After that your ship begun Turning 35 degrees to port and then your ship managed to score two hits on the leander one below the water line and one the deck that started fire near the funnel the leander also scored 3 hits on your ship the first shell hit the conning tower bouncing off and the other 2 shells hit the B turret bouncing off all three failed to penetrate your ship's thick armor.And the vibration of the from the shell that bounced from your ship's coninh tower is not pleasant
Y/N: Ahhh Danm it my ears! I hate that loud vibration!
Klaus: It's better that being hit by a AP shell or even a HE shell
Y/N: Yeah it's better but danm I hate the vibration and keep firing at that ship!
And after dueling with the light cruiser for 27 minutes your ship scored another 12 hits 5 shell hitting the Leander's waterline and the remaining 7 shells either hiting the deck or the superstructure and over penatrating and after 3 additional minutes the Leander begun sinking listing in port.And the leander also landed 19 hits on your ship but they just all bounced off or ricochet due to your ship's thick armor except for one shell that hit the your ship's funnel over penetrating it and leaving 2 6 inches of hole on it.
Y/N: Finaly! Now Klaus tell the gunnery crew to load HE shells and begun shotting those merchant ships over trying to flee
You grab one of the phones in the conning tower to call your ship's bridge
Y/N: Turn towards the fleeing merchant ships
Crew: Yes sir!
And after 56 minutes your ship finaly managed to sunk the merchant ships you opened the door of the conning tower to breath in fresh air and to watch the burning and sinking ships of the Royal Navy
Klaus: Should we rescue them captain
Y/N: Of course close up the ship pick up the survivors....wait what is that?
You pointed to the sky towards a flying dot
Y/N: Binoculars give me a binoculars
Walter: Here captain
Walter hand over his binoculars to your hand and you immedietely put the binoculars in your eyes while zooming and tracking the dot in the sky.
Y/N: Klaus turn rhe ship around to break contact it's a Sunderland and looks like their saved now by their own friends

Y/N: Karl! Also prepare the AA crew just in case it started heading towards hear and drop it bombs on our ship
Your ship started turning to port to break off contact but unfortutely the sunderland is following you for 2 straight hours before breaking off contact with your ship
Y/N: That was terrifying but still we need the AA manned just incase it came back by itself or it come back with it's friends and that is bad
Karl: So what should we do?
Y/N: We should head North try to search for more merchants ships to sink we also need to be alerted for British Aircrafts and Submarines anyway Günter did you send the report the ships that we sunk to the command?
Günter: Yes captain and the bridge said that the Command is pleased with our action
Y/N: That's good let's hope we don't get bombed to pieces
Some time compresion and it's already 8:23 PM on a very starry night with a full moon you are eating a chocolate bar on you on the outside your ship's bridge while holding a binoculars there are also a dozen of your crews and including some officer on night watch duty when you looked into the starry sky when suddenly Klaus called for you.
Klaus: Captain 5 unknown radar contacts is rapidly approaching our position and they will be here within minutes by the look of it their aircrafts
Y/N: What!? Klaus sound the alarm and I want our AA manned again also send some people into the search lights!
Klaus: Yes Sir!
You run inside back to the conning tower to get more information on what is going on
Y/N: How far are they?
Karl: Captain the enemy is still 9 kilometers out bearing is 167 port sir
Y/N: Walter! Tell the bridge to do evasive maneuvers and put the ship on flank!
Walter: Yes sir!
You then go back outside and you turned to your right and you can see some and hear the footsteps of the your AA crew rushing towards the AA guns loading them and preparing them to fire them.After a few minutes the Aircrafts are now in range of your AA guns and the crew that is manning the serachlights turn on the serachlights and aim it to the incoming aircrafts and to your surprise it's Sunderlands and looks like the Sunderland from before came back and it brought it's friends.Your AA begun firing at the 5 sunderlands while your ship turning hard on port while trying to reach it's max speed.
Your AA crew is doing a good job on trying to shot down the Sunderlands or just keep them away from the ship after 4 minutes 3 sunderlands drop it's bomb on your ship they all missed then after 7 minutes it was followed by another Sunderland it almost hit the bow of the ship then after 5 minutes the last one drop it's bomb and missed then the sunderlands begun leaving with some holes in them.
Y/N: That was very terrifying I must say
You pull out the hankerchief from one of your pockets then wiped off the sweat on your forehead after that you fold your hankerchief and put it back on your and you resumed eating your chocolate then go back inside the conning tower.
Y/N: Oh! It feels realy good not being hit by a danm bomb and it's also a goon training for our AA crews as well same goes for our gunnery crews and fire control sytem crews
Klaus: I agree on that if we kept doing this attacking and being attacked our crew and our experience might go up and we will be become better at our jobs
Karl: I agree on that too if we kept hunting and sinking enemy shipping our ship's gunnery crew will become more experienced same goes for the Fire Control System Crews they will give more accurate readings
Walter:And if we are attacked by aircrafts our AA crew will also gain experience and soon they will shot down enemy aircrafts efficiently
Klaus: So anyway what's our next move captain?
Y/N:The night is still long Klaus we might find a convoy in the middle of the night and if we did't find any let's search for a convoy in broad daylight and after sinking more ships let's head back home to resupply,rearm and rest
Walter: Sounds good to me
Klaus: Let show those U-Boats that they are not the only thing that can sink merchant ships in vast quantities
Walter:I agree let's show them what surface warships can do
Günter: Looks like we are going to compete with the U-Boats
Y/N: Well If that's the case let's go tell the crew to turn off the Searchlights and let's go back hunting more ships
