• It is a coffee-making method in which a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced under pressure (expressed) through finely-ground coffee beans, with a coffee machine of course.
• They say it sounds simple but is difficult to master.
• Espresso is the base for various coffee drinks that we will see in this post.
• Place of origin: Italy2. Doppio (Double espresso)
• It is a double shot (two shots of) Espresso.
• Place of origin: Italy3. Ristretto
• It is an Espresso shot + half the amount of water.
• Place of origin: Italy4. Lungo
• It is an Espresso but with much more water, it’s so similar to Americano but Lungo is stronger.
