Meeting With Kurapika

They're gonna regret this later.

Gon turns the other way and his eyes widen as he stood up with a smile. "KURAPIKA!" He screams as he runs to the boy. I follow him with my eyes to see Kurapika,his hair had gotten a lot longer than the last time I saw him. I felt my cheeks burn a little at his appearance. I slapped a hand over my mouth and looked the other. Holy sh*t! Why the h*ll is he hot?! When did this happen?!

Once I had calmed down I looked to where Kurapika was to see Killua and Gon fighting playfully with each other. Kurapika had a soft smile on his face as he looked over at me,I got up and walked over to them. "Hey." I greet him"hello Y/N. You seem well." I smile"I am for the most part. You seem like it to."

We had ended up getting in touch with Leorio and invited Kurapika back to the hotel. "I think you're radiating self assurance." Leorio told the blonde"on the other hand,I'm not getting the impressing that you've changed a lot Leorio." His eyes narrowed"can't you tell I'm more upset than before? Oh right,I was told you fought a member of the Phantom Troupe and defeated him." Kurapika stayed silent"and you just learned about Nen,how'd you manage?" Kurapika sighs"if you're only asking me these questions because you want to capture the rest of the Phantom Troupe,I will not answer."

"But we also want to increase our Nen. Of course we want to capture the rest of the Phantom Troupe to. I think our top priority is developing Nen." Gon explains"I thought so,and my answer is no." I cross my arms"and why not?" I was kinda irritated at this point"Nen is a force influenced by the psyche." Kurapika puts his right hand out and chains appear around his hand"the more determined you are,the more power you'll get. It also has a high risk though. I promised that I'd only use my Nen against the spiders if possible. With that idea in mind,I have guidelines."

"Guidelines?" I hum"if I use my chains against someone who isn't related to the Phantom Troupe,I will die." My eyes widened"what the h*ll man?!" He points to his heart"I have a Nen blade permanently pointed at my heart. My Nen is produced by my hatred. My force only has effect on the spiders. The only reason I can talk like this is because it's you all. It shouldn't leave this room though." The room gets quiet until Killua quietly asks 'why?' And then stands up"why did you tell us something so important?!"

"Kil." I warn"hm..."Kurapika hums looking down at the floor"why did I? Maybe because they're no longer alive...I felt reassured."

"Some of them are still alive. One of them can read minds. She only needs to touch you in order to. Even if we don't want to talk,she'll find her answers. If she discovered your secret,you wouldn't have a chance at living." Killua tells Kurapika"you're talking about that girl?" Gon asks as he nods. "But she didn't discover anything last time?" Gon hums"that's because we didn't know who the chain guy was. Now we do,it's Kurapika." I explain making Gon nod in understanding.

"We just need to avoid her. She already checked you guys,so you three are fine." Leorio states"another guy is also after us." I start making Killua nod"his name was Nobunaga,he's after Kurapika as well as us." Leorio then speaks up"but he ignores the fact you might know Kurapika?"

"I'm in contact with Hisoka." Kurapika suddenly says"he knows I'm the 'chain guy'. We came to an agreement,now that his target is dead,I don't know how he will act." Killua speaks up again"it's dangerous for us to be found by them. We have to search for them. If Nobunaga finds Y/N,Gon or I,there's no way we can escape again. Before they come out of the shadows,let's make the first move. Plus we know where their lair is."

"They could have already left." I point out"so we have to move now if that's the case." Killua finishes"that girl is a threat to me...even if the Phantom Troupe is lost I won't stop until I get the eyes of my clan." Then Kurapika's phone went off,he pulled out his phone,his black hues glanced over the message,his eyes widened at the end. He puts his phone back and silently stands up and makes his way towards the door.

"Hey! Where are you going?!" I yell climbing over the couch to get to the older male. "It was Hisoka." He follow him down the hall"he said the corpses were fake."

"One of them must have the power to do that. Like the guy at Heaven's Arena,he was able to create doubles of himself." Gon tells us"so now what?" I asked"I don't like this. There's the possibility that one of them uses a materialization Nen. Why didn't I think about this sooner?" Kurapika was freaking out,but it was clear he didn't want to show it. "We're prepared to do anything." Killua tells the blonde boy as his phone ring. He picks it up and walks away so we couldn't hear his conversation.

Maybe five minutes later he returned. "Who was it?" I asked"one of the people I work with. The community has stopped the pursuit. They've also cancelled the rewards for them." Leorio then went on about a society that existed but not really? I don't know,I wasn't really listening.

"I don't understand,so are you saying that the Phantom Troupe belongs to that community?" Gon asks"the mafia useful people. So who better for someone that doesn't exist?  The relationship between the two may have gotten better. However since the Phantom Troupe is native they may have been able to tilt the balance. The Phantom Troupe is probably different than the others."
