'I did it to protect the area that Peem was living next to...'

Phi Jakk did it for Peem...

So what more does he want to know? The little happiness from just a few words made his heart warm every time he thought of it even after several days. Peempad looked at the person who was eating with an absent minded expression. These days Jakkapad's face was no longer as worn out or pale as it was at the beginning. He would also agree to eat all his meals until finished; always concentrating on his exercise and doing physiotherapy too. Until now, he rarely had to ask Peempad to help him get off the bed and with the wheelchair too. When he wants to go somewhere, he can't push the wheelchair by himself; so calls out for help or usually sits and waits calmly.

The outward appearance of Jakkapad was almost the same, still lacking. But his legs were a little small which Wit assured that would be back to its early stage soon certainly if he used his muscles more often. The sharp face was as good looking and handsome as the people thought. The palm that used to be thin has returned to be big and strong like it used to be. And it looks even bigger when he puts it over someone's slender hand when sleeping.

"Your uncle will return today. Phi’ Jakk, are you going to send him? ”The house owner asked even though his eyes were still staring at the other’s face. The drowsy voice like a sleepy person forced Jakkapad to stop his hand he was using to eat food and turn to look instead. And then, when they made eye contact with each other thoroughly, a laugh from his lips was about to slip off.

"Is that the eye of a man or a panda?"

"Don't tease me," Peempad said in a leisurely voice. He almost laid his body on the dining table. Even so, he still wasn't taking his eyes off of his Phi's face.

"Go to sleep." Jakkapad reached out and rubbed his head lightly with his canine visible.

"But I have to send you guys nah!"

"You don't have to go, Phi’ told he will do it."

"If you like so." The person was unable to stand without being drowsy and letting his consciousness dislodged completely. But because he still wanted to look at the other person's face, he tried to keep his eyes open as much as possible.

"Get up and go to sleep in your room now." The voice pretending to be ferocious seemed to be quite effective as Peempad sprung up and ran quickly into the bedroom. It made the guy feign his fierceness, let out a sigh and then look at the stubborn child's back until he was out of sight.

Indeed, strange symptoms of Peempad's occurred several days ago. Jakkapad  was not sure about the reason, he only knew that it started when he had confessed to him honestly who he was doing it for. After that day, Peempad was completely absent-minded. And not like an usual distracted person but there was a vacant look on his face while not taking his eyes off. Even when I walked to chat  with Father, he was looking and it was more terrible to look at him even when he was about to be asleep.

Peempad sleeps in the same room as me at the resort. He himself told others without being embarrassed that he would always sleep with his two brothers the entire time. Then he immediately dragged me into the room without asking anyone for an opinion. Then he kept staring until he fell asleep. After waking up in the morning I noticed it. Ironically, it didn't seem like the little one had slept soundly since that night which I observed from the dark circles under the eyes together with those tired eyes that I was acquainted with.

It seems that the reason was probably what I had said ...

Really adorable...

Jakkapad moved the wheelchair away from the dining table and headed towards the guest room of the villa. He used his arms to lift his legs back and forth like he did every day. He could only hope that it will ease the hardships of those helping him. Because when his family came to see this place Peempad still took him to the hospital for rehab for two to three hours a day, came back and continued to help; never complaining. Even though Jakkapad could not fully tell if his condition had improved or not, he felt that it had improved a lot even though his legs still couldn't move like usual.
