Timeskip the night of the escape

Emma's POV

Everyone is going to bed right now and me and the others are ready

Don and Gilda have already told the other kids about the escape plan and the demons, so all we have to do now is what Y/n and her group instructed us

I was still on my crutches for pretending to be having my injury

When I went to look for Ray, I always knew he'd be in the library, and I was right but he was an absolute mess

"Ne, Ray. Let's light up the building now..." I said as I put my crutches aside

"Sure, are the others ready for the escape plan?" He asked as he poured fuel on the floor

"Yeah. Y/n's Group are ready too, and they're helping the kids train earlier today." I said helping him

"That's great." He said

There was an awkward silence until I saw Ray pour gasoline over his head

"Ray! What are you doing?!" He didn't answer

"Ray! Stop it!"

Then he lit up a match

"Emma, Mama told me that I'll be shipped out on my birthday and that's going to be in a few months. I don't want those monsters to be eating me, so I'll just kill myself here. Don't put the sacrifices me and Norman made into waste,Emma, escape for us. Use the deactivator so Mama and the demons won't find you." He said with a smile as he dropped the match but I caught it right on time

"Ray! We have to escape together! Norman won't be happy if we didn't!" I said as I put out the match then Iguro and Mitsuri came in with another set of clothes for Ray

"Here, strip off your clothes and use these." Said Mitsuri

"Nezuko! Shinobu! Bring it!" Said Iguro as they came in with hair, and a few pieces of meat

"Who gave the hair?" Asked Ray

"It's from one of the children, hurry up!" Said Shinobu

He put his clothes in the fuel and Nezuko and Shinobu placed the meat and hair in it

"What are those for anyway?" Asked Ray

"To give out the scent of burning flesh. Let's move!" Said Mitsuri as I lit up the library

"Go! I'll act as if Ray was on fire. I'll follow suite!" I said as they all nodded and took my crutches as if I've fallen

"RAY!!!"

Zenitsu's POV

Me and Muichiro-san arrived at one of the plants now, and the children were moved to the other side of the cliff without the Mamas noticing

I was carrying at least 10 babies and he was carrying 7 toddlers

When we were heading East, a sound of a heartbeat and a familiar voice caught my ears

It was Y/n's

"There! Y/n-chan is over there!" I said

I heard screaming and I saw smoke

"They must've set it on fire now." I said

"Zenitsu! Muichiro!" I heard Y/n and I saw her with Norman

"Y/n!" Both me and Muichiro-san shouted as we set the children down. They were all asleep so they still don't know that they're in the forest

"Guys! Where are the others?!" She asked
