I went downstairs to find Roman and Virgil cuddling on the couch causing me to awe at the sight. Lexi came up to me and was about to say something so I put my hand on her mouth and shushing her.
"Is it about them?" I whispered.
She nodded causing me to remove my hands.
"I know where they are come on let's leave these love birds alone." She whispered back.
I followed her to the back of the house and you'd never guess who we saw...
_Third POV_
The two sides ran to the back of the house to be alone with each other. Sage wasn't expecting Hazel to crumble onto her knees in such a panic like state.
"Nononono were d-dead..." Hazel said grabbing her hair harshly.
She wasn't scared of Roman and Virgil but she was scared of what they found out. Sage didn't know why. She knelt down to her level and tried to get herself together. Hazel's mind began to fog as she heard the soft voice of Sage's.
"Hazel, it's just me. Can I touch you?"
She nodded as Sage put her hands on her shoulders in a comforting manor.
"It's alright he's gone, he isn't going to hurt you just trust me."
She slowly began to calm down and took off her mask so she could breathe fresh air.
"You're safe. I promise."
"I'm sorry..."
"For what? You didn't do anything wrong dear."
"I know but I'm sorry that you have to care for me you shouldn't have to-"
"Yes I should. You're my friend."
"A friend? I thought you hated me for being at biggest liar you know. Besides no one trusts a liar!" She says as she waved her arm around trying to make sense of herself.
"So? That doesn't matter that's your job and that's only half of it. Besides liar or not I don't care. I like you for you not for what you represent for Moon's mind. Are you listening to me?"
She nodded softly in response.
"Good, because I can feel that soon we're going to be alright. We're safe here don't forget that." Sage said while starting to mess with the others hair.
Luna and Lexi looked at each other very confused on the situation. Instead of confronting them about it they decided that it was best to leave them alone and let them come inside on their own time. So they left them there.
_Luna's POV_
As we walked off Lexi started talking about it.
"I never expected them to be that close. Don't you think?" She started.
"Yeah, I do find it quite odd that my Logical and Deceitful side are...'getting along' I wonder what actually happened between the two."
"Well, none of us were there but Raven was listening in."
"Did she say anything about it?"
"Well...all she told me was that they were arguing about walls being destroyed and then once Hazel saw them they ran off."
"That's...weird maybe it's about- Wait! It can't be about-"
"You think it was about you telling Ro, Ro about you bottling up your emotions?"
"I don't know probably that's what sent them into a panic. I should explain to them-"
She grabbed my shoulder stopping me.
"No, let them be you can explain later. They'll figure it out somehow."
"If you say so bud."
An hour or two passes and Dad came back from his acting job. I was sitting in the kitchen playing 'Sorry' with Remus, Janus, and Virgil.
"Hey dad how was it?"
"It was alright for the most part how was your day sweetie?"
"It was...interesting for the most part."
"Alright, I'll make dinner so it should be ready in a bit."
"Alright I'll be in my room then. Remus you win." I said with a grin.
"Wait why him?!?" Both Virgil and Janus said.
"Because look at him. He wanted to win so now he does."
I escaped just in time so I wouldn't have to hear their rediculous bickering of their's. I put my headphones on and turned on my phone and put the song 'This is Home' on and started humming softly to it. It was calm and peaceful. Thirty minutes pass and I hear a knock on my door.
"Luna dear dinner's ready!" Janus said.
As I was taking off my headphones he did something.
"I'm respecting your privacy by knocking but as one of your authoraty figures, I'm coming in anyway!"
As soon as he said that my door swung open and I saw Janus holding Remus straight forward.
"Dinner's ready!"
"I'M A BATTERING RAM!"
I jumped as I saw them in the doorway. Remus looks like he was on top of the world and not injured at all and Janus not even worried if he's injured or not.
"Janus the door was unlocked! You didn't need to use Re as a battering ram."
"Oh it's not so bad! We used to do this to Virge."
"His poor soul. I'll be down there in a sec."
He walked out still holding Remus.
"WHO'S NEXT!"
"Remus no! Dee put him down!" Shouted Patton from downstairs.
I couldn't help but to laugh softly at the situation. I got out of my bed, put my phone in my pocket and started heading down there. Once I made it down the stairs I noticed that Patton was giving Janus and Remus a lecture on why they should've have done what they did. I wasn't suprised in the slightest when they just shrugged it off.
"Hey Lu dinner's ready if you want some!" Dad said.
With that information I got myself some food and sat by Logan who was messing around with a rubricks cube.
"Hey Lo, whatcha doing there?" I asked taking in a mouthful of food.
"Oh, nothing really I'm just solving this cube."
"Oh,"
"Speaking of solving things Thomas told me that you were struggling on math. Are you not?"
My cheeks flushed red in embarrassment. At this point my head turned to dad.
"Dad! I thought you said it was a secret!?!"
"Ehh, sorry Lu I had no choice."
I sighed angrily and leaned into my hand.
"Why is math so important anyway? I'm not going to use it in the future-"
"That's where you're wrong. Math is an important standard to get into college or a job. Without knowing math you wouldn't be able to do the things you do now."
"What do you mean by that?"
Logan sighed and took off his glasses and started to rub his nose. He put them back on and explained.
"Did you learn to read or you have been knowing."
"Well I learn it."
"Then thats what you need to do with math. It's complacated yes but you'll understand it in time. Now do you want some help once your done?"
I nodded and continued eating. Once I was done Logan told me to get my bag so I did and I got the book out.
"Alright let's see problem six-"
As the time went by I've gotten it done with Logan's help.
"See was it that hard?"
"Yes! It was really hard! Ahh!" I said in a joking matter.
He laughed at my playful banter and I couldn't help but to laugh a bit to.
"If it was that hard then go get me some rest alright?"
"Alright night Lo," I said before making my way up the stairs.
I went to my room and crashed onto my bed and let myself fall asleep.
