My First Time Trying To Shift: Part Two

Okay, so I didn't shift. I'm kind of upset about it, but its my first time and obviously not everyone is gonna get it on their first try.

I also kinda messed up while doing it. So I was lying in the starfish position and I had finished the counting and stuff and them my nose started to itch, so I scratched it. Then, my side itched and I scratched it. Then, I accidentally opened my eyes, then I ended up turning onto my side, because I couldn't fall asleep.

So, yeah I pretty much didn't do it right. But I might try again tonight I'm not sure
