Chapter 5

Shay's P. O. V.

As my head came in contact with the soft material of my pillow, flashbacks of tonight replayed in my head.  I liked the way we danced, the touch of his hands and his mouthwatering scent. I've never felt so in love before and take back everything said about having a mate. Now that I know how it feels, I regret saying I did not want a mate. 

It's around 11pm now and I'm chilling out in my pajamas and my phone. I got ready for bed at around 11:15pm. Its unusual because, normally I don't go to bed this early. Maybe it's because someone is taking me out for a date tomorrow morning. I closed my eyes and the only image I see in my head is Mr. Thomas Finn.

 I woke up feeling better than before. I checked the time, 10 am. I jumped out of bed and quickly got ready. I ran down and had breakfast. 

"Well, somebody's up early..." mother said.

"Yeah.."

"Let me guess, you're excited to see Thomas today?"

"Yup. I'm making it too obvious, am I?"

"Yup. You look like a kid on Christmas," mum said serving me pancakes and bacon. I love bacon. Mummy cooks the best bacon and pancakes ever. I ate my breakfast and kiseed my mom on the cheek. I ran back up, and stuffed a pair of high-waisted jeans, a white Ramones t-shirt, a pair of undergarments and shoes.

I went down and walked out of the house. I hid behind a few trees and stripped. I shifted. My bones were cracking and fur grew on my body. I'm now a purple wolf. My mum walked out and saw me. I sat on the ground. 

"Mum, can you help me fold my clothes and put it in the bag, please?" I asked through mind link.

"Sure, honey. Don't come back too late."

"Okay."

Mum put my clothes in my bag and zipped it up. 

"Love you, mummy," I licked her face and took up my bag with my mouth and ran fast like the wind. I ran to the borders seperating Silver Daleswater and Iron Milestones Pack. I saw a mix of silver and black wolf pacing back and forth. The wolf's eyes met mine. I move forward, letting my wolf get comfortable with Thomas' wolf. His wolf circled mine. His eyes turned into a shade of icy blue. I felt my wolf taking control. 

After a moment, I felt myself coming back in control. I walked behind a tree and changed into my clothes. I stepped out. Thomas stood there white a grey top and jeans. I walked up to him. 

"Hi." His husky voice made me weak at the knees.

"Hello," I replied with a smile.

"Are you ready to go?"

"Yep."

We walked out of the woods to his car.

Thomas' P. O. V.

My mate is beautiful. Everything about her is beautiful. Not to mention her unique coloured wolf. I've never seen a purple wolf before which makes me want to know more about Shay.

Her skin is so soft. Her eyes were the colour of pine trees and her scent is so alluring. Her scent was a mixture of wild lavender and rain. I could mark her and mate with her anytime, anywhere.

"Are we there yet?" she asked. Throughout the whole car trip, she was silent.

"Not yet, love."

"Ok..."

About 5 minutes later, I parked the car. I got down, opened the passenger seat door and helped Shay out. Her eyes widen and a grin was plastered across her face.

"How did you know I like coming here?" she asked.

"Really? You like coming here?"

"Yes!"

"I guessed it. When you told me you like theme parks and alcohol, I knew you'd probably like it here."

"I guess you guessed it right. I always come here when I was younger with my best friends. Surprisingly two of them works here."

We walked, "What are their names? Are they werewolves like us?"

"Tessa and Bill.  They're not werewolves. Tessa's a vampire and Bill, he's human. We've been friends since we were in diapers. Tessa, Bill and I are inseparable."

I felt jealous. This Bill guy is going to steal my princess-- I mean mate. I contained the growl threatening to escape my throat.

"I see."

We walked into the amusement-like park. It had a bowling alley, a bar, a ridiculously huge rollercoaster, a skateboarding ring, and many more cool stuff. I saw my mate hug a guy. He had a pastel green hair, he wore glasses, and has a toned body. He was hugging my mate. I went to her side.

"Hi! I'm Bill Harrison!"

"Thomas." I said.

"Thomas, this is one of my best friends," Shay said. I simply smiled at her.

"So... Shay is he your boyfriend?" Bill asked.

"Uh... yeah, he's my boyfriend."

"My queen. Finally learning to open up to hotties like him and moi. Shay, come back in a week and tell me what that meat tastes like." Bill winked at her.

"Bill, seriously?"

"Uh, yeah. Coz if you don't want that meat, I want it. Now, go have fun and Tessie works at the bar."

We got passes and walked to the first thing in sight. A 4D cinema and a popcorn store.
