P1: Meeting You

Y/N'S POV

Hey there! I'm Y/N, I'm only 21, I live in Seoul but I work in Daegu, it's really hard and tiring to find a job here though luckily I got into a company and I work as an Executive of a convenience store, I'm a moody person but officemates never fails to amuse and make me laugh especially Woozi, well he's kind of a quiet type but unique. He's the kind of boyfriend I would ask for, he's caring, sweet, hard working, handsome- wait, pretend you didn't read that, just kidding. He's really that kind of guy but sadly I have a crush already, his name is Felix and he's also my childhood friend. Ok moving on.

"Hey Y/N!!!! Wanna go grab lunch?", Soonyoung asked.

"Yep, be there in a while I just gotta finish this!", I said.

After finishing I passed by Woozi desk to ask if he was coming.

"Hey Vobo! Wanna come with us?", I asked.

"Yeah wait", he said then stood up. We both went together to our usual eating place at lunch. While on our way there I felt a bit awkward with Woozi, ALONE. Aish this crazy mind. I looked in another direction.

"Hey Y/n? Something wrong? You seem to be spacing out", Woozi asks in a concerned tone.

I shook my head and smiled. Upon arriving at the resto, I waved my hands to them.

"Eyy Y/n, Woozi hyunggg!!!", DK greeted us and doing some swag poses.

I chuckled at his silliness. I sometimes don't know what comes into Seokmin's mind. We both sat down and picked our orders.

"Waaahhhh!!!! I'm so full, did you guys enjoy?", Jeonghan asked.

"Yep! It was fun as usual", I said in teasing tone and Jeonghan pouted, I was about to get some money to pay but Woozi stopped me.

"It's ok, my treat", He mouthed.

I smiled and placed away my wallet.

"Guys you don't need to pay, It's my treat today!", He announced to our other officemates.

All 12 of them cheered so loud that everyone in the resto looked at us. Woozi just covered his face. I silently laughed. It's always so fun with them.

We all stood up and made our way back to the office, just when I sat down my phone rang, seeing the callers ID made me smile. It's Felix. I went to the balcony and answered it.

"Hey Lix! What's up?", I said.

"Y/n about our dinner tonight, I can't come", Lix said in the other line.

My shoulders dropped and the bright aura that was plastered on my face turned into a sad one.

"But why??? I had all of this planned for tonight."

"I know, I know, I'm sorry. Let's do it some other, ok?"

"Ok", I said and ended the call.

I sighed and returned back to work.

When I sat down, Woozi came by and asked me if I was free tonight.

"Well, yeah. Why?", I said and wiggled my eyebrows up and down which made him chuckle.

"I was thinking if you could come watch movies with me and DK", He asked.

"Sure!", I said and winked. He laughed and went back to his desk.

I wish it was just Felix.

We were on our to the movie we picked when I spotted a familiar face, it was Felix... with another girl. I went behind Woozi to hide myself when we passed by them. My chest felt painful and tears were threatening to fall from my eyes, I excused myself to the bathroom and there, my tears raced down my face. It felt so painful... that should've been me but what can I do? He only sees me as his friend.

Someone is knocking on the door.

"Hey Y/n? Are you in there? It's me, Woozi. You missed the whole movie, is everything alright?", he asked, voice laced with concern.

I stood up and open the door, his eyes grew wide when he saw my puffy red eyes. He immediatly bombarded me with questions.

"Who did this to you? Did someone hurt you? Who? Tell me."

I couldn't help but cry again, it hurts so much. He engulfed me in a hug.

"Woozi yah... why does it hurt seeing him with another girl?", I said, voice shaking.

I kept crying and crying while he rubbed my back trying to calm me.

"It's ok Y/n, stop crying now. I'm here", he said.

The next day when I arrived at the office I felt awkward to greet Woozi after what happened yesterday. I kind of avoided Woozi. I don't know why.

I tried to call Felix but he won't answer my calls, I went to his house but no one was home and that's why I ended up being late today.

It's ok if Felix won't answer my calls atleast I'll get a time alone with him later this evening, I smiled at the thought suddenly my phone rang, it was him.

"Hey Y/n!!! Sorry I can't come again tonight, all my paperworks are piled up in my office and I have to finish this before the deadline. Hope you understand", Lix said.

"No, it's ok Lix!! Work first hehe", I said.

"Thanks", he said and hung up.

Second disappointment. It's always like this ever since we both got our own jobs. Maybe I should get a day off tomorrow.

WOOZI'S POV

Where's Y/n? She should've been here by now. We were planning to surprise her because today's her birthday but she's 30 minutes late already.

I approached Scoups and asked if he had seen Y/n around.

"No, I haven't seen her. You should go and try to find her", Coups said in a worried voice.

I nodded and got into my car in the parking to lot find her.

Where are you Y/n? I immediately drove to her house and knocked a few times but received no answers. I asked her neighbor if they had seen her and said that she went to take her breakfast. I thought of her favorite breakfast place and went there.

As soon as I arrived I went inside and looked for her but I couldn't find her so I tried the rooftop and there she was all alone sitting in one the bench with her favorite cofee in hand. I slowly walked towards her, noticing my presence she turned her head to me. She got shocked but immediately settled her reaction.

"Woozi yah, what are you doing here?", she asked with a smile.

"I was looking for you, why didn't you say you weren't coming in today? The guys were worried", I said in concerned voice.

"Sorry, it was a sudden, right?", she said. I nodded.

"Oh Woozi since you're here, I've been meaning to tell you something.I thought about this overnight", I said.

"It's not one of your jokes, is it?" I asked.

"No", she responded in a serious voice.

"You know Woozi, this whole time I've hanging on to Felix for so long that I even got myself so hurt. I was too busy finding my own happiness that I didn't even notice it was right beside this whole time and I was a fool for not knowing", she said.

My heart beated so fast. I couldn't process her words properly, they left me... speechless. Unbelievable.

"Yes Woozi. It's you."

"Y/n, Thank you... I been waiting to hear that", I said and saw her expression changed from an emotionless one to a shocked one.
