This is the second year I write to you love letters although we have not yet met.
I think it's time I tell you how I feel as my tongue rolls down your neck where the moon should be.
A shower taken place between your two fingers, you are sweet enough to let a person sink into honey when they kiss you.
Letting seconds pass through a simple embrace, but nothing's ever simple with you.
Eyes change colour with the sun,
I know you carry gold at the base of your mouth,
I could taste the stardust that you are made of.
Our skins collide and we meet each other between an ocean and galaxy.
All under silk sheets and pillows that smell of jasmine,
we float.
And in this dream we call reality I have met you again.
This time I am doused in rose water and
your mouth waters.
I stopped feeling homesick a while ago.
How ironic it is to see that nothing has changed accept the seasons.
While flowers bloom between my legs every night,
you have managed to avoid the thorns.
I think maybe this time I have met someone who knows how to love me.
