now, what is scripting? this is one of the most important parts of shifting. scripting is basically writing a fan fiction of yourself in your desired reality. your script can be as detailed or generic as you want i recommend more details, but you can do whatever you prefer.

what is scripting and is it needed?-
scripting is basically a fan fic about your DR, what you look like, how you act, how other people act and much more. another way to put it is the outline for your DR. scripting isn't needed, but it is highly recommended. it makes it a lot easier and more organised. but you don't have to do it.
