gayu :- ohohohoho, tughe bade pyaar aa raha hai kartik pe.
Mishti :- arey didi, abhi toh shaadi hui bhi nahi hai, toh ye haal hai, pata nahi shaadi ke baad kya hoga.
Naira blushed a bit.
Naira :- di, main toh bas ye keh rahi thi, ki unhone hint nahi diya toh kya hua, hum log apni taiyaari itni achi karenge ki vo log hamara dance dekhte hi ghutne tek denge.
Gayu :- haa, aur jaise unhone kuch pata chalne nahi diya vaise hum bhi kuch pata chalne nahi denge.
Naksh :- haa gayu, bhanak tak nahi lagne denge.
Sometime later the Singhaniya's were practicing for the dance. Naksh had also gotten into trouble after gayu and naira had thought that a lady who had come to Singhaniya house for work was kartik.
Kartik entered Singhaniya sadan wearing a female dress. He was sent here by his family members to spy on Singhaniya's for the sangeet, but that wasn't the main reason he was there. He was mainly there to see naira. Suddenly chitti maharaj came there.
Chitti :- aiyyo maa. Aapko kisse milna jee ?
Kartik :- vo main bhabhi maa ki friend hoon.
Kartik said in a high pitched voice.
Chitti :- aap idhar baitho, main abhi unko bulaakar laaya.
Kartik sat on the sofa and saw everyone practicing for dance in the hall. He quickly took his out his phone and started recording. After finishing the recording he quickly put his phone back in the pocket.
Kartik saw Naira going to the store room and quickly followed her.
Naira was in the store room, searching for something when she saw a lady standing behind her in the mirror. She turned around and the lady started behaving weirdly asking for washroom. Naira told her where the washroom was and turned around.
Suddenly naira was grabbed by the waist and turned around.
Kartik :- mughe toh laga tha ki tum meri har aahat pehchanti ho.
Naira :- kartik ??!!!
Naira removed the veil of the lady to see kartik who just smiled.
Naira :- aahat ka toh pata nahi, lekin itna zarroor pata tha ki tum aaoge aur vo bhi bhes badalke.
Kartik :- haa toh tum mughe itne ache se jo jaanti ho.
Kartik pulled her more closer.
Naira :- kya kar rahe ho!! Koi aa jaega, jao yahan se.
Kartik :- acha thik hai, jaata hoon par isliye nahi ki koi aa jaega balki isliye ki agar mera mann aa gaya aur maine control kho diya toh tumhe ache se pata hai ki kya hoga.
Naira blushed slightly.
Kartik kissed her on her forehead and on both the cheeks. Both came out of the store room together. Naira almost fell down but kartik held her.
Kartik :- kya kar rahi ho, sambhal ke.
Naira :- haa thik hai. Ab tum jao.
Naksh saw the person in female dress holding naira's hand and thinking it was a random dude in disguise attacked kartik. All the family members came there and Naitik and Naksh were about to hit kartik when naira revealed that it was kartik and removed his veil. Kartik just smiled embarrassedly and waved his hand.
Naksh :- sorry, kartik. Tumhe kahin lagi toh nahi ? Sorry huh. Kuch jyada hi zor se maar diya.
Naitik :- kartik, ye kya kar rahe the tum ? Agar tumhe lagti aur kuch hi jata toh.
Rajshekhar :- beta, ye kapde pehnakar yahan kya karna chahte the ?
Varsha :- dance dekhne aaye the ya kuch aur...
Everyone looked at Kartik teasingly who just ran away. After him everyone turned to naira who also ran away.
Next day it was sangeet. A grand program was held in Goenka villa as both the families danced and celebrated. To everyone's surprise Suhasini had called the singer baadshah to perform at the sangeet. Everyone was amazed and delighted but none more than KaiRa. The sangeet ended with an amazing last performance given by kartik and naira.
After sangeet, kartik took naira to his room. Both entered the room and kartik switched the lights on.
Kartik :- ye mera kamra hai naira, aur abhi kuch dino mein hamara ho jaega.
Naira looked around the room, although she had come to Goenka villa many times, this was the first time she was seeing Kartik's room or rather there future room.
Naira went forward and looked around the room.
Naira :- bahut sundar hai.
Kartik smiled.
Kartik :- naira, ek kaam hai bahut zaroori, jo main karna bhul gaya hoon.
Naira tuned around.
Naira :- kya ?
Kartik out his hand on his chest.
Kartik :- haaye. Nahi nahi, aaye haaye.
Naira blushed and rolled her eyes.
Kartik :- sach mein itni khubsurat lag rahi ho ki mann toh kar raha tha ki vahan sabke samne tumhe apni bahoon mein le loo.
Naira tuned around and looked outside the window.
Kartik came behind her and slowly wrapped his arms around her bare waist. Naira's breath hitched. Kartik slowly turned her around while still keeping his hand on her waist. He leaned down to kiss her but naira turned her head sideways, kartik still leaned forward and pressed his nose against her cheek and inhaled deeply. Her scent flooded his mind.
Kartik :- pata nahi kya jaadu hai tumhara naira. Jab bhi tum pass hoti ho toh bas tumhe baahon mein lene ka mann karta hai.
Naira blushed.
Naira :- kartik, koi aa jayega.
Naira released herself from Kartik's arms and went near the mirror.
Kartik :- acha suno.
Naira :- haa.
Kartik :- ye batao ki tumhe kya kya changes karwane hai kamre mein.
Naira :- matlab ?
Kartik :- shaadi se pehle jo jo changes tum karvana chahti ho room mein vo bata do taaki shaadi se pehle sab kam ho jaaye.
Naira :- par changes karwane kyun hai ?
Kartik :- naira, tum apna ghar, room, cupboard, sab kuch mere liye chod kar, mere pass aa rahi ho. Main nahi chahta ki jab tum pehli baar meri dulhan bankar iss room mein aao toh tumhe ajeeb lage.
Naira smiled and tuned around to face him.
Naira :- ajeeb kyun lagega. Tum hoge na mere saath.
Kartik came near her.
Kartik :- phir bhi, tumhe apni pasand ka kuch karwana hai toh tum karwa sakti ho.
Naira :- sirf meri pasand kyu ? Kya tumhari koi khwahish nahi hai, koi pasand nahi hai.
Kartik :- meri pasand, meri khwaish sirf aur sirf tum ho naira. Tum jo chahogi, vo sarakhon par.
For a moment naira couldn't believe what she was hearing. She felt like she would drown in an ocean of happiness and love.
Naira :- kabhi kabhi apni kismat par yakeen nahi hota, ki mughe itna jyada pyaar karne wala insaan mila hai.
Kartik :- aur mughe bhi.
Kartik moved closer to her and cupped her cheek with his one hand while the other came on her waist. He spoke in low voice which contained nothing but pure love.
Kartik :- naira, log zindagi bhar pyaar ke liye tadapte hai lekin kabhi kabhi yakeen nahi hota ki vo pyaar mughe itni asaani se mil gaya hai. Mann toh kar raha hai ki tum yaheen rok loo, jaane na doon, par main intezaar karoonga, tumhe bhi ye toh yahi sahi lagege na.
Naira didn't say anything just nodded.
Kartik :- aur dekha jaaye toh ye thik bhi toh hai. Jab tum pehli baar dulhan bankar iss kamre mein aaogi, vo raat bahut khoobsurat hogi, uss raat ko iss kamre roshni nahi sirf chandani hogi kyun ki uss waqt iss kamre mein iss duniya ki sabse khubsurat ladki hogi jo ki tab tak sirf meri ho chuki hogi, hamesha hamesha ke liye.
Naira couldn't take it anymore, her head fell on Kartik's shoulder and she hugged kartik tightly who also tightly wrapped his arms around naira.
Kartik :- naira, kya tum hamesha mere dil ke itne pass rahogi ?
Naira nodded in Kartik's shoulder.
Kartik :- aur mughse kabhi dur nahi jaaogi.
Naira shook her head.
Kartik just pulled her into himself more tightly.
Kartik :- I love you naira. I love you so much.
Naira :- I love you too kartik.
Next day it was time to do something special. The bachelor's party. The elderly ladies from both the houses had decided to a jagrata while the elderly men were going to discuss for the upcoming wedding. So it gave the perfect opportunity for kartik and naksh to do a bachelor's party, and to there delight Yash and Ranveer were also going to join them.
The girls were also planning a hen's party at the Singhaniya sadan. Both girls and boys knew what the other was planning and where and decided to just celebrate there own parties.
It was already night time. Kartik, Naksh met Ranveer, Yash outside the hotel where they were going to party. They all greeted and hugged each other.
Kartik :- Ranveer jiju, apne meri party ache se plan kari hai na ?
Ranveer :- arey don't worry kartik, mera ek friend inn sab mein expert hai, maine bas uss se kaha aur usne sab kuch apne aap plan kar diya hai. Hummein bas jaana hai aur party ka maza lena hai.
Everyone smiled and entered the hotel and went to the room. It was decorated according to bachelor's theme only, a pole was present in the middle of the room. Kartik and everyone started pouring themselves soft drinks and were sitting on the sofa there when suddenly to there shock three women entered the room wearing skimpy clothes and started dancing.
Kartik and rest everyone were shocked and quickly looked away from them while hiding there faces with there hands. Kartik, Yash and Naksh looked at Ranveer.
Kartik :- jiju, ye sab kya hai ?
Naksh :- acha jiju, toh aap ananya di ke peeche ye sab karte hai.
Yaha :- jiju aap toh kuch jyada hi rangeen nikle.
Ranveer :- nahi.... nahi..., Pagal ho gaye ho kya tum sab, kaisi baatein kar rahe ho, tumhe kya main ye sab karne wala lagta hoon !!??
Naksh :- lagta toh nahi tha par-
Ranveer :- kya naksh ? Mughe aisa lagta hai ki mere friend ne apne tareeke wali bachelor's party arrange karwa li hai.
Kartik :- jiju, aapko idea bhi hai ki agar ghar pe kisi ko bhi iss baat ka pata chala toh kya hoga, khaas kar ki naira. Vo toh mughe kaccha kha jaegi.
Kartik looked at a lady who winked at him, he looked away again.
Yash :- haa, baat toh sahi hai magar ab kya karein ?
Naksh :- I think issey pehle ki koi aur problem ho, Hummein yahan se chale jaana chahiye.
Kartik :- haa.
Everyone got up and started to leave when the ladies came near them and started dancing around them. One of them was dancing vey close to kartik almost touching him.
Lady 1 :- itni jaldi kahan chal diye aap sab ? Abhi toh raat shuru hui hai, abhi toh bahut kuch hona baaki hai.
Kartik and the boys shivered.
Kartik :- vo...vo.....
Naksh :- vo hummein kuch kaam yaad aa gaya. Hum chalte hai.
Lady 2 :- arey aise kaise ? Kam se kam kuch paise toh dekar jaao humein.
Kartik quickly took his wallet and pulled out all the cash he had and gave it to them.
Kartik :- ye lo didi aapke paise. Hum chale. Bye bye.
Kartik and everyone ran out of there and came outside of the hotel.
Kartik :- baal baal bache.
Naksh :- haa sachi.
Yash :- guys, ab ek baat aur.
Kartik :- kya ?
Yash :- ye baat kisi bhi tareeke se ladkiyo ko pata nahi chalni chahiye. Varna -
Kartik :- varna toh hum gaye.
He couldn't help but think of a scene where he was running and naira was running behind him with a stick. He shivered, shook his head and dismissed his thoughts.
Naksh :- guys, ab vo sab chodo. Ye wali party toh gayi bhaad mein, ab kya karein ?
Yash :- ek kaam karte hai, koi pub chalte hai.
Ranveer :- haa, ye thik kaha. Hum abhi bhi iss raat ko bacha sakte hai.
Kartik :- ok guys, toh chale ?
Kartik brought forward his hand and all of them kept there hand on each other's hand.
All :- yesss.
All of them sat in the Jeep. As soon as naksh started the Jeep and turned on the headlights, there excitement turned into shock as they saw Manish and Naitik standing there with guitar's in there hands and behaving weirdly.
They quickly came down from the Jeep and came near them as Naitik and Manish were slowly going near the entrance of the hotel. Kartik got Manish while Naksh got Naitik. They slowly brought them near some benches and made them Manish and Naitik sit on them. It was completely clear that both of them were very drunk.
Half an hour later Kartik, Naksh, Yash and Ranveer were standing there with gloomy faces as Manish and Naitik played there guitar.
Kartik :- wow, aisi bachelor's party sirf meri ho sakti hai.
Naksh :- issey achi toh meri bachelor's party thi, gao mein thi, par kam se kam maza toh poora kiya tha.
Yash :- haa sachi.
Kartik :- kyun mere jale pe aur namak chidak rahe ho. Ek bhole bhale bachelor ko aur kitna tadpaoge.
Suddenly Manish started singing 'Papa kehte hai bada naam karega'. Everyone was surprised but none more than kartik. Manish stood up and came near kartik while singing. At the end of the song Manish hugged kartik tightly.
Manish :- ye mera favourite gaana hai, bachpan mein tum gaate the mere liye isse, bahut pyaar se.
Kartik smiled and separated from the hug.
Kartik :- papa, aap aaiye, baithiye.
Kartik made Manish sit on the bench. He was about to get up when Manish held his hand and stopped him. Kartik looked at Manish questioningly.
Manish :- aaj, kuch kehna chahta hoon tughe, jo aaj tak nahi kaha maine.
Kartik :- haa papa, boliye na.
Manish :- papa kehte hai bada naam karega. Ye gana bahut gaate the tum bachpan mein, par tumne issey sirf gaya hi nahi par saabit bhi kar diya. Arey maa baap toh apne baccho ke liye pata nahi kya kya qurbaani dete hai, unki choti se choti khwaish pura karne ke liye sab kuch karne ko taiyyar ho jaate hai, aur main, main toh apne bacche ka ek sapna pura nahi kar paya.
Kartik looked surprised.
Kartik :- papa, ye aap kya keh rahe hai, aisi koi baat nahi hai.
Manish :- kuch kuch baatein kahi nahi jaati, bas mehsoos kari jaati hai. Uss accident ke baad, ek tum hi the jisne ghar ko sambhala, office ki, business ki, parivaar ki, sabki zimmedaari utha li, arey jahan maa baap apne baccho ke liye qurbaanian dete hai vahan mere bacche ne apne sapne ki qurbaani de di. Jiss umar mein bacche apni life enjoy karte hai uss umar mein tumhare sar pe sirf jimmedariyan thi. Aur main aur akhil, hum kahan the jab ye sab ho raha tha, ghar ke ek bistar par pade hue the, do dhai saal tak toh hosh hi nahi tha hummein ki akhir chal kya raha hai.
Kartik looked at manish pleadingly.
Kartik :- papa, please. Please vo sab baaton ko yaad mat kijiye.
Manish :- nahi kartik, itne time se kuch nahi kaha tumhe, kabhi apne mann ki baat nahi batai. Aaj bhi apne aap ko kosta hoon ki agar main ya akhil, hum mein se koi bhi thik hota toh shayad tumhe apne sapne ki qurbaani nahi deni padti. Aur jo tumne kiya shayad vo tumhari jagah main bhi nahi kar pata, bas itna keh sakta hoon ki mughe garv hai tumpe kartik, mughe garv hai ki tum mere bete ho, ki main tumhara pita hoon. I am proud of you my son, I am proud of you.
With tears in his eyes kartik hugged his father. Everyone else smiled as they looked at the scene in front of them.
Sometime later Akhilesh came there and the boys left Manish and Naitik under his car. They decided to have some fun and crashed the girl's party posing as goons who were then beaten up by girls. They later joined the girls and partied together.
The party ended when the ladies of the house came there and the boys hid themselves. After the ladies went to there rooms the boys came out of there hiding places. Slowly everyone went from there until only Kartik and Naira were left.
Kartik hugged Naira tightly as his head fell on her shoulder. Naira was surprised.
Naira :- kartik, kya kar rahe ho ? Koi dekh lega, sab log hai ghar pe.
Kartik :- ab dekhna hai toh dekhne ho, hug toh karke hi jaaonga.
Naira smiled. Kartik pulled back and kissed her forehead and cheeks.
Kartik :- naira, do dino baad mehndi hai aur uske do din baad shaadi. Bas char din bache hai.
Naira :- haa kartik, sach kahoon toh mujhe toh yakeen hi nahi ho raha.
Kartik :- toh yakeen karlo, Mrs. Naira Kartik Goenka.
Naira smiled at that name.
Kartik :- haaye, abhi se sunne mein hi mughe itna acha lag raha hai, toh jab sach mein ye naam ho jaega, tab kitna acha lagega.
Naira :- tum na jyada romantic mat bano abhi, jao yahan se.
Kartik :- kya hai, jab dekho bhagane par lagi rehti ho, kabhi ye nahi keh sakti ki kartik ruk jao, thodi der, thoda romance hi kar lete hai.
Naira :- acha ji.
Kartik :- haan ji.
Naira wrapped her army around kartik and pulled him towards herself. Kartik looked at her surprised. Naira leaned up to his ear and whispered.
Naira :- abhi chaar din tak ruk jaaiye janab, uske baad ye naira hamesha ke liye tumhari. Phir zindagi bhar romance hi romance karte rehna.
Naira kissed him on the cheek. Kartik groaned and looked at her.
Kartik :- ab toh jaana padega, agar ab thodi der bhi ruka toh control nahi kar paaonga.
Kartik released himself from naira's embrace and looked at her.
Kartik :- abhi toh jaa raha hoon par jaldi aoonga apni dulhan ko lene ke liye.
Naira :- main intezaar karoongi.
Kartik smiled and went from there.
