Caroline's point of view: I was walking in when I say Nat punching a punching bag, when all of a sudden she stopped. Before I could process anything she ran at me, I dodged it by going under her arm and kicking my leg at her, she grabbed my arm and flipped me over her. I hit the floor with a big thud
"Ow" I said looking up at her. She lent me her hand to help me get up, I took it and flipped her over my shoulder this time. We chuckled walking over to the boxing arena, we stepped into the arena and started fighting.
We threw punchs at each other, kicked each other and we flipped each other some more. I was getting tired but Nat kept pushing and pushing, I was flipped over her shoulder one last time. I was getting angry, my eyes started turning red. I didn't realize this but Nat did, she was looking at me all funny
"UGH" I said in a angry tone, I didn't want to keep doing this "What is so funny looking?" I asked with my voice changed into a deeper tone "What the heck happened to my voice" I say in shock
"Why are you eyes red?" she asks nervously pointing at them looking scared and backing away a little bit. Shit I turned around quickly facing the other way
"Oh" I said. I closed my eyes and took a few deep breaths I opened my eyes and they were my normal blue again. I could feel I wasn't angry anymore and I was now calm to control my powers
"What was that?" I heard Nat ask from behind me, I turned and looked at her. She was curious and shocked and if I dare say a little scared
"I'm an inhuman, my eyes change color when I have a strong emotion" I took a deep breath "You can't tell anyone Nat, you have to promise." I explain stepping a little closer to her
"Wow, thats new I won't tell anyone I promise" Nat says coming over to me and giving me a hug
"Thanks" I say hugging her back, she was stiff at first but then relaxed
"Okay I'm done for the day how about we get out of here?" I asked stepping out of the boxing arena. Nat nodded and we walked out of the training room. I walked up to my room grabbed a change of cloths and went into my bathrom to take a shower
I turned the water on high, as I stepped in the steamy shower. I washed my hair and just stood there for what seemed like forever. I was thinking about how different my life is and how its going to be hard and not the same. I heard a faint knock on my room door that snapped me out of my thoughts, I got out of the shower and put a towel around my body along with putting my hair up in a towel.
I walked out of the bathroom and I hit the cold air circling my room, I got cold fast. It felt like if you were in a hot tube and then jumped into a pool. They kept knocking on my door, I opened the door and saw him it was my dad. "Hi, just let me put my robe on" I say
I walked over to the bed and threw my robe on over my towels. "What do you need dad?" I asked coming back to the door and looking at him
"I was just wondering if you wanted to go on a picnic with me?" he asked
"Yeah that would be nice, how about I get ready and then we can go" I said looking at the steam escaping the bathroom and getting used to the cold air in my room.
"Yeah you can get to it" he said closing the door. I turned around and walked to the bathroom, closinge the door when I walked into it. I rubbed the steam off of the mirror. I dried my hair with a towel. I looked in my closet and grabbed a pair of jeans with a stripped sweater with white and orange stripes on it. I threw on a little purse and some white shoes, along with putting on mom's necklace that I found in a box (this is the outfit)

"Eli, No!" I heard Loki's voice shaking as he wept over my head in his lap. "Please Eli, I can't lose you, I love you!"
"I love you too. Eternally." I used all my strength in the moment, trying to will the words to come out louder, but they were still a mere whisper.
"Eli." His lips crashed onto mine upside down, all the passion of our time apart conveyed in one kiss. It filled me like lifeblood, and my eyes fluttered open.
"I'm fine, Loki. Promise." I started to sit up with his assistance and turned around to see those familiar green eyes boring into my very soul, filled with love and tenderness.
"But... how did you?" He asked, his hand running along my cheek gently, tenderly.
"I told you," I said, dropping the magical disguise I had clung to for oh so long and allowing the orange-red tones spread over my flesh, revealing the hot, blazing blue fire within my eyes and the flicker of light in my long red hair. "You could never hurt me."
